I had lots of technical problems with the app. Background check took almost a month and already been approved months before this w both Uber and Lyft. Got my scheduled appointment and made deposit. Waited for appointment to pick up car
Seemed like a good deal a month ago but after the 300%+ increase in start payments in the same way creditors sense red flags when one person applies and/or obtains multiple new accounts/debts in a short amount of time bc they could already know they're dying (for example LOL) so whatever I wonder what Fair is preparing for!?"
Its easy and if u get stuck with something u can simply chat with someone and they help u easy as that.
The Fair process was new to me. I found a car on the app that was perfect. The paperwork process was easy. After I completed the paperwork
It is so cute and easy to use it is fun and exciting it will give you a lot of fun time you will never be bored.
I never knew that you can have a car without the commitments he only only thing I do t like is that certain cars aren't available
David from Lawndale has amazing customer service. He helped me pick out the perfect car for me. I recommend this lot and to ask for David.
Good process until you have to chat with customer service. They are unresponsive and uninformed. Very disappointing.
Levi did a great job in helping and guiding me. I was very satisfied by his customer service. Regards
I'm absolutely blow away with simplicity this app created for getting cars! All my paperwork was done in 30 min
Thank you Dublin Fair Team for everything! Real quick and simple I would recommend this location to everyone.
E-mailing Support seems to be the lesser of two evils. With only six days left before my temp license plate expires we'll see if Fair comes through."
Great experience working with the staff in Dublin. Jeff Justin and Brook really know their stuff! Kind
Dublin location the employees are very friendly and helpful. Better experience than getting a car with Lyft express driver service!
Amazing experience from start to finish that was completely electronic! The FAIRest of them all! Thank you!
This team made getting a vehicle very enjoyable. Jeff Justin and Brook did an outstanding job! Thank you!
David Evens from Lawndale and super at his job! He went above and beyond shown the ultimate experience! If you're in Lawndale ask for David!
After seeing an ad for Fair on YouTube and thinking it sounded just like a service I had been imagining for years
My phone number has a 253 code area from Seattle but i live in Chicago and the app doesn't let me look for cars in Chicago area.
I was totally relieved to get my Uber share vehicle through Fair. My great customer service team i like to call them "JBJ"? Justin
Why does it say there is nothing available at all? This app seems like a great way to get into a vehicle but there aren't any to try to get.
Tina was really helpfull she really helped me go through the process n picking up the car very smoothly
Ms Tammie Lowe was the greatest. After speaking with her in the phone I will always do business with her. Great customer service!
I usually don't have time to write reviews but this was worth taking the time out. Fair was advertised as another "rental" option when at the time I was renting a car from Hertz to use for Uber. I thought I had done my homework only to find out halfway through the process that the vehicle needed to be added to my personal insurance. This was an extra expense I did not expect I was informed that the "RENTAL" company where I got the vehicle from had to update it in my app. That made since to me since when I had dealt with Hertz they always updated my vehicles in the app for me. I contacted Fair once again via chat within the app and this time I received different information. I was told this time that it would take Fair up to 48 hours for the vehicle to be updated in my app (I have a screenshot of the conversation) and if it wasn't on there in 48 hours to call back. Meanwhile I was told I'd be sent a $50 gift card because of the bad information I received from the first Fair representative and the amount of time I had to wait. So I had to wait 48 hours missing and entire weekend worth's of earnings to receive a $50 gift card for the bad information. I received my car on a Friday. So when Monday morning comes around and the vehicle still isn't on my app I began to sort through the settings in my Uber app only to realize I had to add the vehicle on it myself. It made since in hindsight because I wasn't really "RENTING" a vehicle as advertised I was actually leasing a vehicle from Fair. Proper advertising and explanations up front would have eliminated this confusion and kept me from missing and entire weekend worth of work. Best believe they got the text reminder correct notifying me that my payment was due in a few days. Very very poor customer service because of the terrible information I was given that actually cost me money. Secondly after having the car for about a week
Jeff from Texas and Justin and Ann from Miami Fl were wonderful and made the process very easy for me. So nice and helpful.
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
Headquartered in Santa Monica, Calif., Fair launched in August 2017 as an app-based digital leasing platform for pre-owned vehicles. Since then, the Fair app has been downloaded almost 4 million times and the company has grown into the world’s leading used car leasing platform, serving customers throughout California and Florida.
