I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I bought into FFF and had no idea any company would not stand behind their product. This company takes your money, charges extra for the products you actually would want, denies any returns and will not allow annual membership to cancel without keeping your money. When I attempted to return, I was offered 50% back. Not yet received. Think many times and really read the conditions this company is based on before you invest and believe in them. The quality of the products I received is very poor. Treat yourself to a trip to TJ Maxx. You will get better merchandise and save money.
This entire business a joke. I've never seen a more incompetent customer service department. They take forever to reply and when they do, they give you useless information and don't answer your question.

Fab Fit Fun truly cared about my experience! It's unusual that a company will go the distance to accommodate a customer in uncertain times such as these! Every single box I got during my annual membership was perfect AND if I wasn't into a certain product, it was easy to gift it to a loved one. When my circumstances get back to normal, this will be my first gift to myself. Thank you for all you did!

Was happy with the service for the most part. Especially when I was able to customize my box. But I ended up feeling like it was just a bunch of random stuff that I had to figure out what to do with or where to store. It was fun getting gifts in the mail but just created clutter. Still would recommend but not for long term

I've been a FabFitFun member for about 3 years now. I have never been disappointed in a box yet! I've had tons of other subscriptions with other companies but they don't even come close to what FFF has to offer. Full-sized and earth friendly products... what more could you ask for? I'll forever be a member and keep bragging to my friends of all the goodness I receive 4 times I year

My boxes frequently arrive damaged or with items missing. I paid for an upgraded membership and I get subpar service. If you are thinking of signing up for this beauty box service, DON'T! There are other subscription services that won't send you trash.

The box is being held hostage at the post office because $19.70 postage is due on the box! WOW! I have called customer service, I have had three chats with three different people. Today 9/16 is day ten (10) and still no replacement, or fff call the post office to pay the postage that they should have paid in the first place! Talk about customer NO-service!

FabFitFun does not reimburse members for mail forwarding charges as this service is requested of USPS independently by the member. This charge is incurred normally because their mail has to be forwarded to an entirely new zip code and if they do not update their address on their FFF account, they risk incurring charges from USPS. I ordered the Eidfors box recently and received it with in 4 business days! Super fast shipping. I also accidentally signed up and paid the $180 for the year subscription and emailed them immediately. They refunded my money within less than 48 hours. That is unheard of with most subscription boxes. Very quick and nice customer service team.
Also, I'm very pleased with my editors box. The O. R. G. Mineral peel is amazing!

This is the best customer service experience. I got billed for 60.89 USD and Moon was able to refund it for me. I was worried that I was charged for something I didn't want. But luckily, the agent was very prompt efficient and kind. I love the way she resolved my problem in less than 5 mins.

I got mine a while ago but it's been sitting unopened until yesterday. I read all the spoilers a day before my box arrived so I knew I'd be disappointed. I got the summer box and loved it. I wish I could just return the fall box. The jewelry holder looks like something from the dollar store as well as the super flimsy hat. Another item that looks really cheap is the gym bag with a stupid saying (I got "Gym and Juice" and while I appreciate Snoop Dog, the wording looks too juvenile and it reminds me of someone on steroids). The other gym bag sayings were just as immature. Did I mention it's denim? The scarf/throw is nice but it seems way too big for a scarf and way too small for a throw. Mask has so many ingredients in it including fragrance as does the cuticle oil. The lipstick and ACV hair rinse look good but I'll still have to review the ingredients. Ice/heat pack is useful but again, it's like an $8 thing. Not risking this on the winter box so cancelling subscription.

I received a damaged item and notified them. They responded right away and fixed the issue without a problem. Overall I am pleased with my purchase!

The first customer service representative was not helpful and did not offer resolution options for my issue (missing customization item). And he disconnected our call TWICE!

I've had my membership for a year now, and I really love this company. I get really excited when the spoilers come out, and I love the forum for getting to know people. I also follow FabFitFun's social media, and I follow their CEO Katie Kitchens on Instagram as well, and she makes the whole community feel so connected. It's more than just products, you are receiving a new experience. You may not always like what you get, but I've started using so many products because of FFF and I could not live without them. Their customer service is also really awesome, and they are always willing to work with you. If you are debating getting a subscription, try it out for one box, see how you feel. There are millions of coupon codes all over the internet!

I love getting the boxes and the products are fun, have a good variety of things, and have pretty good quality. Anytime I have purchased any add ons, I had no issues. I did try to purchase something for a gift and it took over a month and still didn't ship. I had to cancel the order to get something else. It was disappointing but the return process was easy. I probably won't purchase anything again if it's outside the seasonal boxes but look forward to my next box

I tried the intro box, hoping to get some amazing items especially because of all the videos these people post on FB and because it's 50 bucks after the intro box. Let's just say the box was deceiving and there was like 3 things in the box 1 makeup bag ( which looks like it came from the dollar store) a tiny face cream and a cheap fake necklace I can't even wear since I'm allergic. I canceled immediately oh and I forgot to mention it took an entire month for it to get to me

I recently tried to purchase the summer box from fab fit fun. Before I had even received my summer box I was charged for the fall box. When I contacted them to see where my summer box was They told me that two weeks previously it had been returned to them. No one had told me of this nor was my money refunded. Nothing, no contact from them what so ever just another charge for the next box! When I called them to ask what was going on they would not refund any money for the boxes. The resulting conversation earned me the fall box which I did not want and a winter box. Today I consulted my tracking information and lo and behold my box was delivered to the wrong address again even after confirming with them that they had the correct address. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It seems to me you don't get good service unless you are an influencer.
I absolutely love everything FFF! Being able to customize the box makes it so much more personal, FFF finds a way to cater to each and every one of us. I'm so happy with my subscription.
The sales that occur in between the boxes are amazing as well, I'm always trying something new. I love to share with friends and family through birthdays and random presents, they are always happy with their gifts.
Also the customer service is A+, I have always received quick and positive responses.

Never received November. I've been with company 2 years. I save up for yearly. I was told a replacement would be sent. All my choices were not up for grabs I had to settle. I did get a credit. It's almost February no email about my box. I believe I will be getting a summer box now. I was excited about my slippers and hat and gloves. The EYELASHES were gonna be worn for my birthday February 27, the eyelash conditioner would be used daily. As a foster mother working 20 hours a week this box is my own little gift after running around 3 toddlers. I understand mistakes happen but 2 months later to fix it isn't cool.and I had to email fff enough times. This probably will be my last year with fff.

Once I received a robe with a tear and they immediately replaced it. I also got a box without being able to make my choices, so they sent me a whole new one with all my choices. Lastly, I made an order that was supposed to come with a bonus, but sadly the bonus was missing. I contacted customer service and they are now sending it to me. They always resolve any issues immediately and happily without question. For that I will always be a loyal customer! I really appreciate great customer service and a company who truly stands behind their products. Again, thanks to all your friendly and helpful staff!

I really enjoy my FabFitFun boxes. It is a welcomed treat every three months. I am getting an opportunity to try beauty products that I may not have thought to purchase. So far I have gotten a few products that I have personally repurchased. I feel that my boxes are always a good value. Also, I had an item come damaged this last week. Lexie, with customer service, was friendly, helpful and efficient in taking care of my needs. I appreciate that a replacement item will be sent. It is refreshing to deal with a company with excellent customer service. I will continue giving my business and keep sharing my love of FabFitFun with friends.

First, I love their boxes. I'm an Annual member so I'm able to choose everything in my box which is fantastic! The big issue is that on any edit sale if you don't take anything out of your account they will automatically charge you. Before getting a box I don't mind that much as it ships with my box; however during the sales after that you have to spend a certain amount for free shipping.
I HATE that if you add an item, and lets say technology isn't in your favor and it doesn't delete properly, you are then charged automatically. This is just a money-maker for me and really not thinking about their customers. I get emails probably every day from FFF. Are you meaning to tell me they can't send an email out warning that I'm about to be charged? No email. That says a lot about a company who sends email everyday, but can't remind you when they are about to charge you.
That being said--no more edit sales to me. I would shop if they changed things differently.

I was at first really happy to get FitFabFun. The products are wonderful surprises and great value. Then I went shopping for extras and left them in my cart, didn't know if I wanted to purchase. Come to find out they force you to complete the purchase, charge your credit card and voila! You've bought more when you didn't want to. This is illegal, I think. I didn't agree to the purchase, was simply shopping. To boot, I asked for a credit and cancellation. The products were cancelled, never arrived which is good because I didn't want them, and one month later I see that they still charged me. A big deal to get reversed. Very bad policy. I'm still a member but remain a skeptic. I won't get any of my friends involved until I'm sure they change this horrid practice. So there you go, buyer beware. Just keep after them if they try to charge you for products you don't intend to buy and for goodness sake, make sure they credit you if you're due.

Annual Memberships pre-pay for 4 boxes and are non-refundable. Additionally, the items in our Add-On sales are an additional charge and those prices are laid out in the sale.
