I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I love the fabfitfun boxes. I always look forward to receiving mine, I have never had a box I wasn't excited about. I also love that the customer care is just a moment away if you reach out on the sites chat. They are helpful friendly and very efficient. Love your brand.
FabFitFun is a great company. There is an operable customer service line that helps customers. The wait time is very descent especially during covid 19. I need help ordering my $5 Starter Subscription box that I won via Instagram. The issue was resolved and I am a happy customer.

I had an item that was defective and they handled my complaint quickly and to my satisfaction. I look forward to my quarterly box and love the prices in the sales between boxes. I like interacting with the community. This site is a great place for women to support other women.
Fabfitfun is just that! My daughter and I enjoy it so much. You don't have to just get it for yourself. This thing's you got make wonderful gifts! And I have looked at different items and they are definitely good quality and expensive. You really get a great deal with fabfitfun!

I had the pleasure of speaking with JR from FFF, he was knowledgeable, personable and able to fit my issue in seconds flat. I had purchased an item that came to me broken I am assuming by shipment. He replaced it with no hassle. All i had to do was show a photo of the item. He was very friendly. FFF's customer service is always spot on.

Well I had cancelled my membership before and I have not idea how it got reopened, I didn't do it. The spring box I got was full of junk. I don't wear scarves, never asked for a plastic cactus drink cup, felt like it was for a 12 year old. Never wear watches and that was the only thing of value. It looked like you all were just cleaning out a drawer and you put in the box and shipped. I was asked by Max if I had personalize it NO cause it was not suppose to be sent. I Had cancelled. You all need to up your game. The box was bad and there are so many other companies doing the same and killing it.

I signed up for the yearly Fab, Fit Fun because their advertising promised a hair brush dryer with my subscription. I received my 1st box. It was OK but no hair dryer when I asked where my hair dryer was I was told. They were out of them. Extremely disappointing and they were still selling the yearly subscription with the dryer long after mine was delivered.

I have been a FFF member for over 2 years now and I absolutely love getting the boxes in the mail along with the add on and edit sale goodies. Not all the products suit me personally but that is okay because I am all about sharing. I love to give FFF products as gifts to family and friends. I would say the only negative thing is when add on or edit sales start... the website always seems to break and there are problems. In the past I have "lost" things in my cart that I really wanted and because of this, I was not able to get them back. Regardless... I am a FFF member for life and I look forward to all of my future boxes!

I have been very happy with my FabFitFun subscription. I am an annual subscriber which means I get to do more customization than a seasonal subscription. I usually find myself using most of the products I receive and saving a few I don't love to give to friends and family. I love that the products are full sized and have a variety of beauty, skin-care, fashion, home, and health products. I highly recommend this box if you like to try new products that you might not otherwise pick out.

I have been with fab fit fun for a few years never had an issue till the winter 2019 box. I notified them of the issue within hours a received a follow up email and it was resolved immediately. Thanks again jasmine and fab fit fun

I loved receiving my boxes they all had great things and all useful. This was like a gift to myself 4 times a year and I always look forward to it everytime. However during these hard times I can't afford it but I will come back.

I did like some of the items in the packages but I didn't think it was worth the price. I was extremely upset when they renewed my annual membership one month early, without notice. They should have sent out an email to inform me that my renewal date was approaching. I had to contact Customer Service Chat to cancel & get a refund. They did do as I had requested, but they should have sent an email to me notifying me about renewal. Had they done that, I would have renewed.

I recently got my package in the mail, and it had a damaged product inside. I reached out to customer service and within a few days they had contacted me back and resolved the issue. I am very happy with their customer service. Thank you FabFitFun.

I sent an email to fabfitfun, asking if I ordered that day. Would the package arrive before christmas... they responded by basically saying, 'probably not'... so I decided not to order... the next day I saw that they charged me $39.95...

I realized I didn't receive my add-ons with my box and it was because my card did not go through (my error) luckily they were able to get mostly all the items I wanted some were out of stock and put the order through for me!

I know, during these times that employees are overwhelmed. She was the 1st one to answer my email and was very, very helpful and personable personable. She did her best to help me since, do the death my sister, I miss the customization deadline. It she helped me with alternatives and was extremely friendly the whole time. I would give her an A+ rating.

I was very disappointed with my box. It contained a tote bag with a smudge, a mug with a paint drip, and a hair mask that makes my hair frizzy. The lipstick was a near white color (who wears that color?). I feel like the box was filled with Job Lot type items and factory seconds. I complained to them asking for at least a new tote bag and they never responded. I smell a scam here.

I had an order that arrived in bad shape and An item was missing, I assume it probably fell out because of the box condition. I contacted fab fit fun sustainer service and in less that 12 hrs I had a refund and a little credit added. Love the quick response and resolution.

I had an annual membership a couple years ago, had to cancel due to budgeting. My husband asked what I wanted for my B-day. I thought why not have him get me a Annual membership again. Smart right? My thinking is it's a gift that keeps on giving! The best part is I get to pick every single piece cuz I hate surprises. Glad to be back in the Fab Fam.

I have been with Fabfitfun for over 2 years+. They are the one subscription I have stayed with. I've generally never had a problem with them. The one time I did they handled it right away with no issues. I have dealt with many other subscription boxes. Some of them were very unhelpful and left me with no options. I love this subscription box. They are one of the best.

I have received 2 boxes, both disappointing. I am completely handicapped, very recently lost my husband to cancer, and have a special needs 12 year old son. I must be very watchful and frugal with our spending. I am NEVER able to spend anything on myself. I thought this could be a nice treat and distraction for myself. I saw the wonderful boxes all over social media and I was excited! The box arrived…. I was sadly disappointed. Both boxes contained mostly coupons, and I would've have to spend more money! I can't do that! I already spent more than I should on the box membership! I had no choice, but to end my membership.

The first box that I ordered was November 2020 and I sent the entire box to my son's girlfriend. Everything in it was awesome and honestly, if I didn't love her so much I would've kept it.
I love the interaction that their representatives have on their socials and when I needed help with a situation that I caused myself, it was an easy fix(or so Eden made it seem.) I'm really looking forward to my Spring box and all of the boxes to come!

No joke, every single eye cream and fast mask they have sent in their Fab Fit 'Fun' box has severely burnt the skin under my eyes and eyelids. And no, I didn't put the product on that area. I avoided my eyes and still... two seasons in a row. Burnt frickin eyes. Thanks. I look like an a**h***. Keep your crappy box.
