The material is cheaply made! I expected better quality for the price. I had purchased previously with FabKids a few years ago and the quality has definitely decreased. As a result I have cancelled my membership.

This company does not deserve any stars in my opinion. Fab kids/fableletics is a coward company looking to scam it's customers in a very sick way. They claim not to charge membership fees, but when reading below terms of use they 'credit' your account with them, $29.95 a month. I did not sign up for this, and they need to advise about their methods and how they misguide their customers. I've had to call them at least 3 times to credit back my money and to cancel all ties with their company. Poor management and guidelines in my opinion. Would warn anyone to be careful or just avoid at all cost!
The problems we have experienced are mostly with the selection. When we find something my daughter likes, it is usually sold out in her size. The same with the reward merchandise. Its usually old mostly sold out items that were probably left overs from clearance. The sizes seem to run small so larger sizes can be hard to find. The shoes also run very small. I also have a problem with club stores who offer great deals to join but those deals arent available to those that are already members. While it can be fun to pick out clothes with my daughter, most of them arent anything special in price, quality or design and can be found elsewhere at a cheaper price and in a wide variety of sizes.

I have had a hard time finding stuff for my daughter. I do not like that this is a monthly membership that comes out automatically unless you skip a month which sometimes I forget. Then when the money does come out I cannot find anything that my daughter would like. I have asked to be removed from the membership and it is difficult. And then when I have purchased items and I want to return them it is not easy to find the return label so I end up just hanging on to clothes that my daughter may not wear.

I have ordered with Fabkids for many years. I have only had one mix up in all the orders I have placed and even that was quickly resolved. I am very pleased with the service as well as the clothes. I used to order for my two daughters but now they have outgrown Fabkids and I order for my niece and nephew.

We bought five items in our last purchase. Two were fantastic! Two were really low quality. They felt very cheaply made. I was quite disappointed. We've bought things here a few times and it is vey hit or miss. The shoes have all been great so far. The accessories seem very cheaply made. And the clothing is hit or miss.

I ordered a romper and sandals that came together. I ordered May 1st and they didn't send it until after may 10. I needed The outfit for my daughters birthday which was may 10. The outfit came and the romper was cute but the shoes were cheap material, poorly made and I paid too much for such a lousy outfit. Cancelling this membership immediately.

There seams were crooked which made the shirt twist and the sides flaired out making it look like a girl's shirt. Both of the. Also the rainbow sandals we're too small I measured and references the size chart but sa cannot even wear them

I'm not a fan at all. Trapped into buying more, I regretfully purchased another set of mislabeled clothes. Three pairs of boots all labelled size 10… each a different size from the next. More than half of what I've bought was a size or more off and unwearable by my child. Customer service hasn't been any help. Hundreds of dollars of worthless waste. Good riddance.

Very unhelpful customer care specialists. You cannot return anything until your first item, that has been returned, has been received by them. One pair of shoes must be lost by the post office and FabKids will not help. Now I have to go and purchase 5 more pairs of shoes because I cannot return these five pair. It is ridiculous. Money wasted for sure. The shoes are so cute and we are very disappointed. 5 out of 10 pairs of shoes DEFECTIVE or BROKEN within only 2 weeks. DISSATISFIED.

Its a great site for shoes because of the pricing
However getting out of the membership is a pain. Why can't you just buy shoes without membership? Why do they automatically sign you up without asking first. Your first purchase should not mean automatic $50 membership

The clothes don't fit right compared to other brands, the choices available aren't anything you can't find for less at any other store and it's too expensive for children's clothing. The only item worthwhile are the boots.

Well firstly a lot of the things I wanted ended up selling out quite quickly which wasent a problem once I got my cart to look the way I wanted it to. I rearranged bundles and added points and got a $300 and something dollar purchase down to $185. But of course when I got to check out….the check out is glitching, won't work, whatever the case is. I attempted to refresh the page 3 times, got my cart down to $185 and, still was unable to check out. Closed out the entire window and came back in yadda yadda yadda. Now why didn't I just attempt to call customer service after like the second or 3rd try? Because I knew that if I went through customer service there was gonna be some sort of misunderstanding and I would end up paying more than $185 obviously. So basically that's what happened after I gave up and called customer service. I ended up not using a credit, and paying $289.67 for the entire purchase. Not only that….my package was delayed, which has never happened before and upon reaching out to customer service about the situation the only thing that could be done was to refund me the credit that I never used……*ugh! Now had I waited for whatever the website had going on to subside, more items in my cart would have sold out and I would have had to do a circus all over again to get products I only semi like and/or want. This is honestly the most hassle for a haggle I've ever had to do with FabKids and and I don't think I have EVER had to call customer service for technical or other purchase difficulties! So….meh…….probably would have been a better review had I not missed out on saving $54.68 and had the clothes I over purchased by now but….meh.
They signed me up for a membership of $39.95 without my consent and awareness. Called and asked what was going on. They seemed annoyed as to why I was even calling. Imposed that it was an optiona VIP membership (which I again informed her that I did not sign up for). As I continued to explaining that I wanted my money returned the customer service lady hanged up the phone on me. Called again and she did not know what excuse to give me.

Fabkids always has a great variety of bright colored outfits. Chose the coveralls because daughter has been looking for coveralls that aren't blue denim. So these were a great choice. Plus, the holes were at/below the knee, which at our school is the requirement. Great colorful to pair up and able to be used with other outfits.
If I had any negative remarks it is that most of the pants are a standard length which is almost too short for my daughter. Even buying the next size up doesn't add much.
One of my items is missing, apparently on another shipment but I was never informed of this. I'm only aware after investigating myself.
I ordered two of everything for my twins, so one pair of Christmas leggings is missing, very disappointing.
I called to cancel my membership for the second time and they refused to give me my money back after they charged me in error. I managed to get the woman to give me $30 back. Then asked wasn't there 2 credits charged? She said yes but she could only give me back 1. So I put my husband on the phone who got the rest back-forcefully. What a pain! On top of that I've bought better quality at Walmart. They're so not worth the one time only $15 and especially not $30!
The boots I ordered for my step son are really hard for him to get on and off because they tie.I shouldn't complain he doesn't know how to tie shoes yet. But the description clearly stated no tie stretch laces. So it was very very misleading. And yes I know I can go out and but a set of laces. Which I did do. I just want people to know don't buy if your kiddos in school cane tie their shoes yet.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
