I have tried to get into contact with the fanduel help team multiple times without any response every time. At this point yall are cheating me out of every opportunity I have on this app, whether your pretending you can't load, or nobody answers any of my questions ever. This is the worst app out there, I am beyond done with this bull$#*!.
Fanduel are crooks and will threaten to suspend your account. They stole my boxing bet, and claimed it didn't win. Round betting clearly states that the fighter has to win in that round. Plus they dont give promo cash they promise
I have many emails form them regarding deposit matches, they accepted my funds and never made the agreed upon deposit matches. All when I email them all I get is automated responses that my case is closed. There is no one to talk to. I have repeatedly asked to be called back. There are much more trustworthy sites.
Absolutely horrid company and experience. Closed my account for some so called security reasons and was told by a member of support that my account was being looked at by an accounts manager. I was shocked they are even still running. I guess they never thought I deserved at minimum an email indicating my account was being reviewed. What joke!

I deposited 1000. 00 via paypal to my account. 2 weeks later I tried to withdraw 900.00 and to this day I haven't receive anything. I emailed several times and they asked me for an email so they could paypal it back which doesn't make any sense. Just release my funds and I can withdraw it but I gave them an email anyway. Still nothing. The message you see when you email them is due to covid this could take 3-5 days. That's embarrassing. There is no phone number to call. The whole point of someone putting in money is to take it out. If you can't take it out what is the point of putting it in? There were no promos or bonus restrictions btw. Just my money.
Played black jack at a dollar a hand and lost straight 75 times before winning one hand. Even when u have a winning hand the dealer will some how magically pull out a 21 on every bust card. I spent 300 dollars playing a dollar a hand and lost all but three times. Never once hit on the slots and spent a total of 5 grand
I had 6000 + bet and only got paid a 145 dollars. I had a 12 game parley. Two player got voided and couldn't play due to Covid-19 that's understandable.So that made it a 7 game parley. That's what I should of got paid for which would of been way more than a $145 dollars. They don't give you the option to cash out so basically your stuck with the bet.And they pay what they want you to get paid. They are definitely scammers.
Has anyone else had issues with the promotions? I know you're supposed to "OPT-IN" to utilize them. But some of them like the "deposit $400 and receive $200 back" do not have that option. Like for example, I clicked on it on Feb 16th, and it took me right to the deposit page where I then deposited $400. I never did receive it. I contacted customer service and they said they cannot pay it out to me because I didn't opt in? I wouldn't trust these guys with paying out anything. They just take your money and post fake promotions.
Somebody hacked my account and drained my funds (4000) have emailed costumer service for 2 days with no response. The only update I get is when I talk to the live chat but the only thing they tell me is your case will be reviewed and they will be in contact with you. It's been 2 days since my money has been taken and not so much as one email from costumer service
If you win a large amount of money they hold your money for the state to review (which is fine) problem is they lie about a timeline. You think you'll have all this money by a certain time & you won't. Then you curse out the staff for their lies and they suspend your account indefinitely and you never receive it. Don't mess with these scums and play it safe and go with draftkings.
I highly recommend for people to not download this sports book app. I was gambling on this app for about a month and a half losing over $1000 in the moment I win they banned my account. I have won 2200 for my first time wining and they banned my account with no explanation when I tried to cash out my earnings. Still waiting to receive my money. My advice to anyone do no use this app but go in person because it's a process if you win on the app to receive your money and they may ban your account with no explanation.
Placed a live in game bet Miami Dolphins +19.5 which I won and after the game was over l see they voided my bet saying it was a known "outcome". Yeah I'm a PSYCHIC you morons. Do not use Fanduel you'll regret it.
So they offered a 56 to1 odds for a $5 bet on the superbowl for first time new customers. Signed up, deposited money. Only for the site to say that the offer was not available. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this crappy site.

Easily the worst blackjack site out there. At least Draftkings and BetMGM occasionally let you win a hand. My overall win rate over thousands of hands is definitely under 20% compared to close to 43 on Draftkings. You always get a 12-16 against a dealer 10 and then pull a 10 to bust. Like a lot.
I did a survey on the 5th. I did it as soon as it was sent. And they said in 72 hours you will receive a bonus it been over 72 hours so I contacted them about it. They say it for the first 500 people it's no way people did they survey that fast. The problem is they was not going to give you nothing in the first place. They scam people out they money and they make to many excuses
