The app has its issues. When I try to get help (it's been multiple times) the support agents do not help at all. They literally do not care about their clients.
My account was suspended for no reasons given. They asked me for multiple personal information like picture of my license payment methods and a picture of myself with the day's date. Worthy cause this happened back on May 12th my account is still suspended and I have still not heard back from anyone. I have contacted your chat room and I keep being told there's nothing they can do they cannot see my request because it's under review? I have still not been given an explanation why it was suspended. They can treat people like s*** take your money and throw you away like garbage and there's nothing you can do about it. They have a million people out there giving them their money so they don't give a f*** about yours once they have it they could care less about you. It is now May 29th 2 weeks and still no response. I would go to a different site if I were you much better customer service at MGM and Parks they respond right away and handle things a lot quicker. FanDuel are scammers. I was in the middle of a spin when my account locked up. Followed by unable to log back in or reset my password. I was first told it was because of geoloction was wrong to sign out and back in. Then I was asked to send a selfies with today's date on it a picture of valid ID and picture of my card I used to deposit. Which I done and then I done it again because I was had another email stating that same stuff again. So I have repeated this process multiple times like 6 or more and still get the same reply. I have been asking Fanduel.com for my W-2G for over 2 weeks now. I looked it up, and they are legally suppose to have it in my hands by January 31st. I contacted their customer service on January 31st and I told them I was going to contact the IRS, and that they legally had to have our W-2G's available by today. I was told "Oh we are so sorry for your frustration, it should be there within the next 1-2 weeks". To make the customer service rep aware of how much this matters to me I told him, " I haven't been winning on your site, even though I play games that have high RTP (return to player) rates, I have had nothing but losses, and I really need to file my income tax. Every day I wait is another day added on to my wait to receive my income tax refund. So you are costing me money." He then proceeds to ask me " I am so sorry to hear about your recent losses, If I may ask, are you still enjoying your gameplay, and do you feel as though it is being managed at a comfortable level over time?" From reading that I understood it to mean, am I still enjoying playing Fanduel online casino, and do I feel that Fanduel online casino is managing my comfort level over time?
