I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I am not techy, but I decided to treat myself to a subscription to your company. Needless to say I kept waiting for a time to choose my items, i finally got into the System and it showed they were all surprise picks, not sure how that went wrong i have several make up subscriptions so idk where i failed but im sure it was me as technology is the devil to me i was born in 1976. I subscribed to FabFitFun after my separation. I needed a little pick me up. Oh boy did it ever do that. I love getting different products to try, and it's like a little self care package every few months.

I love getting my fab fit fun box every quarter. I like getting to pick out my items through customization and adding the extras at a discounted price. Usually when the box comes, I have items in there that I don't really like but sometimes I'll end up liking them after using it once or twice. Overall, I really look forward to my box every quarter. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning opening presents.

Items look used even, box is a lie. I cannot believe they can sell this stuff. I was so disappointed in receiving the first box,. They also are not very professional, there is hardly a way to get customer service and they refuse to give refunds. Sound to me like they are desperate for business. Most people have good customer service. I tried to get refunded after receiving this awful box and they said basically shut up and put up. I would not recommend them
If you don't have a subscription to FabFitFun you are missing out! It's like having a seasonal Christmas morning when the box gets delivered. Not only are the products full size but I have used every single product I've ever gotten in the box and LOVED them. They really do tailor your box to what's in your profile. Only once in the multiple seasons I've had this subscription I've had to contact customer service and they were very quick to respond and fix my issue. I have no complaints about service. Try it once and you'll be hooked!
I signed up and it said I would be set an email to customize. THey never allowed me to because the window closed the week before they signed me up... Excuse me? You offer a box that is customization, take my money but will not allow me to customize or get my money. Huh. NIce scam to get rid of excess product. I have Ipsy, Birchbox, Ellen and a dog treat box. This is the only one that seems to lie abut what they offer...
Hi Elaine! We do allow our members to Customize! We always send a Customization reminder email when it opens and right before it closes! We are always happy to manually customize a member's box when the window has closed as long as your box hadn't already shipped. This may be why we weren't able to customize for you! I've got some really good stuff in my fab fit fun boxes. For things I would not really use, they made awesome gifts. They don't just stuff a bunch of stuff into the box, all of the products are quality. I love that everything is full size. My two complaints are regarding the shipping and quality of jewelry. Once you are billed for the box, it can take more than a month to get to you. Granted, the shipping is free. But paying $50 for something and not have it show up for 4 weeks is a bit much. So if you're one of those people who tracks their packages constantly, this box probably inst for you. If you are willing to wait, the products are honestly worth it.

I was on the endless summer sale and had added things to my basket but then decided against getting anything. The day after the sale had ended I received an email with a bill for $194 for items I had thought I removed from my cart (all my own fault). I was about to make a 13 hour drive back home after working so I was very stressed and now worried about my accidental purchase. I emailed FabFitFun to see if there was anything they could do to help me. I received an email within the next day and a lovely employee by the name of Renzo helped me out! I was ecstatic to find out he could in fact help me and that lifted so much stress and worry of my shoulders. Again customer service with this company has pulled through yet again! I have never had trouble with communication or troubleshooting with FabFitFun customer service.

I didn't get the email to customize my summer box. Was so disappointed because there was one item I was really hoping to get. Emailed customer service and they are sending it as an additional item for me. Also helped tell me how to be sure I don't miss customization deadline again

I received an incorrect item (which is highly unusual with FabFitFun. They do a really good job getting my orders right!). When I called customer service about it, I spoke with a very kind and professional rep who took care of my problem right away. I was highly satisfied with the outcome.

My daughter gave me four boxes for Christmas. I wanted to get a box for each of my step-daughters. The chat process really helped me to do this when I was not able to figure it out for myself. Great products, exceptional service. I recommend that you just try this. One box and you will see what I mean :).

Every box has great product, I enjoyed trying out the skincare and hair products. I also have enjoyed my champagne flutes, beautiful scarf and gorgeous dress. Many other items have been included for me to try. Offers of great discounts on many items are also included.
Tip for consumers:
You may not like everything shipped to you but the idea is to try new product you might consider purchasing, It’s important to be honest in answering questions when you sign up for the box. They select the type of boxed items with the answers you provide.

Cancelled my trial subscription of FabFitFun before I was charged for it again. Then, I received a second box today. I logged in again, and for some reason my account is acting as if it was never cancelled in the first place. Plus, customer service is telling me I changed my renewal date on a day I was out of town and away from a computer. They said I could return the box for a refund but I'd have to cover shipping. The shipping is more than the box. Stay far way from this company.

I love trying these items don't get me wrong... but... I received a face mask last time so I don't need one already in this next box. The lunch tote is tiny. The vitamin C stuff is nice but doesn't open right! I don't have under eye circles so I won't use the strips. I'm sorry to be so negative but I wanted to be honest. Thanks for asking.

This is my second box and I really do Love everything this time. I did purchase some add ons and most were an great value. I did the mystery add on of 3 products for $29.95 and it is first time truly disappointed. The mystery had nothing I would ever use. I am busy working Professional and would not have heard of or tried any other the items I get in the boxes... Full size products and goo quality.

It sounds cliche, but Fabfitfun really has changed my life. I am not high maintenance at all, to a fault, so I never buy high end products. Fabfitfun doesn't wait for you to need a teapot for the fall, they send you one so you'll have it already! They send quality products that every woman wishes they had, and wishes they could afford, all at a killer deal. I came home from work and found my order had arrived - I opened it up and there was an issue with the items. I sent an email to notify customer service but didn't expect to hear back so quickly…or even that night. I was contacted within an hour and the rep had dispatched replacement and all I had to do was provide some photos. I really appreciate such a quick response and the ease of the whole process. The professionalism and personable rep (Lexie) was really wonderful. I'm so pleased with the service.

First, my seasonal summer box was fantastic and I had a really positive experience. I received alerts to some summer sales. I checked out the sales and put a large number of items of interest into my cart. I then fell asleep. My plan was to return to the cart and grab a few favorite items and delete the rest. Fab fit fun auto shipped $450 American worth of products to Canada. This would cost me a significant amount of money without my approval. I'm sure it's in the fine print but it's a bad policy. It's a sneaky way to do business and I am disappointed. The issue was resolved but inky because I was fast enough to catch it and phone in. If they had shipped I would be out of luck. I really wanted to order a few extra items each season but I've lost my confidence shopping through FabFitFun. This is disappointing because I've been sharing such positive feedback regarding my summer box and how much I loved my products.
It is their policy to give no refunds after you place your order. Circumstances arose where I had to to. It took a few emails and compromise on both sides but a satisfactory resolution was agreed upon by both sides. I would recommend this company to people, and when circumstances change I may start over with FabFitFun.
After 3 years of purchasing 4 boxes per year plus add-one, my box appears to have been lost in shipping. No tracking activity in 4 days. But I have to wat until no tracking activity for 14 days! I would think 5 days would be reasonable since there are 5 days in a business week. No possibility for a refund, and with the add-ones I spent over $100 on this box. Some of the adding were specifically for vacation. Waiting for 2 weeks for a replacement to be sent will mean that I won't have it in time for vacation, or nearly 1/2 the summer for that matter. I've been so loyal to this company and thought they were kinder than this. How selfish to be so dismissive of a customer's needs. So I am very disappointed, both in their lack of trustworthiness and that I'll never be getting another FabFitFun box after buying so many and recommending them multiple times on my IG account.
