I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I really find fabfitfun unique in that it has such variety to make you feel fabulous fit and have fun with it. A great shopping experience and love the packaging too! I look forward to my seasonal "gift" bos to myself! I need that self-care!
I usually like my fabfitfun box but this summer box is a complete disappointment. Other than the cute little necklace that they say is worth $58 and I looked on eBay and it's selling new for $10. Really. It's a bust. There is nothing I will use in this box and if I sell it I won't even get my money back. I looked up all the prices. Very sad.
Hi Vicki! We're disappointed you didn't enjoy your Summer Box as much as you've enjoyed past boxes, the summer box contains over $300 worth of goodies inside and we hoped everyone would love it. The retail prices of items in the box are not our prices but the prices these items sell for on the website for that brand. Sometimes when members receive their boxes or have gotten extra boxes they will sell extra products like the necklace on Ebay, rest assured the necklace is not sold by us or the vendor on Ebay but likely just another customer. We will be sending out the Summer Box survey in a couple of weeks and look forward to receiving your feedback on each individual item there so that we can improve. I like most of their boxes but I don't "need" them. Thus I have tried twice previous to today to cancel the subscription - even showing them the cancellation letter - from their company! - and they still sent out a spring box! Are you kidding?
They then send the exact same typed out letter that I had gotten the first time I tried to cancel. So in all 3 times (as of today - still trying - emailing back and forth wasting my time) I have tried to cancel and I still have a box on the way as of this morning. AWFUL customer service... they need to take notes from Amazon. WOW.

If you canceled your membership and received confirmation, you would not be sent another box unless you choose to reactivate within your account dashboard. If you have an annual membership, your cancelation applies to your next renewal and you will still be shipped the boxes you pre-paid for. I just signed up for fab fit fun and excited to get my first box! There was a minor issue with a promotion they were running so I emailed them about it and they got back to me with in 24 hours and resolved the issue right away.

I ordered one box, and was enrolled in an active membership even though I purposely did not sign up for the seasonal subscription. I tried to cancel today and it was very difficult.
I dont think this company is reputable and I would never recommend to a friend.

I love FabFitFun! They have a unique subscription box service that is tailored to their customers preference. I was so happy with my starter box that I will be purchasing the Spring box! It's like getting a special gift on Christmas or Birthday. I love the excitement I feel when opening the box and seeing the fun products picked for me.

It and laying out everything. Not all things are for me
So I gift it to a girlfriends who I know can or will use them. Each box is a surprise, I love the Style boxes

I received a fantastic Winter FabFitFun subscription box. There was such a variety of items to choose from as part if my subscription and I was able to "shop" for other items at a much reduced cost! I love the hair dryer. Some items I chose will be gifted during the Holidays - even though I would like to keep them all...

The items in the FFF boxes are usually more hits than misses, but every time I've had an issue or question with my subscription--the customer service team has been amazing. They're friendly, proactive with solutions to your problem and provide clear detailed instructions on what is needed.
Absolutely disappointed in this company. I'm two years I've only received two packages. I emailed numerous times but since the email was an old one through my prior job I have no proof that I've emailed. Yet they billed me for it. Thankfully I received a refund for the last year but nothing for the first year. Funny because when I talked to someone on the phone they said it showed I never received my boxes, yet now they say I received them all. No like I said I received two. Don't waste your money go find a box worth it!

We send tracking details for each order we ship, directly to the members email supplied at sign up. Our records show your orders were shipped successfully. We are always happy to file a lost mail claim and work with any member who is having trouble with delivery, we typically ask members to get in touch with us right away if their package shows it was delivered and they did not receive it. Unfortunately orders from two years ago showing successful delivery are too old for the postal system to allow a claim to be filed. A manager has been in contact with you in regards to your order history and should you have any questions they'd be happy to assist you further.
Everyone needs a FFF box! The price is cheap (even for someone on fixed income), and I would never be able to afford these products on my own. Thank you so much for bringing me such joy during every season!

The site claims you'll receive your box within a month of billing. So far, I'm given the runaround about my newly purchased summer box which is being shipped out after some members fall boxes. Nobody can contact shipper to have them ship mine. Paid on July 3, still waiting for shipping email, August 9th... Super sad.

FFF's customer service is second to none! They're readily available. And it's my choice how I decide to communicate with them, by phone or text. They've got a community forum where people voice opinions on everything under the sun and fff actually listens to the needs/wants of their customers.

After communicating with FabFitFun my issue with my box being stolen cause it was delivered to the incorrect location. Jack their representative quickly issued me a new one. So grateful since these boxes have been a great quarterly experience especially during Covid!

I was an annual subscriber and enjoyed the first couple of boxes. The last two were ‘meh'. I'd rather buy arm fulls of self selected junk from TJ Maxx than have someone curate things I will promptly toss in the garbage (cactus cup, really?).
The most annoying thing for me was how absolutely difficult FFF makes it on a customer trying to cancel their subscription. Not cool. I will never be back as a result of that alone.

I posted this on FFF community posts to get some feedback, "I ordered a set of the Silicone Oven rack guards as an add on for my 2021 Winter Box. It is a Drop Ship item. My items were paid for on Jan. 4th. I still have not received my item and have not even received an email from the company that is supposed to be shipping the item. Am wondering if anyone has had a similar problem with these Silicone Guards? I noticed they were again available as an Add On for the Spring Box. It would be nice if the obligations from the Winter Box were met first. I've contacted FFF support but was told to keep waiting." Lucky from FFF contacted me and refunded my money after determining the retailer had not shipped the item.

Original order along with my add-ons wasn't fulfilled all the way. Had to get a replacement. Not a good first experience. However I'm a annual member so I had paid in full. Customer services is awesome. Thanks for that.

Have been subscribing for almost two years and very pleased as this company is growing and expanding into different categories such as home - just gets better and better. I really like some of the skin care brands I've found out about such as Grown Alchemist and Dr. Brandt (tried these and love then both.) The items within the subscription box and during their sales are for the most part spot on. They do a great job of sending mixed products that might appeal to the masses. The only box I've ever been disappointed with was their Summer 18' box. All others were wonderful! Recently the only negative thing is their shipping. It's a fiasco, from sending sending wrong items, to sending broken items, to it taking me a month from billing to receive my items. The last three boxes I've had have had mix ups in the order somehow. The cc department has been really wonderful at replacing but with this last box, I imagined that in taking a month to receive my box, this would prevent another "mix up". It didn't. Quite frankly, ordering or receiving something loses its appeal when I know i'm not receiving it for 3-4 weeks. With this last box I was sent two identical items when I had paid for two different colors. Thankfully, the replacement came faster than the original box.

My box still hasn't shipped yet...
When I contacted customer service via online chat, they told me they will follow up with email soon. I still haven't received any follow-up after 4 days. I am very disappointed because I have ordered lots of add-ons this time for family and friends. They are all going after me wondering when they will receive their gifts. Can fabfitfun at least get back to me with an answer?
It is really not fair how fabfitfun treats youtuber differently than us...

Something wrong with either my account or the site. My sister and I were sitting next to each other customizing our boxes. She was getting 7-8 things to choose from, and I was getting 3-4, plus the site kept locking up and turning into a blank white screen. We both have the seasonal box. We called 3 times about everything g that was happening. Then when it started working again, most everything was out of stock. The customer service person, could see there was a problem, and said someone would email me to fix the issue. Still waits for an email, and now everything is out of stock. NOT HAPPY. I rated 1 star but it's showing 5

I received boxes from this company as a birthday gift from my sister a year ago. They automatically renewed my subscription one year later and charged me $179.99 without my authorization. I called to cancel, and they said they could only issue me a partial refund because the box was already in route. Very shady business!

I'd been wanting to try a subscription box and decided on this one. Being in between releases, I received the Editor's Box. It arrived within 7 days. Nicely packaged, tons of cool items. I loved everything except maybe the coasters. And even those I will use eventually but would've preferred another make up item instead. Overall. I was happy and look forward to the next box. My only criticism is that the boxes aren't personalized based on your profile. Everyone pretty much gets the same box.
