Fairy Glen

I ordered 4 book fairies on 4/11/20, I have received no update or correspondence of any kind and it is now 5/15/20. My correspondence went to a wrong email so it's hard to respond when you don't receive the email. Joe the owner got back to me promptly the next business day and fixed my issues. One of the items I ordered is out of stock and back ordered. The other three are on there way. Very pleasant and courteous over the phone and I do love their products. Thanks Joe

This was a good experience even though a few of the boxes were damaged when I received them. Nothing really terrible except for one that looked like someone had stabbed the top of the box. If you are a really picky collector, which I am not, you might want to request more pictures of the boxes before they are shipped.

Bought this for my 13 year old niece for her birthday. She hadn't ever been exposed to Steampunk and loved the necklace. (She normally is not a jewelry girl).
The puzzle, although not completed yet, fell right into her reading and fantasy interests. Both gifts were Very well received and came in great time.

I submitted a request for a replacement and was asked to complete this survey to include photos.
This is a beautiful piece and was exactly what I was looking for. My wife absolutely loves it. Only problem is it arrived broken. The dragonfly is detached from the lily at the stem. Will you please send us out an undamaged one?

This is a bad company that refuses to offer fair customer. I ordered a $70 statue that was defective to ask for a replacement and was told they're all the same, even though the photo on the website had been beautiful. Meanwhile, a second statute arrived that I had ordered, the same model, and it was perfect -- just like the photo. I called again, talked to the owner, and was told I would have to pay for return shipping of the bad one, and IF he was able to work something out with the manufacturer, MAYBE he could "do something about it." It would cost me a fortune to mail back that heavy statue, and with not even any promise that he would replace it. This guy just wants your money. He could care less whether you're happy and if what he is selling is quality.

I just bought another fairy for a Christmas present that my husband got for me for Christmas. I love Fairy Glen because they have a lot of items that are great and unique. I have been shopping on their website for the past four years. I love getting updates of new items on there website. If you are looking thing that are fantasy Fairy Glen is the place to got to. Thank you for all of the wonderful items that I have purchased on your website. This fairy is added to my collection so beautiful.

I placed two orders on November 15 thinking I was really ahead of the Christmas rush. By December 20 I had received nothing. They charged me for both on November 15 even though orders had not been shipped. Jacob, their help guy is actually awesome. He finally figured out they didn't have one of my items so we cancelled both items for that order. I gave up on the 2nd order and cancelled it on December 20. I was able to get my refunds. Will I use Fairy Glen again? No, they were unable to provide what they advertised. Covid issues or not, they ruined some Christmas surprises for my grandchildren. If you read their web site now it has a huge list of what they can or cannot do.

Placed an order over a month ago and it still has not shipped. 3 weeks ago I was told it would ship within a week. Yesterday I was told it would ship in 2 - 3 weeks. They have already charged my credit card for the order and charged me $12 to ship it. This was a birthday present that took place 2 weeks ago. Website said items would ship in 5-7 days. Ha! What a joke!

Easy, no problems except item is smaller than stated on site.

72x54 is advertised and mine is 71x52 w fringe. Im concerned about washing it and it shrinking//?

May I return for exchange or refund?

I am one to give credit where credit is due. I ordered a few days ago the Odin riding Sleipnir statue with a wolf by his side, and yesterday I received it through shipping. This is the first I've seen a statue at that wonderful quality and not bad of a price, and they even got the legs of Sleipnir very well crafted and it doesn't look at all crappy. I had gotten it for my boyfriend seeing as he's Asatru and he was at a loss for words when I surprised him with it. I am ecstatic about the friendly and very prompt customer service, checkout, and the amount of time for delivery. I will be purchasing from Fairy Glen again. The only down side I could possibly see about the product was the spear was plastic and does bend a bit, but I, nor my boyfriend, are bothered by it in the slightest.

The 2 figures I purchased are HTF due to them being made in the Europe. So when I was checking fairyglen I saw that they had access to those figures. I made sure to buy them and was not disappointed. They shipped in their original boxes and arrived safely though. They do warn that they are a special order and would take time to be shipped. Spirit of Winter and Winter Angel arrived in beautiful condition. Thank you so much!

I don't really have anything bad to say about your website I love the items I buy from you. I am super happy with the Dragon I bought love it. I love going on your website to see what new Dragons and Fairys you have. I love Dragons and I have ordered a lot of them from you. And I'm not going to stop. As long as the Fairy Glen website is up and runner you have a customer for life. I do wish I had more of your business cards because I do tell a lot of people about your website. And the few of them that I have I already handed them out to the people I have told about your website.

Purchased the deck of oracle cards and I really am obsessed. Arrived on time, cards themselves are beautiful. Great quality, large and sturdy. Would absolutely buy again.

This company has an awesome choice of collectible puzzles and toys including unicorn and faerie items. I was more than satisfied with the timeliness of my order.

Since my sister is really into dragons (she has a list of specifics), and I wasn't finding what I was looking for in the stores I went to I tried Fairyglen. My sister absolutely LOVES the dragon box that I got her. The entire experience was great, and I got the package in excellent time. I will for sure use this place again when looking for a dragon gift for her!

I ordered a few puzzles to keep busy during quarantine. There are obviously major shipping delays because WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC, but any time I asked for an order update, customer service responded IMMEDIATELY, keeping me in the know. I mostly wanted order updates because I am leaving my home soon to go to a family member's for the summer and wanted to change my delivery address. They were SO QUICK to respond and update for me. Then, my plans changed again and my whereabouts are completely up in the air and so I asked to cancel the order completely. I am customer service's WORST NIGHTMARE, but they kindly and happily canceled the order for a full refund since it had not shipped yet! They could not have been more easily accessible and ready to help and I am grateful. Looking forward to making some puzzle purchases in the future!

I was very happy with my jigsaw puzzle and my picture. Delivery was quick with no problems. They work great where they are needed for decorating purposes.
