I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
Discovering Fabfitfun has completely changed my life! I now use all the top brand skin products and my skin has never looked better. I also have all these cute items around the house and office that I get compliments on daily. I can't brag enough about how amazing my experience has been with Fabfitfun. A big thank you to the team behind every box!
Yep - I agree with the others. Stay away! The items are cheap and they are not worth what they claim to be. In some cases you can't even find them on the website of the company who made them - so how can they say that a pair of headphones is worth $45 when I can't verify that? They can't. Go somewhere else, do another subscription from another company. But RUN from this one.

My experience with one of the customer service representatives, Heart, was amazing. I asked for help in the live chat online and she very quickly helped me resolve my issue. However, we got disconnected online afterwards and she reached out via email to follow up and make sure I had succeeding in resolving the issue. I was very surprised by this level of customer care and it made my first experience with Fabfitfun as a new member very comforting.

One of the items in my box came damaged. I messaged them about it and explained what had happened. After a couple of clarifying questions they set up for the damaged item to be replaced. Also another item was missing parts so they set up a replacement for that as well. This was my second box from them. The products are great quality and the customer service is quick, friendly and helpful! I look forward to my other boxes this year.

I emailed to inquire about items missing from my delivery. Kim emailed me back very quickly. She was able to explain how some items will be delivered separate. I replied to her email & within an hour she replied. Unheard of reply speed for online customer service! She put my mind at ease!
I made my 3 choices as a seasonal member and they didn't arrive in my box. Apparently the site had issues and the person I came to for help told me it was my fault but then I spoke with Chelsea and she not only helped me but allowed me to feel more at ease with my crisis. She took great care of me and made sure my needs were met. We need more people like her!

I am an annual subscriber and have been for a few years now. The boxes are generally really good. Lots of variety. Unique items that are things I would not generally think to buy for myself. I am always excited to find out what the next box is going to be filled with.

When things go right it's the best subscription ever. Unfortunately if things go wrong and they fail to send all your items, it's a nightmare trying to get what you paid for. But if everything goes ok, the value is unbelievable. It's like getting a huge box of gifts four times a year.

I was a little reluctant to subscribe but I'm pleasantly surprised! I just moved to CA this year and this subscription sends me the perfect items for living here. It's always something I needed. I was buying a Spring Box from the shop and wanted a customisation that didn't seem to be available. I started up live chat and got paired with Jazz. She helped give me other options to get my box customised to my liking. Incredibly helpful and I'm really looking forward to receiving it!

I have been using fabfitfun for about 2 years now and have never had any issues. However, there was an issue with my address change when moving and I did not receive my winter box. The customer service rep, Amy, was very helpful and is having a replacement box shipped to my correct address! This is why I love this company!

I just received my first fabfitfun box yesterday in the mail. Was super excited to open it. Loved all the products inside. Especially a necklace... unfortunately it was broken. So today I started an online Chat with a rep named Sean. In a matter on 1 minute he issued a replacement necklace with no hesitation. He was very helpful and polite. I had another online chat previously about another issue I had which was my fault for clicking the wrong thing and ended up subscribing for a full year and my account was charged a lot of money. I was worried because it said no refunds. But yet again within a matter of minutes the Representative had the charge reversed with no issues what so ever. Very happy with their customer service and their products as well!

I received a g. C. from my sister for Christmas and when trying to use it they also wanted my credit card info. Then when I submitted the order my cc was charged and naturally confused I began a chat with their help-line. I was told I had no g. C. on file! Overall, it took me an HOUR to get this resolved and be able to use my g. C. that my sister had purchased directly from them AND they still have my cc info, which I'm not happy about. Will cancel.

I signed up for an annual membership and realized I didn't prompt to get a special offer. The offer was a bonus mystery box worth $200. So I called and was only on hold for a minute or two. Then a very kind representative answered. He listened to my issue, pulled my account up and patiently proceeded to do what he could. He then got approval from his superior and told me I would be able to have a bonus box. Very happy with this service.

Winter box. I got stuff that they gave me another time. Stuff that's not even mentioned in their pamphlet inside. Coco bomb mold? Box much smaller. Unless you are constantly on it, the good stuff is gone as soon as they open the time to curate. It used to be ok, but is no longer interesting or worth it. Fall box I got a frypan where the color (blue) inside the pan comes off, 2 creams that were in date but kind of dry and hard that I had to get a spoon to dig out one and the one in a tube was almost impossible to get anything out of it was so hard. They mostly send stuff no one wants.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t waste your time. To get what you want you have to spend a lot of time and pay extra which mostly not great quality.

I love FabFitFun! Great value for the low price! So many products I use daily and the customer service is impeccable! They resolve issues quickly and efficiently, however issue with them are VERY rare. I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone!
It took three attempts from me to get a response from customer service for a minor issue. Once someone responded, the issue was resolved very quickly and easily, but I was very disappointed that no one bothered to answer my first two inquiries.

I love receiving my FabFitFun box and wish I'd signed up sooner but was too poor to partake. Spending $300 annually is manageable but still a hefty bite. As long as items stay relevant to my needs/wants I think I can maintain it.

This was my Christmas present to myself and I regret wasting my money. The quality of the poncho and mug are sad. They lie about the value of the items. In addition, there are a couple of products that you get by chance so do not get your heart set on anything. They won't tell you that. When I called they didn't try to resolve my problem but sure did try very hard to get me to spend more money. Tacky! Merry Christmas to me :(

The customer support I received for an issue that came up with one item that didn't come as it should have in my box was responsive and was resolved by the end of the short chat. The item will be mailed directly to me shortly.
I have been thrilled with all my boxes and the extra things i have been ordering with fabfitfun too. It is like Christmas coming early for me. :) We all need some cheer and surprises during the pandemic.

I saw many articles and reviews last year summer of 2017. I debated awhile till I was at church and my good friend had the BK bottle in pink I asked about it she told me it was in her fabfitfun box. This was the reason I signed up. Wow my first box I was so excited and love it and always exciting to see what I would get in the next box. Nice way to treat myself.
Fabfitfun is amazing! Their boxes come with a very high value for a very affordable price. So many amazing luxe brands that are included and a variety of lifestyle, beauty, skincare, and haircare products. I love that each box is curated based of the season of the year and being able to pick at least 3 items is a major bonus! I love my fabfitfun. The company alone is amazingly responsive and beautiful at providing great customer support!

I spoke with Frank, he fixed my problem in minutes, which I previously spoke with two other representatives! Frank was very polite and honest about what happened. You should train all your customer Service representatives to be like him
