I had lots of technical problems with the app. Background check took almost a month and already been approved months before this w both Uber and Lyft. Got my scheduled appointment and made deposit. Waited for appointment to pick up car
Seemed like a good deal a month ago but after the 300%+ increase in start payments in the same way creditors sense red flags when one person applies and/or obtains multiple new accounts/debts in a short amount of time bc they could already know they're dying (for example LOL) so whatever I wonder what Fair is preparing for!?"
Only reason I am not giving FAIR 5 stars is because FAIR does not update its inventory as it should. I literally had to wait several times for a requested car
Was trying to browse for cars... y'all wanted my phone number... then my I.D. info... they ask less questions in county... what the heck yo > :(
There are some serious bugs in this app. Very basic thing- filter doesn't work properly. It's a great idea which is implemented as a poor product.
How can they advertise they have faster service for returning customers ya is 5 to 7 day wait fast I feel it's a rip off

Price is way too high for any reasonable car. It is impossible to close opened account and delete personal information. Annoying ads on YouTube.

The service was great. I've had my car since the beginning of January and I don't see myself returning any time soon.
Tanner and Aaron did an excellent job i was pleased with the time it took less than 15 minutes in and out great smiles and service way to go Fair!
Very happy with the apps ease of use. Much better than Swapalease or leasetrader. Good selection of cars and great service.
UPDATE 11/24/2019 AFTER A VERY TUMULTUOUS TIME OF POOR COMMUNICATION DEALING WITH FAIR'S THIRD PARTY VENDOR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT(I ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT WITH FAIR and the experience getting into the car was cumbersome I forgave that due to the concept and the company being fairly new. Since having the car I've had several issues with the third Party payment company improperly charging my checking account/card. The automatic payment option is an absolute nightmare they have been up to 6 business days late with actually processing the payment. Then they send these very nasty text messages demanding some huge payment or returning the car. When I can actually stomach the hours of waiting on the phone promises of a returned call(never happens) and out right rude customer service people it ends up with them realizing their issue and still not even an apology or a remedy to the improper fees assessed. Fair as a company tries to make up for it by sending a gift card to cover the fee
Honestly I was very upset how they up charge The insurance from $99 to $319 i'm going to return my vehicle
We had a small issue with the car battery and was fixed right away on the same day without any arguments
I first thought that fair and the lease of my this car was an answer to my questions about getting wheels
