I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
Have recieved 3 boxes and love them. I always share with my girls because there is always so many fabulous items that we would never buy on our own.
My card wouldn't go through because my payday is next week. I informed them of the issue and they explained how their billing works.

Might be fine for celebs that get boxes for free, but a hard working woman should not spend her money on this junk.
Ordered the spring box 2016 and a year subscription. Stupid of me, should have waited to see my first box before splurging on the annual VIP upgrade annual -- but I supposedly got a discount so I splurged.
So disappointed in the first box... got a countour kit (no brushes or even tips/guide). I don't need more contour! Got some gift certificates - and I hate gift certificates (unless it's Starbucks) because you always have to plunk down some of your own money to use them.
Got some hair oil that smells like an Indian stew, almost threw up. Not a bad smell if you are having dinner but don't want something that smells spicy in my hair.
There are yoga straps!?
My only favorite item is a small box of bath bombs - but I can find these at TJMaxx for 5 bucks!
So not worth the hype for this membership - $49.99 & tax per box.
I contacted FabFit, etc. to cancel the annual subscription and get a partial refund but their policy doesn't allow cancellations so I'm stuck for three more shipments.

We try to choose our items based on what we think our members will love but we understand each member has their own unique tastes, and not all items will be a hit each season. We appreciate your feedback regarding the gift card, this information helps shape the future of what we include in our boxes. Would you be okay with getting gift cards if the value was not included in the $200+ value of the box? We have sent gift cards included in the value and some not included, as we work to figure out what our members prefer. The Spring Box included a bright pink Merrithew Yoga Strap which can also be used as a resistance band, was your strap missing?

There are too many flaws with their customer service to list out.
Orders are consistently messed up. Replacement orders/actually sending missing items can take literally MONTHS. They will sell you items in the add-on sale and then after the fact say, "sorry, we made an inventory mistake." But at that point it's too late to get that other item you were eyeing but chose to not get because you had something similar in your cart.
EVERY time you email customer service, you get a "we're receiving a higher than normal volume of inquiries" message. Well no freaking wonder; they mess everything up!
Look, I like a lot of the products, albeit their retail prices are WAYYYY inflated. The add-ons and edit sales can score you some amazing deals, but be wary of those as well. Sometimes they will sell a full-sized item for really cheap in one sale, and then the next sale it will be more expensive and HALF the volume/weight/size. I think this is intentional.
Look, if you don't mind beating your head off the wall trying to resolve an issue with literally every add-on/edit sale, or you don't want to get anything other than the box, then it can be a great way to try new products. But if you don't have extra time to chase a company who gives not one iota of a crap about you as a customer, then just RUN. I stupidly signed up for an annual subscription, so I have two more boxes and then I'll be cancelling this. I'm hacking through a couple of sales to stock up on some favourites but it's been pretty painful. Their customer service just says "sorry" but never offers a reasonable solution.
Oh, and at this point it's not really a lifestyle subscription. You may get an item or two (some of the non-beauty products are absolute junk!) of lifestyle items but most of the quality options in the box are beauty products.
Summer 2019 box looks like a giant disappointment. Love that they're giving us a toner spray that's made in china. It will be going directly in the trash. Utter junk.

However, this move is accompanied by the implementation of new technologies and initiatives that will give us a more accurate count of our inventory and drastically minimize shipping issues! In regards to the retail price of our items, we do receive those prices directly from our vendors, not any third parties. We recommend taking the end of season survey to give feedback on the items.
