I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
This company is a delight. They offer unique products and great prices and the box is so much fun when it arrives!

I just got my first box spring2016, they sent me a notification email that said it was shipped with tracking code. The tracking code never worked! I tried tracking it everyday and it never did work. It was sent automatically with canadapost email.
Before i got my tracking code my account said i never ordered anything. Contacted the customer service and they did got back to me and said they were going to update my account. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!
The gift cards with it are basically more of a scam than a gift card. You need to spend more money on items (prices are ridiculously expensive) and shipping (because these are US based webstores). FFF if youre offering your services to canadian buyers you should cater to them and not put in ITEMS THAT ARE USELESS!.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! I am never subscribing with FABFITFUN AGAIN. Such a bad exprience.
Hi, Haze! Sorry you were unable to track your box but happy to hear you received it. The account page you are referring to that shows "No Recent Orders" is just for items you purchase from the shop, your subscription will not show up as an order, an email confirmation is sent after your order is made.
Both of the gift cards in the Spring Box can be used by both US and CA members but really they are just a fun little extra item in the box. Even without the two gift cards the box is worth over the $200 value promised.
