I had lots of technical problems with the app. Background check took almost a month and already been approved months before this w both Uber and Lyft. Got my scheduled appointment and made deposit. Waited for appointment to pick up car
Seemed like a good deal a month ago but after the 300%+ increase in start payments in the same way creditors sense red flags when one person applies and/or obtains multiple new accounts/debts in a short amount of time bc they could already know they're dying (for example LOL) so whatever I wonder what Fair is preparing for!?"

This Fair program is a good option for those that are doing Uber full time. I've been using a Ford Fusion hybrid for Uber for 3 months now. The process was pretty easy. I looked at the selection of vehicles in the app asking for my phone number and sending me another four digit code number. I can't call customer service because the phone number is inside the app! Fair please fix this! I can't drive for Uber without a car and I'm not making any money! Even deleting the app and redownloading doesn't help."
That app requires your ID at the beginning and doesn't offer an in app viewing of the cars it offers that website but that's not a fair deal as they get the download in their download counter don't download this app if you don't want to be identified immediately without having time to get to know the company
The Fair App is the by far the best way to get a new car. The app itself is great and very easy to use. I had picked out my car and got my pricing in no time. The greatest thing about Fair though is the people that work there. They take customer service to a whole new level. You never hang up the phone thinking these people don't care or it's just a job to them. They are all amazing!
I've had several cars in the past and this by far the way to go car shopping! You shop through the app looking for the car you want it was never available for lease. I think once a car is sold the app should be updated daily to let new customers know. That way they're not wasting their time looking for a car that is no longer available."
I can highly recommend this car service wholeheartedly which is not to say it was without any problems. Mostly issues arose at the dealer when picking up the car because staff had no idea what to do. Got major runaround until manager got involved. The upside is that I got a great car at a very reasonable price and I couldn't be happier.
Car renting is the best feature of this company actually. I don't like cars so I don't want to buy my own one, however I prefer using cars when I need to go somewhere far from the area of my living. So, I prefer to apply to this company in order to rent a car. The conditions here are exclusive and that's why I'm a consistent client of this company. Of course, if you think that renting a car is more expensive than buying your own one, then I can allege that it's not like that. I don't ven spend 20% of my income monthly due to this service.
I had just sold my car and was looking for a new one when I decided to give Fair a try. Super happy that I did! I got a great car that I can give back anytime (who knows where life will take me) and the price I wanted. Didn't have to do anything except sign on my phone and then show up to get the car. Big shout out to Matt Dowley for some excellent customer service too.
This isn't like me to write a review but I must say David Evans is sooox Great! I can't thank that Great Man enough he is so nice and caring let's not forget patient. I was having the worst day ever when I first walked into fair rentals. My vehicle registration had expired which I had no knowledge about because it was NOT explained to me by the person that first helped me on Aug. 14
Fair is a brilliant alternative to long term locked in leasing! I started a commission only position and didn't want to be locked into a 3 year lease. I have a friend who used fair and she suggested checking it out. You will NOT be disappointed! The app is really easy to use
Asks for you mobile number before you can do anything. Did that apprehensively. Next asks for a photo of your drivers license. Forget it. Let me in the app and use it before you collect all my personal data.
Its been 2 months and everything so far has been great! The process the service the price can't beat this App if your someone who doesn't want to own a car or just gets bored of the same car this is the App for you!
They design this program with the consumer in mind. No stress sales you pick the payments best for you and not lock into a contact like everything now a days and you give it back when you want to. Do the maintenance
Cannot filter by location. Like i would be interested in a car 2000 miles away. Green cars cannot filter by true green cars. FCEV versus BEV versus Plug-in hybrid versus good MPG Interesting concept that is poorly implemented. I live in california and you would know that because you needed my drivers license and address to sign up. So guess this is just your standard answer to everything. Still cannot filter. Again poor implementation of an interesting concept.
We were waiting for the shuttle to take us to the rental office and were the first family the driver acknowledged us and told us to wait. He went in and got a whole bunch more people who beat us the van, filled it and then left us 6 stranded for another 30 min. 2 seniors in the group could not walk fast enough and the driver didn't care. The car my son and daughter in law were given was awful. Taillight light falling off, no working USB ports, over 225,000 miles. Never again and beware. Not friendly staff and hard sell on the extras.
I have always been a buy and hold person when it comes to cars. But cars are changing and our family's needs are changing as well. I got burned on a couple used cars in the past and we have since bought new but I always hated that huge depreciation that happens when I drive off the lot. I tried to just browse through the vehicles and when I first logged in it would let me then one day it need random confirmations. Then one for my license again... making me feel like there's something wrong with my account and I reached out and there's an error between my email and my Uber account I was using. But the whole thing lead to them having to erase my account because the only way to allow me to browse is through a new account? Which he couldn't tell me when they would be able to actually do that either... 2-4 days for deleting and then no specific amount of time to make the new one... none of this made any sense so I just asked them to delete the account...
I am happy to be a returning customer, and to my surprise, the service is much better now. My agent called me, offered me a discount, answered all my questions, and sent me an Uber ride to go pick up my new car. The guys at the dealership were also very nice.
Stopped by quick in and out! Jeff and all staff were very polite and professional. I was fully informed on all the in's and out's of the program. Picked up the vehicle of my choice and I'm back on the road making money! Not to mention my first week was free yeah! Thanks Fair!
Great app! Was thrilled to use to purchase my first car but not available in my state. The only thing that would allow me to use this app is if Missouri is added anytime soon or if I could buy from out of state
I got this app because Uber said I could rent a car through it to start working for them. I got the app but there were no cars in my city (DC). The closest one was a 45 minute drive outside of the city
I'm just laughing at those idiots who think it's so natural and it's just a procedure to be a part of 21st century to give my sensitive details to a small start-up company who can't assure the security of the information given JUST to check out their products and concept. If I could give a negative review I would. I have been asking for two months for a billing summary which they are refusing to provide/also saying they dont even have it and its something they have never had a request for as per a severely incompetent supervisor which took me over 2 months to get on the phone. I would be out of this vehicle over 2 months ago but because they don't provide proper documentation they have forced me to be in this vehicle for 4 months now. Now
