Seemed like a good deal a month ago but after the 300%+ increase in start payments in the same way creditors sense red flags when one person applies and/or obtains multiple new accounts/debts in a short amount of time bc they could already know they're dying (for example LOL) so whatever I wonder what Fair is preparing for!?"

Anything over $500 is felony theft or Grand larceny. Write copious letters etc. etc. You have a pert near slam dunk case‼ I NEVER write a review but thought this could be helpful‼‼Just hope it finds you Sincerely Robert B."

Slow and poor customer service. This app has frozen me out because it falsely assumes I live in an nonparticipating state but I actually do live where it is offered. I have been trying to contact customer service for well over a week. I get this horrible chat system that doesn't keep records. Put a phone number up so customers looking to spend thousands can talk to you! So horrible with the response and delays.

Fair is clearly is juicing it's positive reviews! The customer service is horrendous. Cars disappear after you order them. If you're a rideshare driver forget it--these rates will guarantee you are either a slave to Fair or you lose money each week working less than 50 hours. Dealership experience is just as shady as its always been and Fair owns up to none of their epic screw ups. Just a disaster! You've been warned?

The app doesn't work to its very best. After I put my phone number in I get an error message saying I'm not quite qualified yet due to the lack of information I cannot input because the app lacks that capability of this function

If you want to get ripped off go ahead and download fair give them a try it's been about 1 month since i turned the car bAck in i made all my payments on time and now all of a sudden I'm being charged for a late fee of $125? When fair was in charge of taking out the money every week from my account how could I be charged for a late fee? I don't want to pay those $125 but good luck going and arguing with them that you made all your payments on time. I would never recommend fair to anyone please avoid waisting time and money this is completely unfair what an irony.

I owe two months car note when I lost my job they let me be 5 months late to get back get back on track in life no car bank can compare to them plus they give u Insurance included with payments the way it should be

My issue is I've waited over 48 hours just to check the availability of a vehicle and have heard absolutely nothing for days. Yesterday I contacted 4 different representatives from fair. I contacted someone at 4am with my issue

I worked with Beverly who was fantastic in her efforts to assist me. I had many questions which she patiently answered them all. She provided a ride for me to pick up my car. Beverly's customer service was top notch in her efforts to make the process as easy as possible for me. I would recommend Fair to my family and friends or to others who are looking to acquire a vehicle through. Fair.

I currently heard about fair and with me being a young adult and not the best credit I was so game to finally get a car. I did all my research on the cars they have available and finally found one I would like. They had a special for Labor Day so I went for it what better time! When I went to go pay for it told me they don't take pre paid card as payment. I contacted customer service rep and asked why and if I could just link my pre paid account number to the account she simply told me would not move forward it's like seriously my money is as good as anyone else's a payment should be a payment I am very unhappy with the service and probably will not get a car here

Around this time last year I started having trouble with a car I used to own. It sat in the mechanic shop for 2 months before they could look at it. I came across this app and it took me 6 months to decide to go for it. The only regret I have is that I took so long to decide. I have had nothing but blessings since I signed for this vehicle. The team is so supportive and they called me to make sure I had everything I needed. Answered all my questions and helped me so I can browse through the app with more confidence and get to know everything about my commitment with them. There's nothing hidden. Just read! Shout out to Mr. Levi he's the Absolute Best! Thank you so much Fair for all your support and help!

I signed up last week planning to get myself a car as a birthday present at the end of the month. The dealership down payments were too high for me and I saw several cars on the app with a starting payment of $700. I get a notification that new cars have been added so I open the app to browse some more. To my dismay

Our car went down on us because of a seized engine. We have been over two weeks without income from Uber. The fair program has taken our deposit and first week rental fee to include insurance and now for the past week we have been waiting to get a car. Customer service has been working with us on every call to help us. I would recommend patience with this service as it takes days to complete. ****Update **** Hubby got word from Uber Customer Service that he will get a complimentary ride to the dealership to pickup the vehicle. Please pray for our family that this works out since this is our only income right now. ****update**** Hubby got a vehicle and is now back on the road. The whole process to get a vehicle takes time (days) but to get assistance with issues

Love the concept and love my car. The only issue I have is that my car came with 1 fab/key and no one told me til I had already paid over $2000 deposit and drove 2 hours to pick it up. I paid almost $300 to buy a new fab and then VW wanted to charge me an additional $150 to program the fab. Luckily the kind gentleman in service learned of my situation and didn't charge me for programming. I know the company is fairly new and they're are issues. Had I known I would have to dish out additional $$ for a backup key

Jeff was amazing at the Dublin location! He answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect car to support my rideshare needs. The car is impeccably clean! Will definitely be a long term customer! -Connor

I downloaded the app it looked super interesting but not enough info for me to submit personal info right off the back. I love the concept of the business but need more info. Making monthly payments will i own the car at some point? Or am i renting? Also noticed wayyy to many negative issues with customer service and therefore making me change my mind altogether. If i see fair get it together in a few years maybe i will revisit the idea but in the meantime i pass.

This app enabled me to get into my very first car with extreme ease and without any hassles from a dealership. Being able to do everything on the phone and simply arrange pickup truly transforms the experience of what getting a car is like. I spent several hours with my wife in a dealership for her last car and the same when I went with my nephew for his. And that was with a preagreed price and deal. F&I still beat us up for a while going back and forth. I'm excited to pickup my car this weekend. Can't wait!

Finally the whole getting a car process has become simplified! Not being locked in a lease and being able to choose the car I wanted and check out all from my phone... thank you people for finally figuring it out. I've been waiting a very long time for this!

It's the people the hire! Everyone I have worked with at Fair has been incredible and so knowledgeable. Particularly want to give a shout out to Dee Dee and Cody at the Glendale station in CA. Both these folks have been extremely helpful and should be given raises immediately!

If I could give a negative 100 rating you don't see that in your system?" He stated that NOTHING had been done mind you I am still waiting for my refund! This same person called me back on February 14 and said that he was still looking for answers. He called me again on February 15 and at this point I refused to answer my phone and he asked to call them back. I called and the new representative said they didn't even have record that my start payment was taken out of my account and asked that I send a screenshot of my agreement. How sad is this? What kind of business practices are these? I am STILL waiting on my refund and they have one more week to get it to me! This has been the worst experience in customer service I have EVER had! I usually don't write reviews like this but I want to warn the public not to engage this business as I do not want anyone to go through what I have!"

I have never seen unprofessional people in business like FAIR. I made a reservation 4 days prior and when pick up day came Goodyear retained the car for another day and a half. All this why they can't explain anything to me. I returned the car because it was worse than what I thought. The worst part is them refusing to pay security deposit of $181 and it has been over 14 days now but they claim I wait for the bank. If I were to advise anyone to find a rental companyI would advise you to please stay away from FAIR"

I ordered a vehicle through Fair and provided the down payment as well as first monthly payment which totaled about $2000. I was informed two days before my scheduled pick up date that the car had been sold and was no longer available. When I called them to try and work something out

Look this app is the worst - I've been trying to rent with it for months etc. The experience is awful the support people mean well but can't help the pricing is probably illegal because there is a price on site that isn't in app and they can't tell you why the price is the way it is. If you can do anything with your life besides using this app do it."

I've been having really mixed experience using Fair. If you're interested in my experience expecting to get the car before 4pm and try it out because Fair claimed I can pick up the car once I got there. However the dealer told me that they forgot to bring the car for smog check so they had to do that first. When I got the car it was after 6pm. And when I drove it back home on highway I found that when the car reach to speed 60+ mph it shakes so hard like a washing machine and it's not safe to drive. I tried to call Fair customer service on that day for a refund. I tried for an hour but no one answered me. Then I called on the second day

It displays based on monthly payments and I could not find the final price or calculate it based on how many payments were expected. The lowest I can make the year filter do is 0-2014. So if you want a car that's 1997-2004

And doesn't offer basic app or site features. Frustrating. I dislike app A LOT. I did lease a car - process was easy just getting car is u clear delayed lacked key information and now that I want to explore anther car low inventory and difficult to search other cities to check their inventory unless I use my computer and access site. On site not showing me pricing. All around it's a frustrating user experience. I can't stand the app."
