Leggings material so absolutely rubbish, you can buy a better quality one from supermarket.
On the top of that, after you buy it you're scammed into some sort of £49 VIP membership that you can't really see in the fine print.
Costumer service is horrific as well. I called to cancel this subscription after seeing money being taken out from my account, and their answer was: the system doesn't allow me to do a refund.
Never, ever buy from them again.
The site is fraudulent, join their VIP and they rip you off £44 each money with nothing in return. I ordered two items and one wasn't delivered and the other damaged. When I called customer service I waited a long time to get through and there is only a couple of methods to contact them. Phone or social media. Their service is scummy, the workers scummy for working for such an unethical company and the person who owns this company. Shame on you for taking advantage of people and not clearly outlining theses charges. They also call themselves Justfab to confuse people when they are really fabletics. No emails sent every month from fabletics to say they are taking money out or what you can use your money for. Scum all round. 5 months of £44 and nothing in return. They haven't even reponded to my email requesting for my money back.
When you phone them they will tell you that you can't have a refund as you have bought a fabletics credit! This is apparently a new way to run a website. Never heard anything so crazy in my life. They say they are unable to refund you which is nonsense as they take the payment via Paypal. Stand your ground and ask to speak to a manager and you will get your refund within 24 hours. If you tweet them, they will review the tweet and it is guaranteed that these will not be posted. Kate Hudson should be ashamed!
This company automatically signs you up to be a member costing you 44 quid a month which they trick you into by using a countdown. Timer and making you uncheck a box to say you dont want to. Also the quality is terrible and the leggings felt like I was wearing stiff heans and kept falling. Down. The patterns stretch and distort once you put them on making them look weird. Very uncomfortable to wear. Have never worn them. Since.
They refuse a discount and refund for the stolen money. Palm you off when you ask. Avoid like plague!
If i could give 0 then i would. Firstly the quality is naff, leggings will split at the seams or the colour fades horribly after one wash and the sizes are all tiny girl sizes so good luck finding anything. And it signs you up to a vip membership without asking or telling you and tries to charge you £44 a month. Ive tried to ring and cancel 4 times. Theyve had £130 off me and all ive got to show is some crappy leggings made out of the thinnest material known to man. I heard nothing after 6 months ago so i thought i was out of it. Nope! They took another £44 off me, randomly! Its not even on the right daybecause according to the website they take it out on the 6th. I will be phoning my bank and i will be getting my money back via the direct debit protection scheme. I recommend others do this, the banks will soon get pissed off
This websites signs you up for VIP membership then charges you £44 a month for NOTHING, even when you have not so much as clicked on the website again after making your order. This company has had near enough £200 off of me. Do not use!
I have been trying for hours to get on the site to skip the month so that I dont get charged, the site is down and the phone number said it is unavailable. Will not be happy if they take the payment for this month, has anyone had problems trying to access the site today?
I don't understand how that kind of business is still allowed to perform, I was charged twice of 44£ for 2 months, and when I tried to used my credit I was charged as it doesn't work, I called the customer service (worst ever!) was told that I can't get the money back and I should try again on the website, seriously?
I was absolutely disgusted with the service that I received from this Company. 2 weeks after I ordered, it still didn't arrive. I asked either for a full refund into my bank account or for the full order to be delivered out to me. They assured me that they would deliver the full order out to me by express delivery. The next day only part of the order was sent out for delivery and I was issued with a store credit for the other part. This is not what I asked for and not what I was told was going to happen. I got back in touch with them and they assured me that I would get a full refund back into my bank account. But yet again this was not done. I still haven't received any items from them and I still haven't received a refund. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous and I can't seem to speak to a manager or get in touch with anybody that can help me get a refund for items I have not received. Do not use shocking and disgusting customer service.
Received a message yesterday to say from paypal that £44 payment had been taken! I called customer service today to be told that it was in the disclaimer. When I queried what the £44 was for I was told that if I went on line and added an item of clothing for £44 then I would not be charged. When I tried this, this was not the case and cannot see how I can get this money back?! What I thought was a good deal on leggings turned out to be the most expensive average leggings. I will not be shopping with this company again and will not be recommending to others.

You phone to cancel subscription and they are very reluctant to do it. I had 3 member credits sitting in my account totally £132 so asked for a refund and cancellation. Apparently they cant do both. If I receive a refund I cant cancel my subscription on same day. After a long and lengthy telephone conversation I requested my refund first. This was supposed to be back into my account latest 5 business days. This was 3 weeks ago and Im still waiting for it to be transferred back into my account. I called several days ago and spoke to another advisor. She said oh yes I can see the request but it was requested for 5 days after the call so you should receive £88 tomorrow and the rest in 15 days time?!? WTF?!. I am still waiting for refund and cant cancel my subscription still... please dont deal with this company they are fraudulent
I ordered, they came fine. When I returned it I never received a refund or product back. Now I'm loss for money, time and I have no new leggings. Very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND
They assigned me store credits for the membership. When i send them a mail about i dont want the membership please refund me the money they cancelled the membership and the credits at the same time. So they deduct 50 for me and gave nothing in return. Dont trust them.
I am so upset right now. When I ordered some items recently I didnt realise I was signing up to a subscription so was shocked when I got an email from PayPal saying Fabletics had taken a £44 Pre-approved Payment. I have tried calling Fabletics, contacting PayPal and emailing Fabletics but no response. I have 3 young children and with xmas around the corner I cannot afford to be down £44. Im kicking myself but it was not clear to me what I was signing up for. Whatever you do do not be fooled by this great deal. I just want my money back, I dont want to order more items.
I bought leggings (that actually didn't fit very well and weren't the best quality for the price) from this site a while ago and found out three months later they had been charging me £44 a frigging month! I didn't want that £120+ to go to a complete waste so decided to keep my membership but remind myself to always skip the month so I'm not charged again and maybe one day I'll get a benefit from it (as I believe if you cancel membership any credits disappear which in itself is pretty terrible). Obviously sometimes calendar reminders aren't enough and I've forgotten or something and so have since been charged another two times. The membership actually is rubbish and provides no benefits as far as I'm concerned so £200+ later and absolutely no benefits or anything to show for it I'm just going to cancel the VIP membership and don't think I'll be buying from this site again. Complete scam! Please be careful when buying anything from this site.

I was unknowingly signed up to the 'vip system' which was not clear in THE SLIGHTEST and have been scammed out of nearly £100! Absolute scam! Never shopping from this website again. Such a shame, absolute bollocks.
Never EVER buy anything from fabletics! I decided to buy an outfit back in May; it was half price at £22. I then realised they were charging me £44 a month for a VIP membership which I would never have knowingly agreed to. I called up to cancel, as you cant cancel online, and was told the payments had been stopped. Ive only just realised that they meant for the month. I have been charged a further £220. So I called up to cancel again and the same thing happens. The lady tried to cancel it for the month and offered a 20% discount. When I told her I wanted to cancel my payments completely, so that I didnt pay the £44 a month charge ever again... she said that she didnt understand and would cancel it until December!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could rate this cowboy of a company a minus figure I would! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE! They sneakily sign you up to a monthly subscription which debits you £54.99 every month, and will NOT cancel the subscription when asked! We've had multiple conversations with them, and been very clear that we did not want a subscription, wanted to cancel the subscription with immediate effect, asked them to remove our personal details and to refund us our money back. Each time they agree to cancel and credit us but they don't do it and continue to debit our account! We have had to put a dispute in with our bank, and had to change our account details in order to stop it! How can this company get away with this? It is FRAUD and breaching GDPR, it is disgusting! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
The clothes I received were awful quality and horrendously overpriced for the quality I received, and they make returning clothes ridiculously long winded and difficult. But worse still, I was made a VIP member little to my knowledge which costed me £44 and I have just spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to cancel this and have the money refunded. Just do not use this site, it's a complete waste of time and money and I really hope to see it closed down asap.
Extremely misleading that you are entering into a contract by making a single purchase at 'VIP' price. There are initially 3 prices: intro offer (cheapest), VIP and then full price. However when taken to checkout they opt you in to be a VIP member therefore getting you into a contract of £44 a month!
When I realised I googled and can see they have already been taken to court on their misleading advertising and I called up and after much hassle, speaking to 3 different people I got authorised a refund.
Wasted so much of my time and so angry about the whole process, totally felt conned by a million dollar company. I explained if I bought something online from any reputable company they would never to do this and I have never come across such a ploy from such a big company to kscam people out of their money.
