Wow, therere so many negative comments about fairywigs. Am I the lucky one? May be. Anyway, Im very satisfied with my new wig. It was customized completely according to my requirement - chin length, no bangs, sun kissed hair color.
Bad Experience March 20,2014 purchase wig(at least I thought). March 21,2014 monies deducted through paypal account. They were not able to fill my order request and insisted that I pick another color or wig. Did not. Informed after the fact that it takes 30 days to make the wig. I'm under the impression that the wigs are in stock. As of May 29,2014 have received many e-mails regarding refund but, not the money. I fear all is loss. This is what we get for opening the doors to doing business with China. I tried talking with the State Department, what a waste. Good luck!
Wig was heavy, hair looked like baby doll hair. It was a nightmare trying to get a refund. Shipped from China. Wig looked nothing like the photo.

I like the color and style on me. It looks great on me. And the color was really nice... I picked out the red color.
Ordered and paid June 6 this year still waiting. Filed a dispute with the credit card company over it.

I am actually expecting an order from this compagny, unfortunatly i read the reviews too late and as i recall i had a very negative previous experience with these people a couple of years ago since i never received my order but i did get the money back. I did e-mail them yesterday but i dint get any answer.my order was 171$. I mentinned in my e-mail that after reading the reviews that i was expecting my order to be totallyconform to the picture, including the texture, the size and the color.if my order is not coform i intend to persue it to the fullest with paypal and inform the international buisness bureau about their bad buisness, I THINK THAT EVEVERYBODY SHOULD DO THE SAME!
I received mine and it was too dark and doesn't look like real hair. I went on the web site to try to return and just got frustrated. All the crap you have to go thru to return is disgusting. A lot of things you click on don't work. I feel like I totally got scammed unfortunately not once twice I have another on the way. Note to self read reviews first. I continued in this email vortex with them, I emailed them 2 days after I received it to tell them it was too dark and I wanted a refund, and it took two more days for them to get back to me and tell me that I needed to take three pictures of the wig on a wig stand and to fill out a form but you couldn't fill out the form you had to make a copy of it fill it out take a picture of it just send back to them for a refund. Then two more days went by they email me and tell me that they told me that I could take it to a stylist and get styled, well the colors too dark so that's doesn't even apply and the other option is they could refund my money but $-30 it cost to ship it and then couple other options that weren't acceptable. I wrote them back (now 6 days in) that I was sending it back and that I wanted a refund and then the next day I went to the post office did a return send it back. I emailed them to let them know because this is day seven and I want my money back and you only have seven days and they waited three more days email me back and told me they couldn't refund my money because I didn't file a complaint within seven days and I'm like WTF! And then I had to fill out some other form that wasn't even attached to the email she sent me! They also wanted tracking number but the post office told me they can't track it to China but I have the customs number if they say they didn't get it. I will be filing a complaint with the credit card company and PayPal. I have never in my life had so much trouble trying to return something but it can almost guarantee that I'm not going to get my money back. This is the most horrible company I have ever had to deal with ever! You would be an idiot after reading this to order from them. I think my blood pressure went up 100 points!
