I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I'm not sure if I have been a member for 2 or 3 years. I always enjoy what I get in my boxes. I would say maybe two or three times the box has felt a little empty. But my items have always been of good quality.
The boxes are amazing and full of really good deals, a lot are name brand which is amazing. You're also able to add extras to your box every month, it costs a little more but it is worth it. 10/10 recommend to everyone who asks about it.

I just moved from a bad neighborhood. My FabFitFun Box was shipped to my old address and I was scared I'd have to go get it. My representative agreed to send me a replacement- no questions asked. Thank you for taking care of your customers! You have a loyal customer for life!

After a glitch on their website I was unable to choose customizations (for which I specifically signed up for) for my Summer Box. It should also be mentioned that this is my first box. Jim was exceptional in his assistance and I could stress how highly I recommend doing business with this company.
This used to be good in the beginning but now not so much. When I finally canceled after this last box the customer service was horrible! The way they didn't read my request and email was totally disappointing. I felt like I was dealing with smarty acting 12 year old instead of a so call professional. They had to make sure they got the last word in. Sure they did. I would give a zero on customer service if I could!

I am so pleased with the customer service at fff. I was disappointed in the fact that they kept running out of inventory & I was not going to subscribe for another year however every time I have to speak to customer service they always find a way to make it up to me! I purchased one fall box to surprise my daughter in Sept/Oct and to find out weeks later they considered it "undeliverable" for no apparent reason. I asked for my money to be returned "NO" they do not return money. I could pick another box but fall items were no longer available~ the surprise is no longer a surprise which was the point and the last thing I want to do is choose again from a diff batch of merchandise. Really bad customer service and even worse company policies! Will not be recommending this service to others!

I purchased this clock as an add on. When I received the clock it did not work. I asked for another clock, as it was going to be a gift. Customer service was great and I received same clock. Same deal, the clock does not work. At a loss and very frustrated.
I was very disappointed in this box. I did not get the product I customized. I did call and they will send it to me. I received 3 kinds of masks. I do not need 3 different masks. The products were very disappointing. I wish I could send it back or exchange it for other products. They sent me a detangler for my hair. I have straight hair. I have been a member of FabFitFun for a long time and discontinued my membership last year because the boxes were getting worse each season. They sent me pimple cream. I am 60 years old. I figured I would give it another try because they used to be great but this was the worst box yet. There customer service was very helpful and they will send me the customized item I was missing. I feel like who ever is fulfilling these orders do not pay attention to the profile that we filled out. They just ship blindly without taking the preferences they asked us about into consideration.

I have had two items arrive to me damaged and both were replaced with no problem. I had an expensive order that was lost in transit and they quickly refunded my money. I have ordered a ton from FFF and rarely have any issues. Just 3 with hundreds of items purchased! The products are great quality and I love the variety!
I was confused by I formation provided by FedEx. The misinformation was making me question staying with the company. I reached out to Customer Service live chat. Echo researched the issue and discovered that it was a simple carrier mishap. Echo provided the status of my orders and reassured me that my orders are ok and still in transit.

I was unable to join because my email had been used in 2019. I joined them by mistake was not able to afford it. I am in a better position now and thought I would trial it with the pay upfront for 4 installments. I do have a second email so I will look for something else.

I had a few questions about my account and when my credit would show up and when I could use it. I'm a bit obsessed with Fab Fit Fun! I spent near to $450.00 on my last order in December. I use them to fill my "Gift Closet". I used a lot of their items as Christmas gifts. I use them all year as birthday gifts, shower gifts, anniversary gifts, graduation gifts and whatever else you can think of. They are my go to. Thank you again for all your help!

So far I have had three boxes one with a seasonal membership and 2 with the annual membership and I have loved so much of all of the things I have gotten. Everything from the perfect throw blanket to the most lovely umbrella to earrings that I had to fight my mom to keep. I honestly was pretty skeptical if I would like this kind of thing but it turns out they are quite lovely. So many beautiful things to brighten each season. Highly recommend!

My box was stolen from outside my apartment. I called about it and they said they would ship make a new box no problem. I was so happy. But then I didn't get an email for a few days like they said. I went on to their site and sent a message. I received an email stating they have had a high volume and are behind. I appreciated them letting me know. A day or so later I got an email with a confirmation link and an apology.
Truely superb customer service. I am truely impressed. Plus I have been happy with every box I've received. Highly recommend!

I joined in the beginning of March and have yet to recieve my first box, 7 weeks later.
Twice boxes were delivered to an address other than mine. I have confirmed multiple times with FabFitFun that they have the correct address, yet their third party shipper tells me that the address they were given is something else.
FabFitFun customer service has tried to correct the issue, but as of yesterday the third party shipper still has the wrong address for the third attempt shipment.
The picture included shows the delivery at a house that is not mine.

I paid over $200 to change from a seasonal box to an annual box because I wanted to be able to customize all my items. When I received my spring box, none of the things I requested were in there. I contacted customer service, and they are sending me all new items plus two free items. I am also getting to keep everything they sent me on accident. The agent (Tom) was friendly and apologetic. I am impressed that they replaced everything and gave me two free items.

Just received my fall 2019 box, and cancelled. The only fall item in the box was a scarf, the wallet was cheap, and an assortment of lotion and hair care products that I won't use... again. I can find better deals at TJ Maxx for hair and skin and it seems like they just get what no one wants and throw it in the box. You used to get an assortment of cute things, trinkets ect... not so much anymore. The causebox looks to be what I will be doing from now on.

I love my seasonal FabFitFun box. I enjoy customizing, but also being surprised by the products. There's a great variety and the value is AMAZING! I'm addicted to the add-ons and edits. The presentation of each box is cool. I really love that the company seems to promote giving back and supports women-owned companies.

I receive several subscription boxes and FabFitFun is my absolute fave! Yes, I feel the retail values of some of the items is inflated, but I can tell you I think that is the case will all the subscription boxes. The reality is, even if you "deflate" the value of the items, you get about $150 or more worth of stuff. Or you can look at on a per item basis, $50 divided by 8 items (usually 9), then the price is just over $6 per item. Any way you slice it, it is a great deal. Do I love all the stuff? Nope. But I have found many products that I have never tried before that are now regular purchases because they are the best products I have ever used. It's worth it to me.

I have been having trouble with dishonest people who received my order at my old address and failed to inform me of the shipment arrival. I called Fabfitfun to get it rectified and they shipped me a replacement box with very little effort. However because of the covid-19 issue my box sat at the FedEx delivery place with out my knowledge and was eventually shipped back to fabfitfun when I called Kara and told her about the issue she was promptly on the computer and getting me a new replacement box again and made sure that everything was taken care of. I really appreciate her effort and helpfulness and also very friendly nature as I could have been very agitated by the second box not being delivered like it should be.

I really love being part of the Fit, Fab, Fun family. I look forward to my delivery every season. The products have always been amazing. I love being able to try full size new products at such a reasonable price. I had been a seasonal member but today I decided to upgrade to annual. Looking forward to all the perks that go along with being a annual member.
I enjoy receiving the boxes and love some of the products more then others. It was always fun and exciting to receive a box but I am no longer financially able to continue.
