DO NOT DO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PLACE ORDERS WITH THESE THIEVES. I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM THAT WAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND NEVER SHIPPED. I PAID VIA PAYPAL AND WHEN I REQUESTED REFUND THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS BECAUSE THESE DEADBEATS WERE OVERDRAWN! I want to add the following information, I will go after this company to recover my money. It is disgusting that people like this are allowed to advertise and use legit pay services and are not held accountable. Paypal says their merchant status has been suspended until this is resolved. I will be filing both a fraud complaint and a small claims action against these theives. I am glad Pam had such a good experience with them, although I don't know how. I believe she is a friend of ther owner and has her website linked to Fairyland creations. They don't respond to emails, or return phone calls, and since I have not had a response as of November 24,2009, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also sending one into the Idaho Attorney General.
