I had lots of technical problems with the app. Background check took almost a month and already been approved months before this w both Uber and Lyft. Got my scheduled appointment and made deposit. Waited for appointment to pick up car
Seemed like a good deal a month ago but after the 300%+ increase in start payments in the same way creditors sense red flags when one person applies and/or obtains multiple new accounts/debts in a short amount of time bc they could already know they're dying (for example LOL) so whatever I wonder what Fair is preparing for!?"
I love what Fair has done for me. I could afford a car payment and when I'm ready for a new car I'll trade it in. It's been almost 5 months now... I Love it love it!"
THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I tried to set up my auto-pay on my app which doesn't give me that option either! I asked to be transferred to customer service and I stayed on the line for 20 minutes and it kept telling me I had to stay on the line another 30 minutes. So I had to call in AGAIN to make the payment. First they told me there's no way they could remove the late fee and after another 15 minutes of back and forth they agreed to remove the late fee. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!"
I messed up while filling out the pre-qualification application and was denied. Now I can't even look at the contents of the app! Can't go to the home page
I browsed a variety of cars before settling in something inexpensive. The pickup took all of 30 minutes and I was out the door. The ease of credit check
The customer service was very accommodating and responded in 43 seconds! This is a very affordable service that allows flexibility in many ways. Win-Win- and a Win for me!
The service until I got my car was great. I was very excited. But looks like as soon as you are a customer they don't value you as much. The chat on my APP
Tim and Jeff were great explaining and helping me understand fair and the way the program work help navigate me through all the information on the app and understanding my car a lot better
The traditional salesperson model is outdated. Fair offers dealerships the opportunity have a salesperson be an "experience person" and showcase the vehicle
Thank you so much girl I loved your customer service you made my experience so comfortable and welcoming I would definitely recommend this business and location to others thank again girl
Buying the car Process was amazing everything was great until it came to actually getting the vehicle it never asked me if I wanted to pick up or have the car delivered to me just give me a time for him to go pick up the vehicle and I wanted to car delivered so I called texted and everyone else had a different answer supposedly there's a different team called the Orders team and no one can reach it can you give me a direct phone line they can't queue me and to hold I can't I can't call them so they call me early in the morning and I didn't have my phone and I missed the phone call should I call back again and they told me there oh yeah I put you in high-priority I should not take long to call you back again a lot of time passed I have not been contacted again they have taken the money from my account and I still don't have my car this is ridiculous I thought this was going to be a smooth process but I guess not
I've been having weekly trouble updating my payment account on this app as a Fair Share driver. I've been having trouble using the app for 2 months now..
400. I also added in the fair insurance excess wear & tear protection and additional miles (2500 extra for a total of ******* annually) for a monthly total of approximately $372. I was approved within an hour and waited about another 30 minutes for Fair to verify with the dealership that my car was still available and ultimately ready for pickup. Soon after the confirmation I selected a time for pickup (same day at 6pm) and was quickly sent a confirmation via email and the app with a contact person at the dealer ship. I got on the app to ask fair a few questions via chat about billing and logistics of my car pickup. The associate (Emily I think) was very knowledgeable thorough and helpful. I also the dealership to verify with my contact person that the car was ready for pickup. I was told that the car was ready and could be picked up even sooner (which was about 3pm). I got a ride to the dealership and everything was ready to go. No issues other than I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to finish up a smog certification. As a courtesy
I reserved a car to rent online. I put deposit. But I didn't get a car for a week. They keep put me on holding. My question is If you don't have a car to rent
I was interested until I had to give my drivers license just to access the app. I don't want to give personal information up until I know I want to do business with a company.
Supposedly after running a soft credit check they choose cars within your price range. After adding insurance (roughly $70 a week) and excess wear and tear ($6 a week)
They are worse then a dealership don't do it. They checked my credit without my permission. The minute you open the app till it asks your your your ID it checks your credit and I'm reporting this
The employees of Fair at the Oakland lot are nothing short of amazing. The customer service is out of this world and the Fair representative Fred is great
I had the great service ever with this new location thank you so much for the service And thank you for tanner for helping me out it was great service?
Don't do it. I signed up + yes it was easy to get a car. But when I went through a hit + run accident. My own personal insurance (Gieco) was on it with resolving the issue
K in Atlanta was great she really helped me out with my specific needs!? This sporty focus actually is great never thought I would get a car with alloy rims and a sunroof... I really lucked out!
Not sure what the idea is here. All the cars have a down payment north of $700. The lease price is at least 30% more than a comparable 3yr lease. Why would I lease a used Audi A4 for $500
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
Headquartered in Santa Monica, Calif., Fair launched in August 2017 as an app-based digital leasing platform for pre-owned vehicles. Since then, the Fair app has been downloaded almost 4 million times and the company has grown into the world’s leading used car leasing platform, serving customers throughout California and Florida.
