I sent them an e-mail asking to cancel my account and got an e-mail back saying that they could only skip a month.
A month later, there was a charge on my account and when I called them a rude customer service person said that they could not refund the charge.
I was not happy by the way this business do things. I believe that an e-mail should be enough to cancel that membership but no. I needed to call few times, repeat my email and phone number several times and still got nowhere.
The worse part is being told: Sorry you should have known... I can't refund the charge!
I wasted over 10 minutes on the phone and have to get a hold of my credit card company now.
I do Not recommend this company as they will charge you regardless of your attempts to cancel it.
Too much hassle for little in return.
I learned my lesson and hope this review can help others not to fall for the same trap.
I love the look of the boots. I got them for my 12 year old niece. I call her kitty. They were given to her for Easter, along with some candy. My sister loves them and they came right on time for the rainy days and she's been wearing them to school.
Ordered my daughter a pair of shoes for her first day of school and the little girl size 3 is made to fit an adult. Definitely do not fit a 10 year old little girl! Should really be more descriptive with size!

I bought 4 pair of shoes, and they were all great material for the price! My kids loved them, so did I. The only complain I have Is that there is no app to easier navigate and remember ab the monthly membership

I love saving my points and cash credit. It helps me buy large orders at a time. The leggings are great fit for my daughter who tall and thin. The prices are great and the clothes are made well. I would encourage anyone with children to look into getting their clothes shopping done here.

There are very little styles to choose from… Shoes when they are on sale are great! They don't Last long so paying full price isn't great. I can never find any clothes I really like. Overpriced T shirts unless you get them on deep sale… I would buy more if I had more choices.

The clothes are well made. Service is excellent and the website is easy to use. I wish more clothes were tailored to the more slender boy.
The prices are great but the stock is limited. I have had trouble 2 or 3 times placing an order where it shows me a product and size is Available, allows me to add to chart but will not let me check out to purchase.

The clothes, jackets, boots, and shoes are real cute. They show up looking very nice. However, after a couple of washes done according to the label, the colors faded. The boots were very easily scuffed. One pair of pants totally changed color. (Panda Corn pants)

There is no consistent prices, it keeps changing. Before and after you subscribed it's absolutely different prices! However, quality is satisfying but only for 5$. Not 30$ as it shows after became a member.

Our order was filled and came in quickly as expected. Everything was carefully shipped and in individual bags which is nice. We cancelled since our son finally outgrew the size cap. We had been with Fabkids since he was probably 3 yrs old. We were happy staying for over 9 yrs.

Ordered shoes for my grand kids and had to pay only. 86 for the purchase because of my rewards. Then one pair was too small so returned them and had the replacement within 3 days. I love FabKids and shop with them quite often to get terrific deals and cute items.

My experience was horrible, the order was supposed to be dropped off like a week before Christmas but it came several days after. When I would try to track the order it had information from days prior, it never updated. Update your customer tracking info

I placed an order it stated that I would receive it on Monday... then Tuesday so instead of getting some type of communication I had to search and figure out what was going on. Somehow the package was re-routed to the wrong area. Again no form of communication now I'm still waiting on an update as to when I will even receive my item. First and last time

Purchased product. Usps refused to deliver to my sister's house before she paid an 11.95 fee. She had to go to the post office and they handed her the box open! Gave no reason for it. Issue is with the delivery more so than with the products themselves.

The ONLY thing I don't like is the genderized part. I created a profile for my girls as girls, and one profile for them as boys. They had dino shirts and such in the boys section only.
It is pretty obvious it is a club type of site, my cousin invited me and told me all about it. You get one outfit for $30 each month, you can opt out if you don't see something that you like. They give you 6 days to opt out, then they charge you.
I had an issue, with my first order and called customer service. I was helped right away and she solved my issue over the phone.
The clothes are of good quality. And my daughters LOVE them.
I ordered shoes about a month or two ago from fabkids and I'm high displeased. Not only was I unaware that I would be charged a monthly fee afterwards but they are refusing to refund me my money. I'm a single mother of 4 struggling and fabkids stole the last bit of money I had for gas for the week. I intend on taking this to the better business bureau. This whole company is a scam and I'm taking this to the higher ups until i get my money back

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
