I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I love fff customer service is awsome but having a hard time with the restrictions of products to Canada and UK

I have been a member for some time now. While not all the boxes or items have been my style or worth it. Many items are "repeats" and have inflated pricing so it makes the boxes seem worth more than they really are. Many items you can find at ULTA for less than what FFF are saying the prices are. But I have always found someone who loved those items - which made it fun to share with my friends. But lately I have found that the SHIPPING has been the WORST. Downright, absolutely the WORST. They recently had an edit sale - basically a cleaning out their closet sale - which is ok. On April 16th I was charged for the items in my cart. I was told within 10 days my items would ship - ok not that bad in my opinion. On April 24th - right on time box box shipped - yet I still haven't received it? Its now May 14th - no box. I contacted customer service only to be given the runaround for DAYS... I was told I was being shipped out another box and received tracking yet it wasnt really tracking - it was a notification of a label was created. So basically the box hasn't shipped and I will be charged for the summer box on May 20th. I am SURE I will not receive my items by then as well. They sit on your money for as long as they can, ship out your items and hope for the best? Nothing FAB about that. SKIP FABFITFUN...
Since then, I have tried another subscription box - CAUSEBOX. INCREDIBLE items, customer service as well as it helps women in other countries (where most of the handmade items come from) SO IMPRESSED with CAUSEBOX.
Tip for consumers:
Dont bother... Save your money or find another worthy box if you like surprises - like IPSY for $10 a month a nice bag of surprises await you

The Cottonelle wipes were a sponsored item this season and weren't included in the total retail value of the box. Just received my box FINALLY! I received two bundles and I've gotta say... I was terrified because the weight was low, but upon receipt... IM ACTUALLY LOVING EVERYTHING! The one bundle came with the Summer & Rose tote, glam glow palette, and the muscle therapy (I'm a massage therapist and already know this stuff is LEGIT). The second came with a travel case (my teenager is actually leaving this weekend to go on a trip out of state with her school band so it's right in time!), pearly wipes, cover fx shimmer veil in the exact shade I was contemplating buying from ulta, and a two pack of cozy fuzzy socks! My teenager and I ALWAYS have cold feet and wear these often!

As a whole, fabfitfun is by far THE BEST subscription box. They don't just overload you with makeup or skin care. They throw in a little bit of everything essential to everyday life. I would be lying if I said I didn't use at least SIX items from my fabfitfun subscription per day. And yes... I said EVERY DAY. From sunglasses, to body scrub, to handbag, to oil diffuser, to throw blanket. There's literally a little of EVERYTHING in these boxes! And the Edit sales... OH MY GOSH THE EDIT SALES... I find myself cutting myself off at a certain $ amount or I'd buy everything lol. They have high end brands at thrift store prices and there's soo many amazing things in there! And let's speak about the FFF mission for a moment. Empowering women in more than just the workforce, but empowering WOMEN in all walks of life. Taking back life as a community is huge and this company does that. And everything I've received so far comes from a woman-run company and cruelty free... kudos!
