Wow, therere so many negative comments about fairywigs. Am I the lucky one? May be. Anyway, Im very satisfied with my new wig. It was customized completely according to my requirement - chin length, no bangs, sun kissed hair color.
Bad Experience March 20,2014 purchase wig(at least I thought). March 21,2014 monies deducted through paypal account. They were not able to fill my order request and insisted that I pick another color or wig. Did not. Informed after the fact that it takes 30 days to make the wig. I'm under the impression that the wigs are in stock. As of May 29,2014 have received many e-mails regarding refund but, not the money. I fear all is loss. This is what we get for opening the doors to doing business with China. I tried talking with the State Department, what a waste. Good luck!
I decided to spend the extra money for a human hair wig. $170.00. The wig I received was made out of horse mane, had no tags on it and was some orange color. They do not include a return mailing label so I spent 40 bucks returning it to the abyss. They of course have never received it. They don't make it known that they are from China. First of all, I waited three months to receive it. It is now 6 months I have been dealing with this company and I am out $200.00. They respond in emails like they don't know English. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Most definitely stay AWAY - I ordered something and never received and having a hell of a time getting my money refunded. I am not sure why Pay Pal is associated with this business. This business appears to be a scam!
Do not order from this websight. My order came two months after it was ordered and past the deadline when I needed it (for a theatrical production). Wigs arrived after we closed. Very challenging to get in touch with anybody to return items. Company would not accept return even within the return deadline. Suspect company to be a bit of a scam.
I was scammed and taken for a huge ride I paid 178.00 for human hair and I received a Halloween wig which it synthetic f****** fake hair. This website is a fraud and advertise celebrity pictures as if the wig is human hair. Don'the ever order from this website they are a scammed and deserve the electric chair. OK China this is the reason why Trump should win for president to eliminated this disqualified chin Chong out of American'soldiers hard earning money. You will be sorry if you order anything from this website. Good luck on making them rich they will never ever get me twice. Dishonest company will get there day. God is watching.
Love the new wig very much. I couldn't find a right word to expresses my feelings. This is the best wig I have even bought. And my hairdresser was also impressed by its high quality. Thank you for such a beautiful wig.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It is a total scam. Customer service is a sham. The wigs are hideous and definitely not real hair. I have been in dispute with them for over a month about my $509.98. I would not give them a single star. The good reviews are absolute fakes.

I was going to order 2 wigs. So glad I decided to check the review of this business. I would not touch them with a ten foot pole. So sad that it is not good to buy anything from China... Glad I looked it up. I was going to spend $500 on 2 wigs. I saved money and a lot of headaches... Thanks
I ordered a wig from this company based on the website reviews and the picture of the wig. The wig arrived in about 30 days with no accompanying paperwork. The wig absolutely looked nothing like the picture. After deep conditioning the wig, I thought the curl would return. This wig was horrible! Like others commented the wig actually looked more like a mop than a wig. Total waste of money! Before wasting your money just burn it! It will be no different.!
I wish I had looked up the reviews of Fairywigs before I ordered. The wig I ordered looks nothing like the picture and the color was totally different. Quality is hideous. Tried to write a review of their product on their website but it would not let me submit. Trying to return but have little hopes of getting a response.

Want to add what I did when they would not let me return should it help someone else. I disputed the charge on my credit card and my credit card company would not pay Fairywigs. Fairywigs emailed me for 2 months trying to get their money. Told them I would return at their expense all they had to do was send a UPS pickup for the wig. Of course they did not. Eventually Fairwigs gave up on trying to get their money out of me.

The wigs that i purchased from the company ate the most beautiful ones i have ever had, the quality is really great, and the texture is brilliant. Will buy more in the future. Highly recommended! And the customer service is so nice to me always. Love you guys!
I spent three hundred dollars. I incurred $30. To return the wig which was not what I ordered and looked nothing like the picture. They did send me another selection which still was not what I selected. I wouldn't deal with this company or any of their associated companies.
Please do not buy any wigs from this site. The wigs are NOT they show on display. The scalps are is a tiny white line and the wigs they claim as half scalp is the size of a small kids thumb. The hair is extra shinny thin and looks like doll hair. I have ordered many wigs from different web sites, but this web site is totally deceitful. Please, don't waste your time ordering from China because they LIE... extremely DECEITFUL. The only thing was correct was tracking the shipment... these wigs aren't even worth $ 1.00 American dollar, oh and the curly wigs ARE NOT curly. I threw all 3 in the trash and they were delivered yesterday.
I have been reading the reviews about your company and/or wigs. They are not very good reviews, Is it true that you don't like low ratings even if warranted? Is it also true that you don't like to refund monies and require customers to take pictures of the product before you decide to take it back?
Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 wigs and all 3 were wrong. Neither was lace front nor human hair. I am so pissed and I am seriously considering sueing this company for false advertisement.
I too have been looking at their website. The first thing that popped into mind was "where are the pictures of the actual wigs?" After all, so many of the pics are models who had their hair done by stylists at top salons around the world. Many of the pics are out of the Hair magazines. Sure I would love to have some of the hip, ombre or tip dyed wigs they show. But you have to wonder about a site that shows that many pictures but does not show ONE of the wigs they made to look like the pictures. I emailed them & was told they had a "staff of professional hair cutters & colorists etc that could copy the picture". Well considering the extremely high end cuts and colors they show you'd think they would want to show the wigs they actually made if they are so good.

I ordered a size large wig. They sent a wig which would perhaps fit a small child. They know and I know that they sent the wrong size, yet they insist I pay the shipping to return it. That would cost at the very least $101.00! Do not give this company your hard earned money!
I wish i had check this website before ordering. I just receive my wig. The color is totally different much lighter than the picture and the style is different. I know i have lost my monies. You have to pay to send it back not able to contact anyone. My advice to anyone do not use that site.
Fairywigs-the wig was not like the picture. The wig appeared to have been worn. I wanted to return the wig, but was told if I return the wig $30 would be deducted from my refund. I had a problem with this ridiculous logic, the wig was made wrong but you want to charge me. Since I was never going to wear the wig it did come in handy. My garden scarecrow is now wearing the wig. I will never purchase another wig from this website.
I bought the human hair wig from this company and it has the most natural look than any other wigs I bought from other stores. I tried it on and felt very comfortable. I love it and I will wear it in the following days.
I wish I had seen this site prior to my purchase! The wigs look nothing like tbe pics, they use celebrity pics to trick you into purchasing them and the prices are so low. When I received my wig tried to return it, they wanted pics... toldme it lookd nice. My point it looked nothing like the pic told me had to send it back registered on my dime... $154! I don't think so. Ended up wearing one and giving the other one away. Serena and Joy are both full of $#! T
The human hair wigs are really human hair, and well made and styled. The price is absolutely fantastic. It takes a while to get a wig because they are custom made after the order, and shipped from Asia, but the wait is well worth it!
I have previously ordered from Fairy Wigs without a problem. However, the last 2 purchases that I received, the wigs were awful. After wearing them a short time, the wig became matted, tangled, shedded and the ends of the hair appeared to be burnt. I contacted Fairy to discuss this problem, but never received a response. The wigs shedded so much it left clumps of hair in the comb, on my clothes, etc. I eventually tossed the wigs in the garbage as they were beyond saving! Fairy Wigs were once good, but now feel that they have reduced the quality of the hair to pretty much horse hair. I will never purchase from Fairy again and will now buy all my wigs in the USA...
This is a scam. The wig is a disaster. The company has refused to send a refund. They are asking me to take pictures of the wig on a stand... ridiculous request before a refund can be granted. BE AWARE
I ordered a wig from Fairywigs online, this would be the first time I have ever ordered anything online, not a good experience. I was first given all the information about the production of my wig, then I could not get online to check any more, I was unable to contact the company using any of their sites. I can not understand how anyone can get ripped off by a company and just write a bad review instead of trying to put this company out of business, I intend to do all in my power to see that no one else is taken by Fairywigs. First of all I am sorry that many have had bad experiences with this company. I have been ordering wigs from them for 2 years now and I have had positive experiences. What I noticed today is there is two different websites for the same company, odd. But I order from fairywigs.com. I have ordered both human and synthetic wigs. I have hairloss so I have no choice but to wear a wig. But most of the wigs I buy are synthetic because I like change in style. All the wigs I have bought look just like the picture too. I would suggest you try Etsy online there are a lot of private vendors that are cheaper and will communicate directly with you. Crown of Beauty is a great one! The wig companies in England are more comfortable and more affordable.
