I had the same problem with this company. Wig looked nothing like the wig I ordered. The wig was a choppy hair cut and poor quality hair. Contacted Customer Service 3 times before someone named Serena responded to my email. Asked me to take pictures of the wig from different angles and email to her. After doing so she told me I couldn't get a refund, and offered me $10.00 off this order and 10% off of a future order. I will not be ordering anything from this place again. BIG SHAM! I didn't know the place I was ordering from was in China. Had I known this I would never had ordered in the first place.

I ordered a short straight wig of Rihanna's hairstyle one month ago. And like it very much. I have worn it for several times and it still looks the same as the first moment I saw it. It feels good and I really love it. I'll buy another long wig for a change.

RUN... Yes, dummy me, I did not look up reviews BEFORE I bought! Saw the Ad on Facebook. It is NOTHING as the pic or promises. I have done everything they asked, pics and all info to get my full refund. NOW they are only willing to give me 10% back and keep the wig. OR I have to send it back and they will send a NEW one. BTW, it's $80 to send it back! I do not want a new one or the one they gave me. I sent a a dispute to PayPal. Hoping they are helpful..

If you look carefully, all the five stars reviews written have extremely bad grammar. They all look like reviews written by one person. I'm pretty sure those five stars reviews are fake and 99% written by the Chinese sellers from the fairywig website. Trust me.

I am new to human hair wigs and once I researched for blonde human hair wigs, fairywigs name came in my eyes. I put my order immediately and I received my wig and I absolutely LOVE IT! I ordered a second wig last night! I can't wait to get it an only hope it's as nice as my first wig I bought from you!

I bought a wig from this site, i didn't received what i ordered. The wig they sent me was looking very funny. I sent them the picture of the wig and they accept to return it. But they asked me to pay for their shipment, they charged me $30 USD, to ship the defect wig and i paid $89 USD to return back the wig.
DO NOT buy from them, i am trying to sue this site through paypal.

I ordered the Jennifer Garner Short Wavy Lace Front Human Hair Wigs. I was very apprehensive since I did not read the reviews until after i completed the order. I received my wig on yesterday and was a little concerned after I opened the box. I expected to see the wig styed as ordered. However I am a hair stylist and saw right away that I had to style the wig myself. The style is there you just have to create it. I am extremely happy with my product. If you don't know how to do it take it to a wig stylist. Geat product!

Fairy wigs is a scam. Very deceptive and dishonest. I waited over 1 month for a wig which I paid $150.00 for. The wig was not the one which I ordered, and Selena refused to refund. Please stay away from this company, you can find a wig for 10x less for a more reputible company. Again do not throw away your money. Fairy WiGS IS A SCAM..

I've already posted my review about this JOKE of a company. I was just reading some of the MANY other reviews and I definitely agree with the other people who've pointed out that any of the "good" reviews on here are written in very poor English. Just like the email I received from an employee of Scarywigs. Obviously they have to make up good reviews and post them because nobody else is going to give them a good review. One of the comments I just read said " To be honesty, I never hope that I can receive so lovely wigs:". Wow. You'd think that with all the $ they're making by ripping people off they'd invest in some ENGLISH LESSONS. I just have to laugh at their pathetic attempt to save face. You people are going to be SHUT DOWN!

Glad I read these comments. Won't be ordering from this company. And I have to laugh... all the 5 star reviews were obviously written by non English speaking individuals.

Scam site. From china not worth the trouble... They fool you into thinking they have the product in stock, you pay and wait like an idiot then you wonder when will they ship and find out it takes them supposedly 25 days to make a wig (it does not take more than a day) then since their time frame was crazy I tried to cancel my order as the time frame conveniently cancels out paypal protection. I called paypal they say dispute and then escalate ASAP... Also since they took their time to respond they claimed the window for full refund had expired so they were only offering a partial refund -70% FOR A PRODUCT THEY NEVER HAD MADE YET! So I am praying Paypal can get me my $300 back via claim. People STAY away from this despicable fraud site, criminals and thieves they should all burn in hell for exploiting people who need wigs :( I HATE them.

Wow, I got the quality lace wig at discount price. Although it is cheap, it’s still constructed with quality human hair. I’ll buy more wigs from this wigs online store.

The customer staff was so kind and fast at replying to all of my messages. She recommended me the Item ID: #******* which I did and love it. I want to thank you for that!

I too ordered a wig from this "so called" company from China, trying to save a few bucks, but like the others, was ripped off! The wig that ordered was so different to what I received that I contacted them, got an email from someone named Serena, sent pictures and everything, she offers me 5% discount on my next order! The nerve of that woman, like I would ever order from them again! STAY AWAY, I LOST MONEY TRYING TO SAVE MONEY!

I, like an idiot read the reviews on THEIR website an thought, "Wow, great reviews, ok, I'll try them. MISTAKE! It took almost two months for me to get that Raggedy Ann wig and while I was waiting for it, they lied about it being shipped, made excuses and when I emailed (don't think about talking to anyone) that I was returning it, They said that I had to take pictures of the wig in certain positions and mail it back for a portion of what I paid for it! When I went back to their website and added an HONEST review and gave it 2 stars, it was CHANGED without my permission or knowledge to a 5 star review! I then modified my review in caps at the bottom to warn everyone about the switch in my rating. I just tried to log on their site and I CAN'T! Hah! Do you believe that. Oh, and my original review - it's gone! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RACKETEERING GANG! Notice I didn't say company. From now on I'm doing more research before I buy from another country.

I ordered a wig and it was not the one I ordered. Serena gave me all kinds of excuses, but will only refund 25% of the value. Please don't deal with this company.

This woman "Serena" is the most dishonest person I have ever dealt with. Stay away from this site! I ordered a wig, she charged me and still until this date February 1,2014 has not refunded my money. I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THE WIG! SHE DIDN'T HAVE IT AVAILABLE... STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD SEVERAL MONTHS AGO! She keeps promising to refund my money, but never does! She is waiting until I give up... which I wont! She doesn't respond my emails! Stay away! I am not done with you yet Serena... I am contacting as many people as I can... better business bureau along with any one else I can warn about your scamming tactics! Send me my money!

Fairy wigs is terrible, product never came when it did finally arrive it was the wrong product. NEVER again! Don't purchase from this site you will be disappointed.

The advertisements they show you on the web it's fake you don't get real human hair except doll hairs. Do your self a favor STAY AWAY. I should've read the reviews before made a purchase.

I would like to stop everybody from using products of this company. There are lots of promises and images of celebrities on their website. The item I received (by the way the value was decreased to $35CAD instead of $157 paid with the explanation, that this is a gift (!)) I could hardly describe. Poor trimmed and having two colors - blonde and black even it was blonde on the picture, I have ordered it from. As it was received for my friend going through the chemotherapy it was terrible experience of watching her reaction when she received this parcel with the "wig". She burst into tears, non-stop crying two days with her blood pressure exploding...
So this is their model: They will send you a "wig" - you will be terrified how it looks like. You will try to contact them for weeks, getting different information of the way how the problem could be solved. Either you keep this useless item and get reimbursement of 30% or you send it back and get 100% compensation - BUT you will spend a fortune to send this stuff to China!
If there is a way to stop this "business" one should do it. No way could somebody get advantage of people going through the hard time in their lives. DO NOT BUY from this site!

Color is so awful, hair is not real human hair or IF it is no wonder they cut it off. I work hard for my money and feel badly that I trusted this company to provide what they offered.

The wig I received was not what they pictured and is orange (Halloween Orange), just a total rip off do not use these people, you can't get your money back, they will not give you a return address, Just do not care. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
