I bought sheer material last year for drapes-excellent quality and much less expensive than the brick and mortar stores. I just purchased 10 yards for my daughter's wedding gown. It is gorgeous. I had some questions which I emailed and they got right back to me. Also material comes in a bag but for 15.00 they will put it on a roll, which was perfect.
I purchased trellis blue fabric for outdoor cushions, knowing the material was water resistant. I live in Maine and do not have scorching daily sunshine; in fact, the cushions were predominantly under an awning, taken inside in the evening and because of rainy days, they have been outside for a total of less than 20 hours. I am disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least. The fabric has turned purple! There is no question about it. A guest walked on to our deck and said, "Wow, you've got purple cushions! Never thought you'd do something like that!". I knew that after about 500 hours, there was the possibility of fading. This is not fading but a color change. I contacted the company several times and all they could suggest was a discount on a future order, knowing I would not order form them again. "Customer service" was a joke.
This wholesale store has great products, an easy to handle website, and very fast shipping. I purchased jersey stretchy fabric and it was so soft!

I've had to send fabric back because they short the yardage. They do not take your calls or send tracking information. The customer service is absolutely horrible. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Order 5 different yards of fabric, tod it would take 7to 10 days to ship... then they told me 15 to 30 days to ship when I asked them where my order was. Tried calling them on day 33after order placed with no person to talk to. Finally shipped after I opened up a case with PayPal after 37 days from ordering date. Get order and 2yards are missingg with a scratched out invoice saying those would be refunded... still waiting on refund... lesson of the story... DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update: the company has reached out to me and has offered a resolution for the terrible experience from this... I am big believe on second chances and am going to be giving them a risk free try again. They did offer me compensation. If they get it right this time around I'll become a regular costume. I will give another update once I place my next order but for now I'm moving my one star to 4 star because to the costumer service that I am am getting right now. I am hoping that I'm not let down again... time will tell.

I am a business customer. We order thousands of yards of fabric per year. I ordered 3 pieces of Dupioni silk for FWD to make some samples for display in our custom clothing retail store. We paid for the fabric and shipping to our factory in China. When it was unpacked and inspected, the factory disqualified the fabric because it had 2 holes in the fabric (holes, not slubs). We asked if the fabric could be used by cutting around the holes to make the sample garment, but we were told it could not be, based upon the location of the holes. We are a busy company with hundreds of orders in process at any given day, so it took us a couple of months to contact FWD about the problem. We sent photographs to document the damage found upon inspection at the factory and asked that they replace the fabric. We have never cut the fabric or altered it in any way. I hear back from them saying that they could not honor our request because it had come outside their 7-day policy. We had relied on statements such as "Our No-Questions-Asked Return Policy is just a testament to how confident we are in our fabrics," which is taken directly from page one of the FWD website. Instead of apologizing for wasting our time by sending the badly damaged fabric to the other side of the world at my expense in the first place, they hid behind their bad 7-day policy. (Their 7-day policy is not mentioned on their invoice.)To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to offer me a $20 refund, which doesn't even cover shipping, much less the total cost of the order (fabric, international shipping, duties...). Companies like this one deserve to be known for what they are. They suck

I will never buy from this company again. I don't care how "competitive" their prices are.
I ordered two pieces of fabric a yard each on 6/03/19. I waited until 6/12/19 to call them because I hadn't received any shipping info by that point. I figured I'd give the benefit of a doubt that they just hadn't reached my order yet.
On the 12th, I was put on hold for 5 min as the rep "checked my status". If I can see the status of "unfulfilled" on my end and he was given the order number AND could list the details of my order back to me, HE ALSO SAW the status was unfulfilled on his end. This was code for, "we don't have the order prepared, and now I need to ask what B. S. I'm supposed to tell the customer".
Sure enough, he came back with B. S. saying that my order shipped the previous night and that I would be recieving tracking information THAT NIGHT.
I'm sure that if I called a different day, the order would have been shipped the night before then as well.
Also not sure how it takes 24 hours to get tracking of an item that supposedly has already shipped. But at 11:47 pm, I received an email with my tracking number and a delivery date of 6/14/19.
Interesting, seeing as how I paid for standard shipping of 5-7 days. But I'm not going to complain about that part because they had already sat on my order for over a week.
And when I looked at the tracking history it stated that a shipping label had been created on 6/04/19--The DAY AFTER I placed my order. It also said it was accepted at USPS Origin Facility on 6/12/19. If you remember that was the day I called them.
To top it all off: the fabrics smell. One of my fabric pieces was cut so badly that I am missing a good 6 inches on one end. The other white fabric has marks that I cannot get off.
