Seemed like a good deal a month ago but after the 300%+ increase in start payments in the same way creditors sense red flags when one person applies and/or obtains multiple new accounts/debts in a short amount of time bc they could already know they're dying (for example LOL) so whatever I wonder what Fair is preparing for!?"

I've been waiting 2 weeks to process my payment for the car I hVe been approved for and turned in my rentL thinking this would be a quick process. Now that the time to make the purchase is finally here the app will not open at all. Every time I attempt opening it up it loads for about 4 seconds and closes itself out. Is there a customer service PHONE NUMBER? I'm a very busy woman and don't have time to wait on emails.

I called again we set a pick up and then I was informed that my car wouldn't be available for another week. I waited a week and called back the Fair staff had no idea what was going on with my order they said they'd need 24 hrs to contact the dealer and get back to me they never did. I called the dealership myself and was told the car I rented was not available wouldn't be for weeks but they could give me a loaner car. I didn't want to have to keep driving way to out the dealership to return the loaner I was just going to cancel my order

I keep seeing coupons for up to 1000$ off start payment but everytime I use them they are expired or invalid I have one for 250 off but really the amount ima spend a month on a car I would think a 1000$ would be way better since you're making money off us regardless!

I am very please with the service that I received at the Fair Station Clairmont. After more than 48 hours on the phone going back and forth between Uber and Fair I decided to go stop by the Clairmomt station. Long story short

I literally got a car while my old car was being appraised. I had been looking for a BMW 335i but couldn't find one in the condition or with the packages that I wanted. Then I saw the exact car I wanted on Fair was out within 20 minutes (after the BMW genius explained what all the buttons did)!"

I downloaded the app and a very progressive idea that is to be expected. I think that issues people are having are things that could and will eventually be improved upon. Process and logistical improvements are how companies grow. And making changes over time I think Fair will be trailblazing its way into the future. I only gave 4 stars since I didn't get the full experience and I think the qualification process shouldn't be a requirement just to browse. I suggest maybe consulting with a car rental companies. The reason I say that is I rented a car one time and when I was there a gentleman there used them to get a car instead of traditionally buying one. I did the math

Fair is great. I love the flexibility and service. I have worked with Matthew Dowley on two cars and so far the experience has been excellent. I have reccomended Fair to many expat friends and they're all super happy.

It asks for my phone number then says my address doesnt have Fair avail... but it lists NJ so idk whats going on and when i try to chat with the bot it tells me the office is clothes when its open at 9am smh

Thinking this was a brilliant new and EASY TO USE service I was told the same thing don't worry they're in the mail. I reached out again to say "the plates expire this week". I was told there is some error and I need to send s pic of the temp plates. I did this... suddenly it wasn't "it takes 90 days" now it was an error. The plates expired. I live in an unforgiving big city. I now have $260 in tickets (that's just two tickets) with no solution in sight. I don't have a garage so I have to just expect a new ticket each time I park. On the most recent chat (where I was once again told I had "definitely reached the right person" for the 500th time

So I initially heard of Fair due to word of mouth and decided to move forward because of the flexibility on the lease. I moved from NY to CA and still had a NY license. So found my car I ordered looked up dealerships in the area found the dealership and called them myself. I told the dealer I put in an order for a car via Fair 3 days ago and guess what? The dealer NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. So now I call Fair once again and ask them to completely cancel my order and that I'd restart it and try again. I know the car I want I know the dealer and have already been in contact. They cancel my order. But the car I originally wanted is now not available on the app. I wait 1 day and the next day the car is back on the app. FOR A HIGHER PRICE. I contact the dealer "did you change the price for the car?"..."nope." Fair did. So now it's been about 3 weeks I've been dealing with Fair and I still don't have a car. Thanks Fair for three weeks of stress!"

Amazing idea that we have fair I drive for Uber over 4years my car had an issue then I heard about fair then I start the process less than 24 hours they finished my process then I got the car and start driving great service very helpful and this is one of the best experience I ever had thank you! Definitely recommended

I actually took the time (about 8minutes) to write this negative review because I have just watched the advertisement for this app for the *******th time. I am insulted to see this app on youtube and I hope no one purchases this app or uses it at all. Had you advertised a bit less I maybe maybe would have been persuaded so actually try your app but too much is too much.

I went to the fair location in Dublin California and a guy Jeff was just so amazing he helped me get my car I wanted he was awesome. Great funny guy if you guys want a good car and great customer service come to fair in Dublin California

I wanted a convertible for the nice days here in central Texas and we needed a second car. I found a 2013 BMW 128i convertible on the app for $275 a month w/10k and $650 down. With the in house insurance and wear/tear coverage I pay $412 a month. The car performs well and it's fun to drive. I literally walked into the dealership

I don't know where to begin because I'm still in awe of the customer service at Fair. I started the process around noon on a Saturday and I drove off the lot in my new car by 6pm. There was a problem processing my down payment so Donte in the Arizona office gave me a $200 discount code for my start payment. I ended up returning the car because I got another offer for a car that I couldn't refuse. I had to return the car to the Santa Monica headquarters and I was met by Matt Dowley. MATT is simply amazing! He invited me upstairs to the headquarters to meet some of the team and even offered me lunch from their kitchen. Fair gives you an Uber ride back to your destination but my Uber was taking a long time. I was running late for a conference call meeting so Matt even extended use of their lobby WiFi so I could attend my meeting. I mean

So disappointed- after hearing about this app I was excited to try it out. Only to find you have to have a California address. As a Vermonter I am sooooo bummed! Hope this takes off and makes it the east coast soon!

So I was on Facebook and seen the app and it didn't give me any information on where any places are. Then I continued to sign up using my state ID and it then told me I have none in my state. One of the questions on the sign up before I take the picture of my ID and agree to have u guys go through my credit is the state I am in so

They really need to work out their deals with the cars and be able to bring down their prices for what they offer and make it comparable to what you would pay if you went to an actual dealership with money down. I was looking into getting something off of here to drive Uber with and honestly NO THANKS. I read on-line the horrors of others and friends being footed a bill of $$$$$ for the week even if the car is in the shop (Uber drivers/lyft) and getting repossessed for lack of payment. Lol NO THANKS

Charged $400 without receiving a vehicle there are no vehicles available anywhere within 300 miles of San Diego. Why charge someone without providing anything?
