I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I received my December box to find one of the products had leaked.
Very prompt response and offered a choice of replacements/alternatives.
Sometimes stuff goes wrong and it's how companies deal with that that really shows how good they are.
Very impressed and looking forward to my next box already!
I had a problem with not being notified of the box customization. They said it was packed and ready to ship. I was extremely disappointed I wasn't given notice about this. I'm a single Mom, times are extremely tough, I had to give up my subscription 3 years ago. But saved up to do it this year for myself. It's expensive due to being in Canada our exchange rate is horrible. But Tessa was able to let me customize my box, making my day! I greatly appreciate all her hard work.

I have been using the yearly fabfitfun subscription now for about 4 years! I love how versatile the boxes are for each season and the quality of products that come in each box just make every box well worth it! Highly recommend these for people who want new products that are life changing and for something to look forward to.

I LOVE FabFitFun. I have recommended it to all my friends! The quality of the items is unmatched. The value of each box is phenomenal and well worth what you pay. Not to mention the add-ons and sales giving you access to amazing products at reduced rates. Seriously FabFitFun is amazing and absolutely be keeping me as a subscriber. I cannot say enough good things. My only place where I would say improvement is necessary would be in the shipping process. Not at the fault of FabFitFun, but some of the shipping vendors they work with are unimpressive to put it lightly.

I have been a subscriber to fabfitfun for over a year and love it! Now don't get me wrong one or two items were not the best thing ever, but overall I love it! There is always something stylish, something fitness and really nice beauty items that I wouldn't have tried without the subscription. I have purchased four boxes as gifts for friends and family and all became subscribers. Most of the comments seem to be about cancelling subscriptions so maybe that is why I am still happy. Overall, I look forward to each box.

My spring box is so great this 2023 season. The products are great. I had a small issue (one of the products leaking). Customer service did not hesitate to help get the issue resolved and gave me multiple options! They were quick and great!

My 1st box was great but after that, everything starts going downhill. Every time I place an order for seasonal boxes, add ons, and any other sale, it takes forever to ship to my house. I still haven't received something from add ons and I contacted customer service at FFF, the reply was, "we don't normally give refunds but we will do it for you this one time." Really, you took my money but didn't send me the product so now you are being nice and refunding me? That has to be a joke, if I didn't get a refund or the product I paid for, that is considered fraud so it's so very nice of you to refund me. You've got to be kidding me, what a way to treat your customers that you are making money off of. I can't wait until my subscription is up so I can cancel. For those thinking about getting a box, DONT DO IT!

I recently received a box that didn't include half of my customizations. I reached out via email and received not only a prompt response and apology BUT the items I customized will be coming my way in the next 2 weeks! Lately, I've had some unfortunate and unpleasant custom service experiences that have left a bad taste in my mouth and even had me leave 2 services because of it.

Aside from the fact that I love the entire concept of FabFitFun in general and always look forward to opening my box like it's Christmas morning, FabFitFun also has super helpful customer service. When I have used the chat option (a few different times) to talk to a rep about various questions I have, they always respond quickly and kindly. No complaints here. Great service.

Ive gotten two boxes from here before and I absolutely loved them! The items that come in the boxes are trendy and cute. One box I got for a friend and she was pleasantly surprised. Its a great deal for everything you get inside!

Customer support seems to be staffed with nice people but they can't resolve all the technical problems with the website or special offers. Every code I was sent, repeatedly, did not work. Constantly said that it had expired, even if FabFit just issued it to me and told me it would work. I have up and never ordered anything.
This would have been my second box only it seems to never actually arrive. I reached out both times when I received a shipping notice and tracking number yet it never seemed to leave the shipper. Each time I am quickly shushed but still not product. Getting crankier by the day. It seemed like a fun way to try new things and there are what appear to be interesting products to buy at a reduced price as well. Would be even more fun to actually get them. I have been told that the shipper could not scan my label. Only I had already reached out 3 weeks prior and been told they checked the order and all was good. The order would be leaving the shipper that week. Here I sit...
Tip for consumers:
Seem to have interesting offerings and in addition you can add on for purchase some other products to try at decent or discounted pricing. Just do not expect it for that season... could arrive a whole season or two later it seems.

Awful company! They steal from you. They make unauthorized purchases on your credit card. Yep, not lying. I placed a lip stick in my cart but never checked out. Few days later I see a charge on my visa. The shipping charge alone was $18 (more money than the lipstick!) I never confirmed this order. When I notified FabFitFun thinking it was a mistake they advised me that there was verbiage of this nature on their webpage and refuse to cancel my order. So I cancelled the subscription box. Fabfitfun, you suck!

I loved my first box, but the summer box was a bit disappointing. The robe labeled as one size fits all will only fit someone size 8 or smaller and it's rayon which means it will shrink unless dry cleaned. Also did not receive Coola spray. Anyway I may give it one more try but they really need to be more realistic/discriptive on the sizing as lots of your subscribers are probably the average American size which is 14! I will definitely be wary of sizing. See photo of robe not closing

This company seems like every other subscription box service but I can assure you they're better! The customer service is absolutely amazing and they do whatever they can to make their customers happy. I'm not going to try to make it seem like there's never been hiccups or issues during the 2 years I've been a subscriber but the way they handled each issue was impressive. I never ended a conversation with their support team feeling anything other than happy. They really do care about their subscribers. After ending a subscription with Boxycharm for pathetic customer support, seeing the way this company treats their subscribers is prettyyyyy nice.

If you use the chat, it's fast and efficient, I changed my spring box to the summer box last minute because I didn't have much of a selection being so close to the switch over and they did so in less than 5 minutes, thank you fabfitfun..

This is my second box from FabFitFun (the 1st one being the Winter 2017 box) and I love it! It's a perfect "treat your self" purchase because they're more expensive items that I wouldn't normally buy, but for $50 it's a steal and I get to try them. The Spring box contains an amazing moisturizer that's normally $40! I'm very happy with my subscription so far. They also have amazing customer service. My sister-in-law received her winter box with the eyeshadow damaged and they were very prompt about sending her a replacement!

I was unable to get into my account and check on my renewal subscription. My customer service representative Cesar, explained every step until I totally understood everything as well as helped me reset passwords. The wait on the phone was very brief and efficient. FabFitFun has always been the best box out there. Great selections and wonderful products. I had a slight issue with 1 product, not their fault and they sent me replacement products in place of it!
