I was contacted via email by a customer service person. He did his job. I would much rather speak to a person on the phone. The day I have the issue. Instead if having to monitor my email for a response.

I had a question and I sent an email as well as chatted with customer service. Both customer service reps that I worked with were absolutely wonderful! They were polite, informative, and professional. I appreciated the quick resolution and responses. I didn't feel like I was talking to a computer with automated responses.

I was a member who loved being able to customize my boxes. Did so for three of them. Unfortunately, for some reason the last email about customization went to my email junk and I didn't realize until I actually got my fourth box with a bunch of stuff I wouldn't have picked. I asked to return and have a chance to customize but they said no.

I have been somewhat pleased with what comes in the boxes, but I have never been able to contact anyone. Shortly after I received my speaker, it just quit working. I called their service number, but no one answered. Finally, I was asked to leave a voicemail. Months ago. I still haven't heard from anyone and I still have a broken speaker.

I love all products you get to try and if you love them you can order them. If a color doesn't suit me I give it to a friend and they love it. It's like Christmas 4 times a year. I also love when you can do add ons to the box. Makes me happy.

I have been getting FabFitFun boxes since September of 2015. They have always been worth the money, but they keep getting better! Customer service is always so kind and personable and always helps me if I have an issue, which is very rarely.

Usually, when I go to chat help I get frustrated. I wonder why I bothered. I have to repeat myself several times and get nowhere. I was so surprised to have my problem solved in seconds. What a pleasure to have such amazing customer service.

A 49.99 box turned out to cost $184! Wish it was explained better. When I was told I could customize the box, I thought I could order items appropriate for a 70 year old. Instead I ended up paying for items not needed.

When I called in about my mix up in my box, the customer service representative was able to help me efficiently! They said I could keep the item that mixed up, plus they were going to send me the correct item. Very considerate.

I am somewhat enjoying Fabfitfun.
Just wish there were more products that I actually want/need. Way too many options for skin care: moisturizers, etc. I have a skin care line I have been using for years, and am not interested in changing, so the plethora of skin care products is totally wasted on me. Also, some of the products are downright silly: I am looking at you, Lip Mask!
That being said, I love love love my Unhide L'il Marshmallow and my Lilly Pulitzer cups.

Love that I now have the opportunity to learn about new fashiins and products, especially higher end beauty products. Fun to create my own box and try great products I might not be able to afford. My last box was worth over $200. Great deal at club price.

I had a small issue, it was more a request for them to honor a promotion that I saw on social media, they got back to me immediately and took care of my request. I am a new member and I am very pleased with my experience with them.

Got a notice about a refund and I wanted to know why, Isaac returned my answer with professionalism.

I contacted FabFitFun through chat because I purchased a one year subscription and I had a discount code that I applied but it did show up on my receipt and my card was also charged the full price. I chatted with Lyn. She was very friendly and kind and took care of the issue very quickly. My card was refunded the full amount and recharged with the correct amount on the same day! Great customer service!

Don't get me wrong, I know effort goes into these boxes but I got everything that doesn't fit me. I feel like no one looked at my prefrences this go around. There was so many amazing items that I would have died for and I got one out of the 8 items that I will use. The last box was amazing and this box was a let down. :(

I joined FFF in the fall and liked the Winter 2017 box. I even convinced my 16 year old to also join. The Spring 2018 arrived this week and it is TERRIBLE. There isn't one thing that is useful. I threw out almost all of it and will donate the clutch. I immediately unsubscribed as did my daughter. So disappointed!

I love my box every season. The add on shops are awesome. I absolutely love the stuff they have and are great deals. Also, the customer service is amazing. I never have an issue getting things resolved (unlike some other subscription services who do not even have customer service BC). Shipping is super fast and very organized. What I love about FFF the most is the customer service response time and the fact that they have live chat. Well besides the boxes I mean. Lol. Thank you FFF.

I should not have had to contact your company to initiate a refund for a product your company ran out of. When I was an active member your boxes were always lame, never worth the price. I had to give most of the products away.

I love receiving my boxes. I am never disappointed. And when I had an issue when a box went missing, their customer service was so helpful and nice. I was suprised at how great they were. I look so forward to getting my box that i was very upset to have it go missing and they went above and beyond.

FFF tries hard to be as customer-focused as possible, whether that is evident in their product selections, shipper and vendor choices (and changes to), the online community engagement, responsive and helpful customer service, or responding to inquiries or concerns. To me, FFF's engagement and continual service improvement with their customer base is the most attractive feature of the company and one that I see missing in competitor boxes. As well, they try to give straight and honest answers (for the most part) to many customer queries. It's difficult to keep up customer trust as an internet-based company. As a loyal customer, I want to continue to see FFF's apparent efforts to delight their customers as the company's leading feature.
