Ordering
December 4, 2022

My experience with Fab Kids was not great. My order was lost in the mail way over the standard shipping time. I contacted customer service a couple times in the chat feature and was disconnected multiple times. I called the customer service hotline and was told that my order was processed as returned which I did not want to happen. Customer service says they would reship the order but only four items were available out of the -10 items I ordered

One shoe doesn't light up

I was so excited to see these they're super cute for my daughter. But when I checked the lights one set of shoes did not light up correctly it was only one shoe to that set it would only light up Green and not all the other colors.

Horrible
August 3, 2023

I ordered over $1000 of shoes for a local non profit. They cancelled my order 2xs because they had another address for my account I was not notified of either cancellation & they charged my account 2xs for the money. When I called to rectify they said they couldn't help me & that is their policy. SCAM company for sure Don't use them ever

Adorable Shoes
March 25, 2023

All three of my daughters LOVE their cute little shoes. They favorite part is the way they light up! Immediately after receiving the order my girls put their new shoes on and wore them the rest of the day! And they've worn them every day since. Thank you.

4 pairs of boots
November 26, 2022

I bought 2 pairs for my 5 year old and both boots are holding up so far.
She likes both, very comfortable and warm.

I bought the other two pairs for my 9 year old and one of the pairs tore on the back of boot (ankle)
She only wore them several days and I guess it was just a faulty set of boots. She wat so bummed out because they are warm and cozy.

I bought the same type of boots for both girls.
I actually like them both because they liked them.

Happy Customer

I love everything I buy online for my daughter, she's always excited to get her new clothes. I recently purchased a pair of rain boots for her & an umbrella. Every body at her school loves the rain boots. My daughter is happy every time she gets a complement about her boots!

Not quite perfect
January 20, 2023

Overall good experience, however; one of the shirts wasn't what I had seen in the site. Another down side was that the order was delivered in two separate packages on two different days, over two week period and place in two different places (one was delivered to my front door and the other placed inside mailbox). The main reason I wasn't satisfied with this is the lack of communication about the orders being split into two.

Never got my order
January 22, 2023

I had ordered some items for my daughter and for my granddaughters birthday, and when I got a notice on my phone saying it was delivered, there was nothing outside my door. I looked at the picture that the driver had taken and they left my items at someone else's house and Fab kids kept giving me the runaround saying that they're going to investigate it! Nothing has happened yet and I asked for a refund, because I was dissatisfied with what happened. I had to purchase something else for my granddaughters birthday and they want to give me a store credit basically because they don't do refunds only a credit! I want my money put back on my card and I don't want a store credit because I don't want to use fabkids anymore.

Not worth it

Very very cheaply made shoes. They're made out of very light and thin plastic it probably costs less than $1 to make then they attempt to loop you into a membership which would be a larger, monthly cost

Awesome customer service

I had ordered clothes for my young daughter and the first package only contained 2 pieces of clothing that fit her. I had to exchange the rest. The process was very easy and the new order was perfect!

Don't Ship with ontrak
December 10, 2022

The purchasing was easy and have great deals and styles... my issue is shipping. Ontrack has to be the worst company to ship with. You can't get in contact with anyone over the phone, it takes 2 to 3 days before anyone responds on the chat or text messaging and even then it's still a problem. My pack was suppose to be delivered on Monday, they said address was wrong. How is that IDK I live here but ok. Then I tried to contact someone and didn't get a response until 30 hrs later. It's Saturday and I still have not received my order. Called Fabkids and they said, you have to wait until the 2 week mark from the time it shipped before they can do anything... personally I feel that is not right and kind of ridiculous. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered and I can't get a refund nor assistance with the shipping.

I Absolutely Love FabKids

Charged $300 for nothing

They recently charged me $297 that I was completely unaware that when you buy things you automatically get set up with there membership where they take a yearly membership charge plus charge you once a month. Buyers beware

Great Site for Growing kids

There shoes are not the best quality but are a great price, the clothes are great and are really cute & stylish, I think the points system should be revisited for the website. The customer service is also very good for any issues

I had an awful experience with them. They sent me a skirt instead of the dress that I ordered. When I emailed them they told me I have to send it back to get my dress and they would charge me $5.95 to do the exchange even though it was their fault! Their customer service is awful, I couldn't get anything but canned responses. Too bad too because I love subscription services and I would have been a good customer. I had to call and cancel. Beware of this company!

First Order with Fabkids
December 7, 2022

Not the best. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and one pair was missing and another pair didn't light up. We had to print a label to mail the broken pair of shoes back then wait for the return. I eventually got the return but don't know if it's for 2 pairs of shoes or 1 pair since the confirmation email and account view order shows the full price and not my order price. Now I am waiting for the shoes to come back in stock so I can reorder at the now full price and pay shipping since I don't want to spend over $50 again.

I placed an order on Jul. 21 that was supposed to me by Aug. 4. I called after not receiving it and was told it would be to me by Aug. 11. I called on Aug. 11 and was told, "oh, we don't have it; let me cancel the order for you." I don't understand why they didn't say that initially

Not impressed

I purchased several items, and although they came looking beautiful, they washed poorly and the vibrant colors faded immediately. The toes of the shoes the patterns easily wore off. I will not continue my membership.
