I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
Two of my items arrived broken and damaged and I have never had any issues prior. I contacted customer service and my issue was resolved in a matter of a few minutes! He was through and engaging in helping me. Excellent job!
I've had 2 items damaged one came with the box.the fabric shaver and same order the rose gold wine rack. The distributor mailed a thin metal with a rose gold plating in only a plastic bag. Imagine the scratches that took off the plating completely. The bag was ripped and had holes. I bought it as a gift and purchased it for 36.00 and then purchase over 100.00of items to complete the wine rack. Im so upset with this. Who would ship someone like that in just a plastic bag? I need the wine rack not damaged. I was offered a credit which I don't want. I asked for the distributor to be Contacted and asked for a new one shipped properly and expedited. I am waiting to see if they will.

I received an email that I didn't understand, so I wrote to inquire as to what it was about. I received an email return to check on my progress before I even got the answer, and then Mel wrote to make sure if I was satisfied or still needed help. Such great customer service. Always!

My box wasn't ship. Contacted the company twice. The first agent I talk to didn't even check what was wrong whit my delivery. Said it was on its way but one item couldn't be shipped. Fist call was the 29 of mai, second 13 of June. Now we are the 14 of July and still I don't have my box and now I been told that half of my order is no longer available.

My Winter Box and Add-Ons shipments were lost after languishing in transit for over a month. Despite the order already being late, I was told the only solution would be to re-ship the order, minus the items that were no longer in stock (ugh), and I'd get them in another month. No rush shipping, no offer at resolution. After pressing them multiple times I was told I would receive a "mystery item" as compensation for the inconvenience. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one would call me back. I never received a call from the supervisor. My "mystery item" was apparently not in stock either, so I was "refunded" a whopping ZERO DOLLARS, and I still haven't received my replacement box. Overall, might be the worst customer service experience in recent memory.

I realized this morning that a FabFitFun Box I ordered for my Stepdaughter had a item that would be sized for me(L) not the XS that my she wears.
When I contacted Fabfitfun customer service I spoke wit Dani who made sure there would not be clothing inside the box being shipped. What a relief. She was really efficient and friendly and super fast. Kudos to FabFitFun for great customer service and keeping a telephone number for people to make that human connection. It's one of the many reasons I love your company.

I love fff. Most the products are great and if I don't like something it's a good gift. I use many things daily like the face scrub wallet soap sponge hair straightener lotions make up products. I'm surprised when I tell my friends about it they dont know what it is. It's such a good deal and so fun to get every 3 months

They had maybe one great item in the entire box. Thats the Luna face scrubber! But be careful... because they advertise that you get this in the editor box as well. You dont! You get a thin cheap towel instead, but they advertise a different box. And they send the celebrities different items then you will get as well. False Advertising! Horrible shipping time! Bad customer service! And they dont pick items based off the profile you fill out. They dont even look at it or care. Dont do it!

I haven't received my box do issues with my address and he was quickly to resolve it. My box is lost in the USPS and they said that they will be sending it back to the sender. Travis was quick to do a replacement box, which resolve my issue fast. Now I just need to wait to receive it. Thanks Travis! Kudos to you!

I do not use a lot of the items that i receive in the boxes. I wish there was a way that you could ask about our preferences. I have received the same items more than once. I have recently considered ending my subscription.

I've had the ball dropped on me not once, not twice but three times. I am an annual member and have had my box completely lost. I have had products paid for and never shipped with the box. Lastly, products (shampoo conditioner and leave in) come in late and came in spilled in the box and they didn't seem to care. I love the boxes, but due to the customer service, I will not be renewing.

Just not happy with this overall. Oder a spring box then paid for the annual after didn't get to pick and thing so cancelled my annual. Told me I could not get the refund for the seasonal. I waited since March to get the spring box. And I just call in may because I never got it. End of story I got a refund

I know things have been drawn out and Covid-19 has thrown everything into a tailspin but please just be patient and understanding. People are losing their jobs and their lives, so deliveries being late seems very low on a very long list of things to worry about. But the company is working on it and trying very hard to keep everyone happy, so please just be patient and kind everyone.

When I first started out getting this box everything that came was wonderful but I found over time things started feeling cheap. I was not able to access my account and I was getting thing that I had no use for and that didn't pertain to me at all. I stopped for this reason.

I wasn't sure about FFF. I'm not super girly. Dont use makeup. However I'm so glad I gave them a try. There is so much other fun stuff to try. And the one time I had a problem with an order. They promptly made it right! Way to the benefit of myself.

I have been getting fab fit fun for about 2 years now and it's easily one of my favourite boxes! I love getting to try bougie items I wouldn't necessarily pick for myself. I have found some new brands to love after being able to try the items out! Member perks are also fantastic. I love the edit sales there's always great treasures to find. I also like that you can add additional items to your box for a low price, sometimes it's hard to pick between the options during the customization.

So i ordered my summer box 2019. I got it and i was pleased with it. However, i got an email for the summer edit box. So i looked at the products. Clicked on a few and next thing i know, im being charged 135$ us and they are sending me a box that i never confirmed. Customer service is horrible.

Please note, we display a pop-up graphic warning you of this process when entering the sale, after you add your first item, as well as send reminder emails to check your cart! I was contacted via email by a customer service person. He did his job. I would much rather speak to a person on the phone. The day I have the issue. Instead if having to monitor my email for a response.

The last few years has been horrible. I order and pay but then the product never comes. When I contact customer support i get I'm just sorry what you ordered we are sold out of we can give you credit. The thing is I ordered that product its the one I want. This has happened with boxes, add ons, edit sales pretty much all the sales that there are. It wasn't like this when I started getting FFF. But the last two years have been horrific which is way I'm not renewing my membership.

I was trying to finish up my subscription choices, and I ran into an issue with my phone not loading the page correctly, for me to move onto the next step and Adam very quickly resolved the issue and got me back on my way! Very impressed with the quick response and how easy it was to fix my issue!

I needed to cancel my shipments as luck of funds re covid and no work. She was helpful was able to refund me for what I was charged with late yesterday and cancel that shipment. When I get back working again I will definitely be signing back up. Thanks again Zam!

I got the intro box, I didn't receive any fit or fun things. The only things I got were cosmetic items and I will be giving them away to other people because they are not things I can use. I'm a personal trainer and would have loved some fit things to try. So I'm disappointed. And while they did refund the charge for the first box, I feel they don't give you enough time in between receiving the first intro box before they are charging you for another box.
