I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
No joke, every single eye cream and fast mask they have sent in their Fab Fit 'Fun' box has severely burnt the skin under my eyes and eyelids. And no, I didn't put the product on that area. I avoided my eyes and still... two seasons in a row. Burnt frickin eyes. Thanks. I look like an a**h***. Keep your crappy box.
I have been a subscriber for 5+ years now. I used to be so excited to receive my box and see all the goodies inside, but I have become very disappointed. The numbers of items your receive seems to have gotten smaller, the options are all pretty much the same season after season. All of the boxes I received in the last year, have had almost exactly the same items that were offer the year before. Anything I get that I am actually excited to receive is an add on that I have purchased separately from the box. In my fall box order this year, someone in the company changed 3 of my choices that I selected to a random mystery item. Every box I have received this year has had some kind of problem, from the wrong items sent to changing my order. They have attempted to make things right, but I will not be renewing my subscription.

My first box just came (it took so long I had to cancel my membership so I wouldn't get charged for a second box before the first arrived!). It had 4 items: hand lotion, hair oil, a small cross-body bag, and dark brown lip gloss. I was expecting more items based on the advertising, and thought the choice to send dark brown lip gloss (I didn't have any option to customize color) was strange since it's not a very popular color. I'm sure I'll use the lotion and hair oil, but don't think I'll be ordering again.
ETA: I have now opened the hair oil and the scent is SO strong (patchouli-ish) that it went straight into the trash with the brown lip gloss. So I'm down to the hand cream (which has a strong scent, but one I'm okay with - like rose) and the small cross-body bag which isn't my style but maybe I'll use if I ever need to go out with only a few things with me.

If you like the option of customizing some of the items within the box, our Summer Box has more choice options that will allow you to pick items that are more your style! You can cancel your subscription, but you have to keep receiving the product until your subscription runs out. No refunds or stopping the boxes, even though I am not happy with the products. I'm super disappointed that I have to keep getting products I wouldn't normally buy, the items are not "quality" products. For example I received a 'coin purse' that was lower quality than one from the dollar store. I will not be renewing.

Just recieved my fall 2018 fabfitfun... and with the add ons it was the best one yet. It's exciting to open the box and get everything. And the products are amazing! I got my entire skin line and lots of extra goodies for an amazing price. It's a fun way to treat myself as I'm not able to do it often with two little ones under two and a third on the way!

My first box was a "test the waters" box... I ordered it in May and it was rec'd quickly. Since it was between seasons I got the editors box. Loved it so I decided to subscribe. I was charged a month ago and still no box. I've reached out to them 3 times and have received the standard didn't expect the volume your box will be shipped shortly. Well I'm done. I've cancelled my subscription. I will be disputing the cc charge.

I absolutely love these boxes! Sometimes there are repeats, but I have found some amazing new accessories, brands, and make up from these boxes. I will forget I have one coming and then I have a gift for myself at the door. Thank you fabfitfun for putting an amazing gift together for all of us!

I love FFF, I look forward to my box arriving every season! The add on's are amazing and the edit sales get me every time! You can't beat these deals! I was disappointed because my box had not arrived and she looked for all the options to make me the replacement of the products when they were already sold out, the conversation It was closed many times and she came back to look for me when I opened the chat, so her attention was amazing

I'm a new annual member and was excited to customize my Winter box. I realized I forgot my password. I just knew there would be nothing left if I didn't hurry... I got immediate customer service and reset my password. My worries were over and selected each of my face for my Winter 2020 Box. I'm so excited. Like Christmas early.

But Tessa at Fabfitfun was very helpful. Come to find out the sale ended two days ago but she let me know that they where having a new sale on the 10th so I will be on the look out to see if by chance the product I liked is at that same! Quick, efficient, and informative.

My daughter gifted me with a year's membership for Mother's Day. I received my first Spring Box and love it. But since she gave the membership to me, I need an easy way to transfer it into my name so I can access and make my selections. I can use her email and password, but if I want to make a selection that costs additional money, then it goes on her credit card, and that limits me to not selecting anything other than standard package. This cannot be a unique problem, so how can this be transferred to my name, and have my credit card for future purchases.

Everytime I receive a box im so excited I feel like I'm a kid again and it's Christmas Day.
They're also very helpful I had one of my boxes get run over recently due to the delivery driver leaving it in a bad area and they could not be more helpful

I hit the wrong button and ordered a annual membership instead of the seasonal like I could afford. I left messages with both fit fab fun and my bank my bank did nothing but fit fab fun wrote me and made sure i wanted to switch back and when I said yes they had my money back that night

This is my first box. I received the editors box I THINK. I received a cheap dollar store quality striped tote. Really disappointing. I received hand lotion. ( BORRRING) Some wireless ear buds which I dont know how to use. I received a bath sponge that i can get for 5.00 at TJ MAX, a couple of face masks, a stupid leather eye mask for sleeping, and the only good thing was a set of makeup brushes. They seem nice, havent tried them yet. I dont know if this is the standard editors box and is this one of my four for the year? If so, bummer.

I asked to cancel my subscription right after I received my spring box because I honestly think it's not worth it and they sent me a cancellation email confirmation. Then I just received email that I've been charge for my summer edition box!?

The Fab Fit Fun box is very misleading and confusing. They show all these videos of people opening up these boxes and then you don't end up getting the stuff that you saw in them or want. In the summer box, I chose one of the towels but didn't get it and was told that I chose the makeup case instead. Really? Now why would I do that? I didn't even care for the patterns and thought I was getting both. The same thing happened with the summer box. What a disappointment.

Somehow I accidentally added a "boost" item to my customization. When I noticed, I contacted them thru the website. Within 24 hours I received a personalized response explaining what I must have done and the item and charge were removed. Very efficient! Thanks!

Ok, honestly, I had $10 off so I ordered 1 box then cancelled membership, not really needing. I just received my Fall box yesterday and was so impressed and happy that i reinstated my membership for a full year! Thank you... great products...
This was my first time ordering the fab fit fun box. I was billed for the box in Nov and scheduled to receive it mid December but now i find out I probably won't receive it for another month! How is that fair?

I have been a subscriber for I think two years now. I have had no problems but my most recent order was lost. Shipping label was created and it was never put together or shipped so I lost my first choices on a few items and add-ons. They were the ones I was most excited about so I was upset to lose my first choices and a good many add-on items. I was refunded the money that I paid for the items that will never be arriving but not given any other sort of compensation. I spent a good period of time reviewing the items on making choices for things that I would like and also gifts for friends. I am not sure if I will re-know my subscription when it comes up again.

I had trouble with a promo code, sent an email and the issue was resolved right away. No being sent here and there and having to verify this and verify that. I would definitely consider it a pleasant experience that left me with a smile on my face!
