I ordered the Ohio Stadium whiskey decanter from fanaticsfootballs.com and received a cheap glass decanter with the stadium barely discernable and the inscription is small and unreadable. I notified the company and they offered first 10%, then 20%, then 30% refund. I wanted to send it back for a full refund since it was done so poorly and was of poor quality. They told me to send it back, would not give me an address, or pay for the return shipping. Very disappointed and will never order from this company again.

I ordered a U of M stadium whiskey bottle for a Christmas gift (2024). I paid $13.99 for expedited shipping. When I didn't receive it in time I started emailing them. Still emailing 2 weeks later because I finally received it and it is a cheaply made piece of junk!
They want me to send the item back, at MY expense, to some individual in some remote Chinese province. The return address is in Chinese characters. They said when they receive it they will issue a refund. First of all, the price to ship it to China will probably cost more than the original purchase. Secondly, they have to receive it before they will issue a refund. I can see them "never receiving" it because they are shameless scammers.
I have initiated a complaint with PayPal so hopefully I will get my money back.
I'm writing this review so that hopefully others will not get ripped off by this "company."
Read reviews if you're not familiar! I usually do and was remiss this time. Learned my lesson.
Also, do not confuse this company with a legitimate company called FANATICS. That's what they are trying to do.
