Last time I ordered with FYD, I got my IDs by week 3. They lasted me about a year before they were both taken. I ordered new IDs (because I do trust FYD) and it's been over 3 weeks and it's still in progress. I believe I paid $10 extra for priority. No tracking that it has shipped yet which is a bummer since they were so quick last time. Not sure what's going on.

Update: just got tracking!

Long story short, I placed my order **************) on May 7th and sent the payment via Zelle to the address provided at the check out screen. A few days later there were no updates to the order so I contacted customer support. He said it takes a week to update, fast forward the order status ends up being "payment denied" when I followed all the steps on the screen and sent the payment to the correct address. So as of now, I am out $280 because I'm assuming they either provided me the incorrect payment address or they are simply scamming me on this order. It's sad to see this because they use to have a good reputation in my eye but now I guess that's one less customer they'll have. And I'm sure there will be more lost of customers if I'm not the first person this has happened to...

Coinbase took its sweet time to send the BTC. It eventually went through. Worked with support to confirm purchase because of heavy BTC price flux. Good on them for taking original amount. Shipping was within given timeframe.

IDs shipped relatively fast to my friend who is a trusted seller through fakeyourdrank and has gotten orders of fakes which scan and work well, but none of the fakes from this order scan when I use the app. I went to sheetz to buy alcohol and it didn't scan and the cashier had to type the number in for it to work. I'm assuming the number works, but the barcodes dont.

Ive tried to email them my receipt and order number but it emailed me back saying they can't send the email. So now I think I paid for something and not going to get it.

Paid through WU and sent info, payment now says Payment Denied. How do I go about correcting this? I submitted a ticket, look forward to hearing back from you as this is my second group order and each other experience was great.

Okay all in all I haven't received it yet but that's because I ordered less than a week ago and within the first 24 hours my payment was received! I then had issues uploading my photo because I'm a dumb $#*! and didn't upload it as a jpg, but they got back to me over the weekend explaining to me how to fix it! My friend got his from these guys and he's had it for over 4 months and not a single issue occurred! FYI to everyone wanting to order— this isn't Amazon and it's obviously not gonna ship in 3 days, it takes time to actually make it so that it works lmao you just gotta have patience but full send and do it because I trust these guys

I placed my order back at the end of October 2020, paid via Zelle, saw an update when the payment was received and when it changed to "In Progress" in November. Since then, there has yet to be a status update on my account.
I was understanding of the holidays coming up the following month, so I was patient and didn't contact support through the website until January 2021. This when the agony began for me.At first I was told it'll be another 2-3 days before it shipped. This wasn't a problem for me, so I waited again but received nothing. I reached out again mid January & I was told it was going to be part of a batch of 3000 IDs but received nothing again. I reached out the following week, but I kept being told it was going to be part of the next batch.

We're now at the beginning of April & I'm still being told the same thing.
This is not to bash the company as I know quite a few people who have used their service & received their items, for this reason I remained calm, professional & understanding in my communication with support. I'm hoping this will nudge someone from their team to actually look into this for me & have it sorted since I did everything correctly the way they instructed.

I first ordered in November and chose the Florida ID, in january I had to contact support for state change and chose tennessee which is cheaper than the florida and wasn't offered any discount of such. Not too worried about it. It still took 4 months to arrive but it was during the holidays. The website says use a high quality picture but do not do this because they do not edit it to look like an id picture. It looks like a iphone selfie slapped onto an id. It is the very first thing that gives it away when you are using it. That being said, I got it taken and it also does not pass the bend test. But it does scan. So the places these ids would work is gas stations, restaurants and maybe some sketchy bars. Other than that dont even try. Either way, it is a good id for the price $90 for 2 ids which is only like $45 a piece which isn't bad. Support was also very helpful and responded quick.

Hi I have my placed a order on the 3rd of week November, and it's the third week of March with changing only "order payment verified" to "progress" "progress to ship" to now "contact support for state change" and this was AL id, AL is literally 3rd worst state about being progressive with their id's, did you know they have been the same for the over TEN years! I have written support about a state 3 times and yet nothing

ID was made very well one of the best I have seen. My fault I accidentally made a typo. Support is very good and working with me to help solve the issue. Other than that only minor problem was a long time to get it shipped. Prices were reasonable. I am very happy with my order.

I've had a good experience with FYD in the past (over a year ago). Great quality for the price along with the quick process, but with my new current order, the process is a lot slower than last time plus I haven't gotten a response from a ticket that I've sent a couple days ago.

Since I haven't gotten a response back, I thought I'd try my luck here and see if I can get an update on my order. I have to write a review because for some reason this site won't let me ask a question. The order number is **************, and has been "In Progress" for awhile. We are on a time crunch because we were hoping that'd the orders will come in before April 2nd which is over five weeks since the payment was accepted. Could I get an update on my order, and the estimated date of the ID's being shipped out soon so they can come in time for Spring Break? I'll gladly update my review once I get a response/it delivered. I'll continue to be patient since it has been almost three weeks, but would love a response from you guys to ease the anxiousness of the people on my order. Thank you.

I don't know what all these other reviews are talking about calling it a scam, I did everything and got my id like a month later no problem. Day one of using it I go to a restaurant to get margs, it passes, right after I go to a liquor store to buy some rum, and without even testing the information or scanning or anything the guy recognized it was a fake, bent it, and we parted ways. I still have my other one, and it worked enough to work at the restaurant, but clearly they are not perfect.
