FabKids generates revenue by enticing customers into a "VIP" membership that charges you every month unless you remember to go onto your account in the first 5 days of the month and click that you do not want to be charged that month. Who wants to play these games?! You cannot cancel your account except by phoning their off-shore call center. We will be doing that soon but are not looking forward to it.
But their clothes and shoes, etc. were cute and reasonably priced and so far we have been successful in declining the monthly charges. But we are going to make the call to cancel (wish us luck) because FabKids asserts that the deliver their orders in 4 to 9 business days but consistently our orders are taking 2 or 3 times that for delivery. Once our latest order arrives we will cancel (or try to).
The cloths offered are beautiful and made of highest quality! My daughter gets so excited when an order gets to the house! Even if I need to skip a month or need a different size. Everyone is so wonderful, helpful and courteous! And exchanges are easy! Never had such a great experience ANY other place!

The Clothes are adorable, they have a boutique feel to them. Not what you get at the typical store, love the uniqueness. Wish the customer service was easier to access. I sent an email and it was returned to me saying they no longer except emails even though it was an option on their website.

What kid doesn't love opening a gift on Christmas morning and have it be clothes?! Well one of mine doesn't, the other is ok with it. After the initial moaning and groaning that we got them clothes, they loved the styles! They thought they were all fun designs. Thanks for having great styles on sale!

#fabkids SCAM ALERT! Called the FabKids.com Customer Service line on Friday to dispute charges. Got a message they are closed so I wrote to customer service. It's Wednesday now and no response. So I call customer care and listen to hold music for 15 mins until they disconnect me. I'm on my 4th call with no answer! Do NOT give them your credit card.
So the outfits are obviously adorable, shipping was fast, and the customer service representatives are always very nice and willing to help. My only complaint is that it's definitely overpriced in my opinion for the quality and what you get. I have gotten similar outfits at Carters for about half the price.

I love my new shoes and I get a lot of compliments on them. I'm always telling people about just fab kids and how your first pair of shoes are for free but I'm a little disappointed that my shoes lights have stopped working. I guess it's a sign that I'm getting too old for lit shoes LOL and they still look cute as well as function so I can't be too disappointed when they were for free after all. I still get lots of compliments on them and always tell others about the awesome deal.

I mailed a few outfits and shoes for my niece's birthday. She is really difficult to shop for because she is very skinny and petite. I was so happy when my niece called to let me know that she loved everything and ALL the outfits fit her. The selection of clothes for her age (11 years old), was perfect.
I think my sister was also very pleased that everything fit, that she will now be ordering clothes from here for her daughter.

This website is horrible!
I ordered my first outfit for my friends daughter and they automatically made me a VIP member. Now my account is being charged a $29 monthly fee that I was NOT aware of. Stay away from FabKids!
I submitted an order in Sept. It was scheduled to arrive on Oct 6. By the end of November, the package still hadn't arrived. I contacted customer support to ask for the status of my order, and they told me my package had shipped and just keep checking the tracking link. Every time I checked the tracking link, the delivery date would update to tomorrow. Seems like a scam.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. There was a deal for VIP new order for the first pair of shoes being $10.49. My friend showed me that she got this offer and directed me to this site. When I signed up the only offer I got was a buy one get one free. This deal would have cost me more money than $10/shoe. I reached out to customer service and their excuse was that their system changes deals. How can my friend get the best deal but when I sign up the same day, live in the same town my "VIP deal" is worse.

It makes me very uncomfortable to give this review. Although the employees in Fabkids customer service department try hard their language skills make it difficult to get the problem understood and taken care of. This makes it extremely irritating when you already have a problem. The language difficulty seems wide spread throughout the department. This has happened a couple times to me and other people I know who shop at fabkids.

I want to cancel my membership but am being given the runaround. I have tried phoning (which is the only way they will accept cancellations) and get an error message that all circuits are busy. I have chatted with someone via their website and be assured I will get a call within the day but I am doubtful that that will happen.
Bottom line... Even if the company is reputable, the customer service is appalling.
And the shopping experience was OK but the fact that you guys throwing a $50 a month charge and then it goes by so fast you can't delete it when you're trying to place your order is shady. Don't try to charge somebody so you're giving them a credit back. You're trying to force them to use their own money on your site instead of just allowing them to purchase as they wish.

All the shoes I order were to big and I ordered my child's actual size
Clothes are cute, but not true to size. Some cuts are smaller or too big.
I was disappointed in the quality of the shoes but their customer service is excellent!
Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
