I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
FabFitFun is the best subscription box out there and I have tried them all. The diversity of the box is one of the best things about it. It's not just beauty, it has lifestyle, fitness, and even fashion. It's contributiors are strong women who use eco friendly products. FabFitFun partners with a lot of good organizations that help all different things, UNICEF being one of them. The quality of products in the box is amazing and I honestly can't say enough great things about FabFitFun! I truly love them and look forward to getting my box every single season!
If you don't cancel your subscription, they will charge you automatically this out notice. And then you will have to spend 3 hours on the phone while they lie to you and try not to provide you with a full refund. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company!

I read several negative reviews so I waited to subscribe. My daughter was happy with her first 3 boxes and i just received my first box. I am glad i did it. I received a flat iron, Kate spade lunch box and other good stuff. I like it. ;)

I was unable to use the site on mobile but the customer service was fantastic. Nash was quick and efficient on all information. He was able to resolve my issues and was extremely helpful. Will do business again in future!

The first subscription box I received was fantastic and I quickly signed up for a one year subscription. Then the spring box came and I was so disappointed, the quality of the products were cheap and most were useless. I asked for my subscription to be cancelled and the remainder of the cost be credited back to me and I was told that they do not do refunds. So now Im waiting for my summer box to arrive and finally emailed for an update. I was told they are having serious delays but will look into it from time to time and will give me an update every once in a while - those were the actual words they used!
Do not get sucked in to signing up for this!

I'm new to this fabfit fun and I'm terribly disappointed in the products. That beanie hat can be bought I'm sure for 5 dollars at the dollar store. The shipping is absolutely terrible. I guess the winter one will probably arrive sometime in March. I still don't have the fall one yet and it's October 5th. What a disappointment!

My box was damaged on the way to my house. I took a pic and showed FFF an they sent me out a whole new box. Never made it feel like I was a inconvenience. They where so great! Keep up the great work. This is why I brag about FFF to all my friends. Great products and always put customers service first.

I've been a Fab Fit Fun customer for several years now. This was the first time my box contained a broken item and a missing item. I emailed FFF and got a response in less than 30 minutes, and my broken and missed items are already in the process of being shipped too me!

Takes wayyy too long to deliver. Says they delivered, I was home and did not receive package. Never received replacement and had to call and ask for a refund. I've always enjoyed the boxes previously and was very disappointed to not get this box monthsss later as this year has been a bust. Oh well, 2020.
I was so upset when I saw my box was delivered but I never saw it. The delivery person even took a picture of it in front of my door. I was on vacation and the day after it was delivered I came back and the package was gone. I called customer service and Dante did not hesitate to issue me a new box. He even went through all the options to let me customize. I really thought I was going to be out of that money and was so disappointed. Made my day knowing that I have a box to look forward to coming my way! Thanks :)

How isn't every woman out there doing this or every man out there offering FFF as a gift for their wife, sister, mom, girlfriend or special women in their life. I mean you just can't beat the products, the prices and the excellent customer service. Every box is filled with ahhhhhhhmazing goodies! Love this! Just do it! No regrets!

I have been a member for a few years and love getting my boxes! I recently had one item that was broken in shipment and the customer service I received was first class! They quickly corrected the issue and I couldn't be happier. Definitely made me feel like customer service is a high priority!

You stated youre sorry I don't love my products. That's NOT what I said. I love them all. That's why I'm a subscriber. My complaint was re: the fall box which was shown as THE box we'd receive & how beautiful it would be. I received a totally different ugly blue box having nothing to do with fall. I was excited for THE fall boxbYOU showed therefore very disappointed. Also, the shipping time after billing is ridiculous.

Absolutely not worth it. Especially being in Canada and paying the exchange. Brutal. Wtf thank you cards and a organizer?! Boo mascara. This was my first box the winter one and it will be my last one. Where was this scarf they advertised the crap out of? Really disappointed and I was so excited

We hope you've gotten a chance to really explore all of the things inside your Winter Box. The Butter London Mascara has a Conditioning formula that thickens as it separates and the molded brush ensures full and even application. I don't wear much make-up myself but I was wowed by this mascara so I hope you've had a chance to try it out and enjoy it too.
The Modcloth scarf was in the previous seasons box so sorry for any confusion there. In order to recieve that item you would've needed to order the Fall box in September. Good news is we've also included the scarf in the Editor's Box which is available for member purchase in the shop section of your member dashboard.
We know organizers and thank you cards are less digital than we're used to but there's something to be said for writing out your calendar and getting excited for future plans. With the thank you notes. We figured with the holiday season upon us it would be a great time to say "Cheers" to the new year, and let someone know you're thankful. Marie Mae cards are also made in America, and each purchase provides an hour of business school for women in emerging markets which is something we're also passionate about #girlpower.
We know the exchange rate for Canada isn't the best right now so we try to help by providing a flat shipping fee for international shipments. International postage is usually almost double what members pay per box to Canada, however we absorb everything on top of the flat rate as our way of sharing costs with our valued members.
We appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback, we will also be sending out our Winter Box survey shortly and your feedback there on each product individually will be used to help shape the future of our boxes, so we can ensure we are always giving members what they love.
FFF gives a unique experience by allowing buyers to try new things at an inexpensive price. I want to add one caveat to my dealings with the company. FFF is not known for quick shipping. So be patient and there is a reward at the end of what will be a lenghty process in receiving items.

I had issues with the missing box I jumped onto my account and started to chat with one of the trap professionals they were very helpful and considerate of the problem he was able to help me to resolve the issue to the best of his ability which made it a lot easier for me. No one even responded to me till after I cancelled my subscription. Shipping was horrible. I never did get my box. They said my address wasn't valid yet… that's my address so
I will not recommend this to anyone and it's very disappointing

Extremely difficult to get a response either by e-mail or "chat". Finally looked up the 800 number (which I had to google because it was not on the website). I also was not informed that the annual membership was about to renew so I got charged on my card and had to pay it and I also had no idea that the "winter" box was part of the annual renewal.

I love this Company. The products are wonderful. This subscription honestly benefits the consumer as i cannot see them making much of a profit. The cost of subscripl tion just cannot cover all the amazing FULL size products we receive! If i have questions, i get an immediate response. The Company never tries to 'put me off', always fixing the issue. Always. Their customer service is unprecidented... They care about their customers.

Fab Fit Fun is an amazing seasonal subscription Box. The best part about it is that it all relates to the season. You get to customize what you get in your box and you can add on things for half the price.

I had a package that did not make it to my door. I received an email telling me it was delivered. I let FabFitFun know it didn't show up. Within a couple of days I received a refund. What a great company!

I had an issue with my spring box and a few items missing. I was so impressed by the way it was handled after I emailed customer service that although I cancelled my membership, I may just reinstate. The service was excellent!

I got an email saying that if I subscribed with an annual subscription I would get a mystery bundle. I signed up, and was never prompted what boxes to subscribe to and it automatically started with the Spring box. When I talked to. Customer service person they informed me this wasn't eligible for the free bundle, yet no where did it ever prompt me or even tell me that I wouldn't be receiving it. Classic bait and switch, and I will not be subscribing again.
So the stuff that comes in the boxes is nice, decent quality stuff. My problem is with the customer service end of things. As a "Select" member, I should get an email notifying me when I can customize some of the items in the box. For the 3rd quarter running, the box magically arrived on my doorstep with no notification for customizing the items. The last two boxes were not worth what I paid for them, but I did keep 2 or 3 of the items before tossing the rest in the trash. This most recent box is HORRIBLE. It's full of makeup remover items, eyeshadow, and something to condition my eyelashes. I don't wear makeup. So rather than getting a box with a cozy throw, Bluetooth speaker, yearly planner and other items I would have used, I have a box full of stuff headed for the trash. Multiple attempts at contacting what passes for customer service didn't fix the issue, so I'm done, which is too bad, because if it was well managed, this would be a great service.
