I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I needed to cancel my annual subscription and the customer service person, Bernice, was pleasant and professional in addressing this issue. I would consider reactivating in the future if my circumstances change.
I had to contact fun fit fab because my winter box was left on my front porch. I don't exactly know when the box was delivered because we do not use our front porch, so in turn my entire box was ruined because of all the rain we have been having. MJ took her time in researching my issue. I also explained to her that I was expecting something different in my box. She ask me if I was able to customize my box and when I stated no, she was able to change my products in my replacement box and include the 1 item that I was looking forward to receiving. She was very courteous and gracious. Thank you MJ you really made me feel special.
I had issue with my order. I order pmd when it arrived it was not working. I was worried what I am going to do now.he not only guide me but also order new one for me really great full such a good customer service fabfitfun has.

What a crock! $50 for a worthless box that is delivered WEEKS later after making the payment. They were quick to take my money but not quick in delivering the products that are not even worth the price of the cardboard of the box. These "good" reviews are obviously paid trolls or underpaid employees. Fake Fab FIT NOT FUN!

Fab Fit Fun always goes above and beyond to make things right. I was missing items so they sent out the new item and gave me a credit. They were out of an item I ordered so they substituted it. I didn't like what the sent. They gave me a credit and sent the item of my choice. Great customer service!

I was charged for my summer box on the 1st of June. Its July the 2nd and its awaiting shipment. I was told 3 days ago that my box was just waiting for an address label. How long does it take to add a label! Id rather the customer service representative at least be honest! Im definitely canceling! Please dont waste your money on this! Im worried Im not going to get it.

I have received three boxes so far. A few of the things word cool, however for the most part you are getting things that I can a hundred percent assure you you can find at Marshalls or TJ Maxx. There was a jade roller that was in one of them. You can buy them on eBay for a dollar. The reason I don't suggest these boxes is the time it takes to actually receive the Box oh, there are no surprises. Half of the stuff you are not going to use. The colors that they pick out to throw in there are horrific, mostly the lip colors. I just completely feel like this is a scam and they amp you up, if you're able to be amped up over stuff like this, but again you can buy this stuff yourself and the prices that they state are way over inflated.
They send you products you do not order and make you pay for them. They refuse to answer emails regarding issues and tell you that they are too busy. They take your money with no care at all and are not willing to rectify situations. The products you do order, they do not send you and they refuse to refund you even though they KNOW you never got the items. The worst customer service department I have ever dealt with.
Also, I once ordered a ring and it broke the second I put it on. The products they send are ridiculous; who even uses half of that stuff. I do NOT recommend!

I look forward to my FabFitFun box every season. I like trying the products and have fallen in love with many of them like the body scrubs and most recently my sunglasses! The box is the way I pamper myself a little throughout the year.

When you decide you want out because its the same crap every time they $#*! you around for months until you finally make a strongly worded complaint, I literally only giae them 1 star because I can't give them 0.

I attempted to purchase a summer box, but ended up with a starter box somehow. In trying to get it changed, I waited on hold for over 10 minutes only to be directed to a automatic voicemail system. The online chat randomly reset the queue after I had been waiting for over an hour so that I went from 5th to 13th. The fact that it's impossible to get in contact with a person is an extremely shady business practice, and one that will lose this company a potential customer!

Purchases a few item from the summer edit sale, which I never received. I emailed them over 10 times and had to dispute through my cc company. Since I disputed them canceled my account and only gave me a partial credit for my membership. This company is a scam.
My only issue, and this was probably because of the things I chose, was that I got ONLY skin care products, nothing else. I was kind of hoping for a cute bag or glasses or a sweater or a carry mug for tea or something else. I do absolutely love all the skincare products though and can't wait to try them all!

I have to say not a lot of companies have great customer service as fabfitfun does! They were able to locate an account for me that went missing because of a glitch and I wasn't even able to log in. Highly recommend fast response and easy to work with!

The items were terrible in the winter 2016 box! I was debating using the useless thank you cards to send them a thanks for nothing box of nothing. The candle is useless and the mascara... well I have three already. What in the box is fitness, still trying to figure that out! Maybe it's the fake star pin? Where was the wonderful, scarf, blanket gloves for the winter time? Waste of money! The blush... I mean lmao I would never wear blush that pink. I did like the body cream smell though, but hardly a nice tub of cream! Is this a scam? The notebook. Thanks but I have a cell phone,,, total crap!

In regards to Winter - We know dry skin is a total Winter problem and we wanted to include a nice high quality body cream to soothe any cracked or dry winter skin. We hoped the candle would help bring Winter into your home, nothing says winter like cuddling by a fire and when you don't have access to a fireplace candles definitely help set the tone. We also hoped by including a planner you'd be able to plan for the year ahead and help you keep any new Year's Resolutions in place.
The Star Pin was not included in the value of the Winter Box but something we wanted members to wear to help raise support. We Partnered with the Starlight Children's Foundation to include the star pin to raise awareness to Starlight which provides seriously ill children and their families access to programs that offer the best in entertainment, education and innovative technology.

After seeing several videos of people receiving their Summer 2018 FFF box and explaining how they got to choose items in the box and even choose add-ons, I decided to sign up. However, I was not given any opportunity to make choices for options or add-ons. I tried to contact Customer Service. They offer both, a phone number and a chat service. I tried both! No one ever answers the phone. Not ever! On the chat service I waited for OVER an hour and a half and no one responded.
The next day I followed up with email AND a message via Facebook. I received no help -- none.
One can only guess that, in reality, they have ZERO customer service staff.
Love the products and service is amazing. Great quality products. I gave a friend of mine a item from my first box, she fell.in love with it. I use most of the products on a regular basis. They are not harsh on the skin and no allergens

If you go seasonal you are treated like you do not matter. I stopped going annual because after the first year,there is a lot of same items. I can't see paying for a yr, and it taking 4 by the time I actually WANT the boxes. I was so excited when I saw the choices. Wrong! By the time us seasonal can pick, most is gone but junk. Plus all the good stuff is in Category 1. So, after 1, I settled on items I would not normally buy. In what I actually wanted, didn't even meet cost of box. I would have done better in Home Sense. The add-ons? Nothing, nada, zlitch by the time seasonal had a chance. The prices weren't even that good. Never, ever again. To make matter worse. When asking when the box I paid for a month ago would ship, I was given one of those no answer answers. Not happy!

What a neat idea to have a box full of new and upcoming products arrrive! It's like Christmas. The items are "top shelf" and the price is wonderfully reasonable. I purchased one for my daughter, she purchased one for me... wa la, Mother's Day, Birthday, Christmas and just because all covered for the year. My Dil and g'daughter are next on my list. So glad we found this awesome service/company.
