I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I had trouble with a promo code, sent an email and the issue was resolved right away. No being sent here and there and having to verify this and verify that. I would definitely consider it a pleasant experience that left me with a smile on my face!
Wish I could review the actual subscription box, but seeing as I NEVER received my items I cannot. Contacted their support line four times and was told the same bland blanket statement about how my order was being "processed" each time. After my box was two months late with no sign of shipment (during all this time they had already charged my card) I finally called to cancel my order as it was clearly never going to be delivered to me.
Tip for consumers:
Only use this subscription box if they are paying you to promote them, that is the only way you will receive decent customer service. They don't care at all about the everyday subscriber.

The whole point of a starter or sample box is to sample the products and see if you want to invest your hard earned money into something you don't really need. Well, I was charged $50 for a subscription when I had not even received the sample box I ordered 3 weeks prior. Why even offer a starter if you are not going to give the opportunity to let me decide if I want it? I did a chat with the FFF agent and the chic just spouted the policies and non refundable and 21 days after you order sample that you get charged for the subscription. Well that's nice, but again, don't have my starter box and its not my fault you can't get me it within 3 weeks! I mean I get Prime orders same day, so I don't get why this takes so long. I had to ask for a supervisor to get involved who did resolve the problem which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. BTW still have not gotten my starter box, so its now 3 and a half weeks! Can't review what is in the actual starter box.

I am very pleased with this company and the professionalism of the workers. Calling customer service was easy and not stressful at all unlike most. Although the company is not very clear on the terms of getting a small tester box (gifted to me by a friend. Witch was free with 5 dollars shipping) it was not clearly stated that after 21 days my card would be charged for a full size spring box. Had I of known I would be charged this I would have canceled my subscription sooner. I was under the impression I would only be getting the mini starter box and that it no further charges. They did refund me after calling customer crevice and canceled my subscription thankfully. For further reference make sure to read even the user small fine print.

My package never arrived and after doing my own investigation and getting nowhere i reached out to fabfitfun and spot to their customer service. The experience was most pleasant if i do say so i was frustrated when i first reached out but the nice young man put my mind at ease and came up with a satisfactory idea and even replaced my missing package

Each box I get keeps getting better and better. While it doesn't have so much "fit" with the products (however there is a fitness part of the site with videos), there is a decent variety. I believe that I get more than my money's worth each season. The add-ons are always tempting and I was able to buy quite a few things for friends for Christmas with the fall box at a good deal.
Regarding customer service, I had an issue with a defective product and used the online chat to talk with CS and they were helpful. They have sent a replacement product and were quick and polite about the issue.

I love being an annual member for FabFitFun. I love the full customization that I get, so I can at least make sure I can avoid items that I know will not work for me. It gives me the ability to try items I would never be able to go out and just buy myself. There is always that 1 item that is well over the price of one box.

I called Customer Service because I was worried that none of my customizations, build your box, add-ons or refills had went through. Alexa instantly calmed me down. I was so worried because it has been my experience that after a sale my money is taken out of my account as soon as the sale closes. Alexa explained that yes that is how it works after just a sale. But that it will be 2 days before the money comes out of my account when it is also customization. I felt really silly. I've been a member now for over a year. But Alexa didn't just assure me that everything was fine with my order, she also made me feel like I was more than just a customer. We laughed together and it was overall a very good experience. I love everything that comes in my box, the magazine with great interviews and articles about female-owned companies and nonprofit organizations. As well as fabfit TV, which I use on a daily basis with the workouts. I feel I get MORE than my money's worth. This company goes above and beyond.

Zac was professional, helpful, and so much more! Zac would be my go to person if I had the option to choose. Everything was dealt with and resolved without the "robotic " response you would normally receive.
The customer service representative responded right away to my issue and stayed engaged via email all day until my problem was resolved.

One of the items in my summer box was incorrect. I contacted FabFitFun online and the matter was resolved in no time at all. The customer care assistant was extremely courteous and efficient. A really good experience.

I have been subscribing to FabFitFun for a while now and have never been disappointed! I stay checking the calendar to see when my next box will ship. They almost always exceed my expectations! The products I have receivers are geared towards a very young crowd. Nothing is a products that I would ever use on a regular basis. Hoping for a better box next time but not convinced this is worth the money.

I loved FFF for the first couple of boxes. The last two are really disappointing. And let me say, the bundle with combs, really cheap lash curler and and really dry chap stick? Awful. I am going to try one more box and if it does not improve, I will cancel.

Okay. I'm a newer customer about a year. Each season there are multiple options in multiple categories to choose from. This is the first season I received damaged goods. Customer service was polite and helpful. I have seen in the past customers receiving damaged, expired, and broken items in their boxes. It's difficult to trust a company that consistently has issues each season. I hope the FFF is able to reduce problems in the near future.

I first subscribed in Summer of 2019. I loved the Summer Box so much that I purchased the Spring Editors box. As a busy professional, I never ventured out to try new products and was pleasantly surprised at some of the items in the boxes. Tarte Rainforest of the Sea, Amazing, Lavido body cream in mandarin, amazing. Yes, sometimes there are a few items that due to allergies, I may not use but honestly for the price if you use 5 of the 8 items, you have good value. The Winter Box looks amazing, I cannot imagine not having these delightful boxes showing up on my doorstep four times a year.

I've had two separate issues with FFF and both times their customer service representatives handled my issues quickly and in a satisfactory manner. Both issues were something that was not due to any error on their part. And both times they handled the situations professionally. It makes me happy that I chose to be an annual member with their subscription service. I know that if there's ever a problem that they'll do whatever it takes to make their customers happy.
