I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
An item came damaged in my edit sale box, I was sent a reply immediately and advised that someone would contact the shipping department to let them know and a replacement item is being sent out to me. Truly above and beyond. I have contacted customer care about 3 times in the 4 or 5 years I've been a FFF customer and every time I have been super impressed with the attention and care i receive. A+ service every time
Ely solved the problem point blank sending missing items so I am pleased and will continue my service I love the boxes and ur fast response I maybe had 1 or 2 minor issues but they were always fixed thank u
The first few boxes I got were amazing, I became a member so i could have more options. Lately the boxes have been somewhat disappointing compared to those in the past but it's still something I get excited about every season.

I had multiple issues one with a product that was severely damaged after use and also had technical issues with my choices and add-ons. This customer service representative went above and beyond to assist me to resolve my issues and to make me feel like a valued customer. I'm very satisfied with the service he provided. I have also spoken to many reps in the past regarding an issue with emails and not receiving information from this company he's the only representative after all of these who is able to resolve this issue. I have to say that I am torn between getting to choose so many items in my box and wanting it to all be a surprise. I have only done the choosing but I do really love it! These are items that I would never purchase for myself and it is nice to treat myself to expensive items while staying on budget.

All items are excellent quality, careful packaging to prevent damage, always compete order and with detailed booklet with all necessary information, never needed to contact support. Overall excellent experience highly recommended.

There were only a few times I have had an issue and they were quick and efficient in solving the problem! I always love my boxes, even the one time I accidentally missed the customization. It was still a great box.

After countless emails stating I could customize my box with three items I finally gave in. After paying the site would not load and turns out it's because I customizations were closed for spring. It did not allow me the chance to select any items, but said my box was already selected. To top it off it didn't let me see not one thing that was going to be in the box when I hit the "view my box" option.

I was not aware the Free Starter Boxes to send to my friends have an expiration date of 7 days after receiving the email. I created a live chat & the representative (Simon) had brought that to my attention. & also sent an email to the appropriate dept. requesting sending me 3 Starter boxes. He was expedient, compassionate & professional.

The product saved in my annual box were not the ones that I had originally picked. Joe is able to switch them back to my original options. And for that I appreciate him. As I am a first-time customer and I was kind of disappointed when I saw that.

I'm really happy with most items in the box however, the customer service lacks and takes away from the member excitement. I was billed for a seasonal box in April (4 months ago). No box... My order history even shows that no box was ever shipped out. I have emailed with no response... no response... no response... I did purchase the annual membership but I want to know that they have customer service available when needed, so I will probably cancel. Why 2 stars? 5 stars for the product - zero stars for customer service therefore "meh" I would not recommend it.

Frustrating to deal with almost not worth it! Not only does every box take forever to get to you but then when it's delivered to the wrong address as mine was this month! I called customer service and I'm told that I have to wait five days and then call back to have my box replaced. I wouldn't be so upset if this was the first customer service issue encounter I've had with that it fun but they seem to not take responsibility for deliveries not arriving or arriving damaged and you're basically told to go deal with it it's not their problem. My renewal date is in October and honestly I'm definitely leaning towards not renewing it and looking for a similar box through another company.

I called FFF customer service and spoke with Ariel. I had a question regarding the 'Yeah Fall' promo code that I see on YouTube. I recently renewed to annual membership but it doesn't start until the Winter box. He gave me $20 credit anyway so I was very happy about that! Thank you Ariel!

So, the company responded to this review with information that doesn't actually respond to my review. It's just jibberjabber about being a subscription service, even when you purchase a gift card for someone, even though their website doesn't state any of this "subscription" nonsense for gift cards. I can't recommend this obvious scam to anyone.
This is a scam. I sent a friend a $200 gift certificated to this bait and switch company. When she went to their site to activate the gift certificate she was asked to supply her credit card info. Why? The gift certificate was paid for my me on my card. So I contact customer no-service and I'm informed that they need to info since they are a subscription service. Wait, what? They use their gift cards as a way to up their subscriptions. This isn't mentioned in the terms of service. They are just a bait and switch con. I promptly cancelled my subscription and will be contacting the Sec. Of State for my home state and the BBB.
Great value to any box, great products, worth every penny and way more, fullsize also. Their customer service are amazing, they leave me one happy customer everytime & they actually care. Plus they have discounts and free boxes you can send to friends. Also a referral link that can give you credit towards your boxes.

I love the variety and size of the items I receive and seeing the box always makes me smile no matter what kind of day I've had! Many items are extremely nice as in day to day life I may not purchase due to price/size, so this affords me a great way to try things out. Not all items are items I personally use, but they make wonderful gifts! Overall, an amazing deal!

I've received 5 boxes from FFF and I've been happy with all of them. I had one item in a recent box that ripped on its first use, so I headed to the forum to see if anyone else had the same problem. Without even contacting customer service, they saw my issue on the forum and sent out a replacement. Very happy with the service.

I had a billing issue with my account and my debit card, but customer service representative Rolly was able to come to my aid and fix it in under 5 minutes. Excellent customer care. I'd give him a 10 star review if it would let me!

I signed up to try it. I received an email about annual subscriptions, I clicked it and then it automatically enrolled me and deductive $190.78 from my account without asking my permission or even clicking a box. I reach out to them and they stated that "all sales are final" I tried to explain that all I did was click a link in my email and then BOOM now I am a member. After going back and forth for about 30 mins I was finally able to get my money back. It is a scam where they "hope" you do not realize what they do and buy the time you do it is too late. Horrible customer service i will be getting the one back I paid for a week ago and that will be it. Be careful with them and watch you accounts

I love Fabfitfun! I have had it for 2 years now and most of the things I have gotten have been good/great. It is a bit pricey, but it's worth it. I get the full year subscription so it costs less than paying monthly.

Excellent customer service. I had a couple of issues with an add-on and my missing box. First issue with add-on was fixed and handled efficiently and I am satisfied with my alternative choice. Second issue was my actual box never showed up and FFF rep, Callie, contacted me within 36 hours and she helped reassemble my box and get it on it's way quickly. I did have to choose other items since some items that I chose were no longer available, but the service I received made the experience a pleasant one.

The first box I purchased was the Spring Editors box. I ordered it on 4/3, and have since been given the run-around. I have spoken to 4 people, and each person has a different answer. I did successfully get the items that I purchased at the edit sale, but those that bought the editors box AFTER I did have already received theirs, and here I am still waiting on mine. I can't say that I have ANY understanding of how exactly that's fair. I've decided to see this box through the summer season, and if the same thing happens again I'm done. They do have competitors, they just seem to forget that.
I love the fabfitfun boxes. I always look forward to receiving mine, I have never had a box I wasn't excited about. I also love that the customer care is just a moment away if you reach out on the sites chat. They are helpful friendly and very efficient. Love your brand.
