I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
This is not a reputable business. I ordered the Spring Edit Box over a month ago & still have not received a shipping notice! Customer service is practically nonexistent and does not respond to emails or follow through when they do actually respond. I've spoken to a manager & plan to file a complaint with the BBB. They refuse to refund my money for a box I never even received!
I was a little nervous reading all the reviews about how long shipping took for other FFF customers. I signed up for the annual membership on 7/7 and received the summers editor box today!(7/13) I am pleased with the timeliness they were able to get my box to me and love all of the products in it and cant wait to use them and get my next box!

I accidentally ordered a seasonal subscription and a yearly subscription in one order, obviously I only wanted the yearly one, I emailed fab fit fun right away, they informed me that they would issue me a refund straight away. They explained it isn't their usual way to refund after a subscription purchase, but they would this time as it was a genuine mistake. I am very grateful of their prompt response and the outcome.

I had ended a different subscription service because getting a replacement for damaged items was nearly non-existent. So when the first order I made came with a damaged item, I was... nervous.
I used the online chat to start a ticket & was immediately offered an option for replacement. I had some trouble uploading the image, so we moved the ticket to email... I sent one email with an image of the damaged product as an attachment. I woke this morning to an email letting me know a replacement was being processed & how long I could expect it to take.

I sent a message regarding my latest box it had to be forwarded from my old address and the representative was able to track it and assure me that they would take care of it and I just needed to wait a little longer wish I was happy to do

Awesome - i was really iffy about doing something like this, investing money into a box of things I may or may not like. However, I have loved trying everything in my past two boxes. The stuff I have recieved has been great and relatively on time.
My only lows are one of the nicest add-ons was eliminated after adding, and I was sent the wrong item once (but FFF handled it well and is sending me the proper item).

I was missing several items from my summer box add ons. I contacted customer support via phone. The agent was professional and polite. He checked and found the items I was missing were being shipped directly from the retailer. He went item by item to explain it all to me. Answered all my questions and was very helpful

Through all the corona virus confusion, I forgot about my fab, fit and fun box but was able to remedy that right away with the awsome customer service they have, thanks guys, you made my day and month, nothing like a fab; fit, fun box to make it through this corona funk

Ive been getting these boxes since Summer 2017 and Ive been pleasantly surprised every darn time! Each one has had a full-size product I was just about to purchase, which essentially made up most of the cost of the box (Im looking at you, Murad skin perfecting lotion). Some of the stuff that isnt my style I regift to friends, but overall Im coming out on top. Plus its like my birthday every few months. Great way to get introduced to new brands and stock up on ones you like.
Also, have never had issues with shipping (Im used to shipping taking about 1-2 weeks for Canada). And anyone who put items into their cart during the edit sale and then got charged: that was the entire point of the edit sale! There was no check out, you just left the items you wanted in your cart and it automatically checked you out at the end of the week. There wasnt a check out button at all.

Had some issues with bulling and was going to stop my subscription. Your staff was very kind and assuring and even gave me a % off to stick around. I love FFF but not the forum when people are so rude and cant control them selves. I no longer go on the forums or comment. Im OK with that but I do miss out on a lot of other fun stuff and people. Just a shame. I love FFF however, due to expenses and the economy I may have to lay out for a year or so once my current subscription is done.

I needed to update my billing info, but couldn't remember my login from a few months ago when I'd joined. I emailed support and a member of their team got back to me right away, and walked me through the whole process. Refreshing to have such a responsive team there to help!
I love getting my FFF box. I really enjoy seeing what all I got. Sometime I would let you guys pick some of my stuff out and it was always good. Every person that text or email me was very nice and helpful. FFF seems like a nice company to work for.

Fabfitfun is awful and I urged everyone to reconsider. My first box was Fall 2017 and that took 6 weeks just to ship, despite their website saying boxes will be shipped within 10 days from the order date. I reached out to the company and got a standard were sorry email. My second box was charged to my credit card on 11/27 as of 12/18 my account showed that shipping was pending. I emailed the company since this is now the second time their promise of shipping in 10 days did not occur. I got no email back. Nothing from costumer service. Suddenly late tonight I get an email from fed ex saying my item has shipped. So basically this company cant even respond to a basic email. Just put a box together real quick and ship it out. I am disappointed that they cant even take the time to answer my email. Terrible service and I am canceling my account. Although from reading some reviews that also may be difficult. Please stay away from this company.

I had to cancel my subscription with Fab Fit Fun for a little while and I was sent another box and didn't know why. The representative helped me and let me know the reason.
They are prompt and very great to deal with.

It's so exciting to get a new box that's curated for the season!
Feedback:
1. Waiting for my box to come sometimes after my friends have already had theirs for weeks kind of sucks. I wish we could get them around the same time to share the excitement and discuss.
2. Full size items are awesome. Sometimes. There have been several times I would have liked a smaller version of some items. When it comes to hair care, etc. sometimes a smaller version (maybe 3oz instead of 6+) would be better then you can order a larger size. I end up giving lots of those to friends/family
3. Add-ons and sales- these have been fantastic for me! I have found lots of cool stuff to share with friends at a great price.
4. FFFTV and app- I NEVER use these. The app has terrible reviews and I just don't care about the content on the tv.
Around the shipment time, I get really mad because my they never ship on the date they write that they will ship. So, that's annoying. Last time, it took 2 weeks for the box to get to me. The products are good though.

All orders should ship out within 10 business days of successful payment. Our US shipping takes between 7-10 business days and is shipped with FedEx SmartPost then transferred to USPS to make the final delivery. Our Canada shipping takes between 9-14 business days and is shipped with APC then transferred to Canada Post for the final delivery. Below is more information on our shipping! When I joined it was very exciting to pick and receive your box, for the last two seasons were aweful, hard time to get in to the website to choose items, selection wasn't very good to pick from, I had to choose lots of "surprise me " items as nothing interested me. And once I finally got in and picked my Fall box I never received my box…… it was delivered to Calgary I have not moved. Still same address. Not happy, just recently cancelled my membership. My experienced was pleasant and very helpful. Speaking to a real person rather than a bot was exactly what I need to calm my anxiety. And I'm happy that I was able to have the last minute request for a change to my shipping address was doable. I was worried that the Fall Box I am expecting would arrive during the time I must return to the office in September and that the box would be sitting at my door all day and be stolen. But with the help that I received today I no longer have to worry as I now know my box will arrive at my place of business where it will be cared for in safe hands. Much appreciate all the assistance I received today.

I received a seasonal package as a gift. In order to access my gift, I had to enter my credit card information. When I called customer service, they explained they needed my card info because they will charge me for taxes, because they are added to the cost of the box, and I will continue to receive the boxes until I cancel. Just beware that this is a subscription service, so if you receive one as a gift, you still have to pay.
