Seemed like a good deal a month ago but after the 300%+ increase in start payments in the same way creditors sense red flags when one person applies and/or obtains multiple new accounts/debts in a short amount of time bc they could already know they're dying (for example LOL) so whatever I wonder what Fair is preparing for!?"

No need for a long back story except to know that Fair has treated me like a friend and John G (Canoga Park) went out of his way to make sure I could not only keep the car I wanted by "re-contracting" but also spent the time to keep me activated on UBER so I could keep working! I went in today a bit early to unhappily turn in my car because I didn't extend the contract (my fault) and left 30 minutes later with the same car and everything I asked for! Thanks John and thanks FAIR!

This is literally the worse car leasing program you can sign up. Getting the car was easy but when it comes to the returns I noticed my status was still at "Confirming times" and by 4pm nothing had been confirmed. So I called to see when my car was being picked up and I was told between 4 and 6 on 10/29. NO ONE EVER CAME. I took 2 days off for this & no one came. I called again & they said "we'll have to reschedule" so I took an additional 2 days off 11/2 11/3 and 11/4. No one ever came. I called again & was rescheduled again. Took another 2 days off and no one ever came. Called and rescheduled again to 11/10. No one ever came. It's been TWO weeks of the back and forth and today when I called I found out that 1- the pickups don't happen on the weekend and they are not sure why I was rescheduled to a Sunday (as if that's my fault) and 2- I can be charged again if I still have the car by next bill cycle. The car has still not been picked up and it's scheduled for pickup on a whole other week later. The customer service is the worse. Everyone gives me different information and no one is able to do anything. It's like they purposely are waiting for you to be billed again in order to charge you. Save yourself. It's not worth it AT ALL."

I gave fair a 3 star rating because I choose to be generous. There's a miscommunication when it comes to how they do things. The process of me receiving the vehicle went smooth but as it came close for me to get my permanent tags is where the problem comes into play. I received the vehicle March 2. My tag expired May 1st & I'm still waiting on a response from the registration department. I called to change my address way before the time but they told me I had to change it at the 45 day mark then I did that after getting the run around & at the last minute then I'm told I was supposed to email them my new address. By then my tags were close to being out. Why is everyone not on the same page? So that was corrected but now here I am still no tags & riding around on a expired temp tag. I was told it's through the registration department but my thing is where are my tags even if they were sent to the wrong address. I e never went through this before with a vehicle & honestly it's a bit overwhelming & I'm just ready to be done with it.

I have somewhat bad credit. I had been denied at most places and the only place that would let me buy/lease a car would of ripped me off in interest. I had my down payment

I think this could be a great app. I've been browsing cars. Out of the blue it looks like the monthly payment and down payment went through the roof. I'm out.

The first day I tried to get a car I got to the lot at 10am. I was 13th in line and only 5 cars were available. I got there at 6am the next day and was the first in line. I got a car but anybody that gets there after 8am (they open at 10:30) won't get a car

This is the first time I'm shopping on real monthly car payments. They don't change on you at the end. Finally! Also you don't need to go to a bank. Fair does everything in-app!

Was drawn to Fair because of their offer: fixed payment the worst possible thing happened I got to the dealership and was told that the car I was there to pick up had been SOLD the day before. Fair did not let the dealership know that the I had reserved the car and would be coming in to pick up the car. Something was clearly wrong with Fair's process as they had given me the time date and location for the pickup - did they just make it up and not check with the dealer?! The only reason this is a 4-star review is because of how Miguel handled the situation. When I called Fair screaming in the dealership parking lot Miguel let me know that they would make things right - and they did! They located the same car at the dealership and listed it so I could purchase it through the app and proceeded to waive the start payment to make up for the poor experience. I received a follow-up call from Matt D. Making sure things were going well and apologizing for the experience at the dealership once again. I have yet to see how the support goes for maintenance services."

My daughter had been denied and denied she has kids with autism Is the prices ridiculous YES is this a rip off YES but when your a parent with disabled kids can't get a car & have to keep transportation because your kids are disabled you get a car by any means & this is a any means necessary app. Fair get people driving when they can't get financing. For some people they will pay that extra just to have a vehicle. I made this review because I see people downing the app. For low income parents fair is a choice are they paying ridiculous amounts YES is the contracts shady YES but when you ain't got nothing & you need transportation now you take what you can get now & deal with the horror later. IF YOU NEED A CAR TRY THE APP I never know if I myself will have to use this app one day. It's better than riding the bus next to a stinking person. Pay the high fee that's the cost of bad credit don't get bad credit & you won't need FAIR

First off this review has nothing to do with the service or cars or lease process. It has to do with a stupid design quirk thats so stupid you shouldn't download it for that reason alone. If you are an uber partner there is no way to get back to the regular non rideshare cars. Currently my app is in limbo. It won't let me sign into uber or view other cars. I contacted service through the app apparently all they did was just make it so I can't do anything now including contact service again. Thanks for the giant waste of time this has been. Also just so everyone knows i am not an uber driver. I have never completed a run. In another attempt to solve this problem i contacted uber to delete my account. So far this has not worked. Update 8/15/2018 Dear world steer as far away from these people as possible. They can't even fix a simple user login error that occurred with there own app. Since Jul 25 they have been working to correct this. They have still not corrected it. Good luck to anyone employed by this company you will not last long as I'm sure other companies will have no trouble taking over your market if potential customers can't even log in to use your app.And if you reply contact our concierge i have I don't care anymore i just bought a new car. You officially lost my business.

I leased a car for a week. Picked up a 2017 jeep that had been in a accident and the trunk would not close right unless I shut the door super hard. It would drive weird.

This app is perfect for people who like to exchange their cars every 6 months to a year without having to worry about resale value and having to trade or sell the car. I am on my second car. The return process was easy and smooth. I chatted in and said that I wanted to exchange my car and within 2-3 days a transport company was at my front door. I was under the impression that it would be at least a week before I would be able to order a new car since they say that it can take up to 3 business days before they process the return after receiving the vehicle. To my surprise I was able to order another car the same day the transport company picked up my car! Just one word of advice that maybe Fair would be able to work on "non smoker car" and other things of that sort. Also having the carfax available right in the Fair app would make things much easier or even something as simple as listing what dealership the car is located at. Another issue is the 3 day 100 mile return. 100 miles isn't enough. It should be at least 300 miles. I say this because the K900 that I went to pick up (that was not eligible for delivery) was 100 miles from my house. I would not have been able to return the car and get a refunded start payment had I changed my mind after I got home. Overall my experience has been great and I don't plan on ever actually buying a car again. I am just going to use Fair."

Every time I check in with the app it's a complete wash to choose Fair over owning a vehicle if you're poor even with the prospect of vehicle maintenance."
