Warning. My 19 year old daughter who has just started work bought her mum a present from this company. The present arrived on time and all was good. Until the following month a further £54.99 has been taken from her account. The reason for this is in their email, in very small writing they say that if you don't opt out you are actually signing up to a monthly subscription. This company should be closed down for conning people. I will be taking this to the trading standards on Monday unless my daughter received a full refund. I have a call with them in 1 hour.

I got tricked into signing up for their VIP service for one purchase. The clothing I received was a poor quality and they started billing me a ridiculous $59.95 monthly fee. After that. Fortunately I used PayPal for the purchase and was able to cancel the recurring payments but could not contact anyone on Customer Service by phone or chat, and I'm working with my bank to deny payment Please do not buy anything or use this website as it is a scam

They have been unknowingly taking £49 a month out of my account for the last 6 months. Be careful! The default sign up option automatically enrolls you into a contract after you have bought something and the tick box is very easily missed

This company is a fraud! I bought 2 for £24 leggings in October 2021 but since then they have been charging me £49 every single month. I wasn't aware of it, I only came to know when I saw my PayPal account activity. It is so unpleasant situation for me and am so disappointed. Never ever go on to their website do any shopping, They will add you in a monthly payment. SCAMMERS!

Fabletics take your money month on month but make it close to impossible to spend your credits. Or at least to do so without having to keep giving them more money. I have £147 in credits and want to buy 2 pairs of leggings at £59 each (yes the cheap prices disappear from their website when you join!) but they want an additional £20 from me to allow me to buy these because the credits are £49 each and can't be partially used! So I have to pay £20 when I'm in credit!

Terrible customer service, really dodgy variable pricing on their website (cheap prices to lure you in and then NO DEALS WHATSOEVER unless you are a size extra, extra, extra large).

Don't bother with them, go to a decent company.

Im surprised I have been so silly and ordered from their website. They will offer amazing discount for you to place order within 2 hours… than—— 3 weeks and no delivery. I called them 3 times and have been just miss lead and lied to. Honestly there are hundreds of companies that will appreciate my money and certainly amazing quality! Its joke!

Would give this no stars but no option. I had money owing from fabletics the refunded part but rest in credit. Over 6 months of tweeting, phone calls, over 100 emails and still no refund constantly told money will be refunded, if you provide the information required you will be refunded constant lies. As I changed my bank account since opening no matter how much evidence I provided until finally refunded. But they are determined you give up and they keep your money! Scammers who fleece you for all your worth.

Giving 1, but this site and company deserves to be known as scam. I bought some items last year and their check out system automatically sign you up for a monthly membership, very misleading communication. Items were poor quality and I returned them. When trying to use the "credit", their check out system does not allow to use them, with the outcome that you need to spend more money to use them. SCAM SCAM SCAM

What a load of s**t. So they advertise this big deal of 2 for £24. But the reality is it's just a con for £49 a month badged up as a "great offer". Honestly this is just the shi***st "sports brand" I've ever come across.

Absolute disgrace of customer service. My past 2 orders with Fabletics have never arrived. When you contact their customer service about it instead of fixing the problem right away, they just keep asking you to wait one more day and assure you that your order will definitely arrive by then (shocker, it doesn't). I had to contact them 3 times before they finally issued a refund. The company used to be good but is absolutely terrible now- avoid at all costs.

I ordered some kit which was fine, what I didn't realise is I had signed up for their VIP service which entitled them to take £44 per month from my credit card.
I can now see the t's and c's in light grey at the bottom of my email confirmation order. To be honest they send you so much email spam you don't even read them, I counted 67 emails in just over 4 months. Ridiculous.
I cancelled my VIP membership today and Fabletics refuse to refund my £176 that has accrued telling me I can use my '4' member credits to buy more kit.
Absolutely disgusted by this, total scam. Do not use this company.

I got sucked in and ordered few things. I kept some, but returned a pullover 2 months ago. Still chasing my refund, they are saying that they have not received an item even though the collection was arranged by their own courier service! I have wasted so much of my time on this and have not come across a scummy company such as this ever! Kate should be ashamed to put her name to this... Do not use! Save your self time and money and just buy known brands!

I don't like to post negative reviews, but has been impossible to get through to anyone in customer services at Fabletics. Have called several times and been on hold for over ten minutes each time (even when it says 'approximate 4 minute waiting time) never get through to anyone. Call gets cut off or I hang up. Have tried to communicate via online chat - never gets responded to. Even when it says 'connected' but no comments come back (& then had an email for me to review my chat?). I thought I was making a one off purchase and was quite careful not to tick the VIP subscription box, but somehow I am still signed up and they have taken 2 months payment. Not sure how to cancel if we cannot do it via email, no-one answers phone or online chat! Expect a full refund. Feel duped!

I purchased a pair of leggings from Fabletics in July 2018. As far as I knew I was making a one off payment... that is the conventional business model when shopping after all. However, they have now charged me £680 over the last 15 months. - helping themselves to £44 monthly from a credit card I rarely use. When I complained they claimed I agreed to 'VIP Membership' - something I would never have agreed to with full knowledge of this monthly payment. They only sell a few exercise leggings and tops - who needs that many? They did agree to refund half but I am left with over £300 of 'credits' for things I don't need or want. Seems like a scam and shocked they can get away with it.

I absolutely love the products, they are however overpriced. You are being lured in with 2 for £24 leggings but once you sign up you would pay min £48 for each pair unless there are on sale.
£44 a month VIP charge is unreasonable, yes you can skip, but often you will still be charged! To close account you will need to jump through many hoops and if you are not careful, they will trick you into signing in again without even knowing! Don't bother, a lot of similar products available on the market now. Fabletics - rethink your strategy.
On a positive note, customer service assistants are very nice, I feel for them to have to deal with this set up!
