Recently my hunny won on fanDuel promotion with the 3 free spins a day and he won the 2,0000.00-casino credit... And he played the credit up and turned it into 1,600.00 for real money. Well as soon as he tried to pull it out FanDuel suspended his account and stated it was found that he had suspicious activity going on his account. We sent over all the documents that FanDuel wanted ID Debit Card a picture of him (yes, a picture of him holding up the date in question) everything possible to let FanDuel know it was him and still nothing. A billion-dollar company advertised on ESPN NFL and other sports channels and Non sports channels and they take from their customers like this. I'm hurt and quite disgusted. And if I could get legal action against them I would. Its False advertising and they are literally taking people's money. 😡

So FanDuel allowed me to sign up, hook up my credit card info, and then charge me money when I made a bet. Suddenly I get locked out, confused I contact customer service. We figure out that my account was suspended AFTER they allowed me to deposit money. After figuring out all the transaction details, sending them my id and more proof requested, they tell me that there is nothing they can do and that my account was suspended because I am not a resident of Ontario. If you are going to suspend my account and this is not allowed, why let me deposit money in the first place?

I tried to sign up for bet $50 get $150 and was referred by a relative. They said you can't be referred by a relative. I had no idea that was a rule. So I had a friend refer me instead. They still wouldn't give me the promo even though I've never used FanDuel before as I'd tried to be referred by a relative first. How petty can you get?!?! I'd rather use a company that treats their customers better rather than the one with all the flashy advertising.

Lol lost 14 hands in a row only won 2 hands out of 20 this FanDuel blackjack thing is rigged ion care what nobody say. Trying to download the new app. Your website is a joke. I'll take my money somewhere else. What a waste of time you give me a bonus but I can't play because the app won't download it says it will download in a few minutes never does. Biggest joke I've seen!

I had won the $10,000 top prize in SB bingo but was not awarded until later in the quarter when the winnings were down to $1. Contacted customer service and was told basically that it is what it is. Ripoff company! Do not trust them.

Anybody the bets FanDuel deserves everything they get. I had a hockey game that I bet, I won only to come back to find that the game was suspended without reason. Not enough space to list my complaints. Had a $20 bet on the Rams Cardinals playoff game only to come back to find that it's nowhere to be found but the money was missing. I deposited small because I was skeptical they got me for $25 they won't give me again save your money. If you know of a bookie in your town use him or her.

Buyer Beware! This site is a SCAM! They take your deposits in seconds! They tack on a charge of $4 per transaction too! Then you actually win, but then they issue every a blanket automated statement, which Im sure everybody must've repeatedly received. There is no "LIVE" or even legitimate "Customer Service or Tech Support" to escalate the matter to withdraw your winnings. I never used my bonus money b/c what a sham that is. I tried withdrawing less and less of my winnings to see if there was any point in doing so. Ive attached 1 of the 10 repeated msgs Ive sent to the company and haven't heard back from them about this issue in months. This is all certifiably true. See attached image. You've been warned! Hopefully this review helps someone out there! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

My account has been suspended my money has been froze since they had an update 3 days ago. I have not got a response and can't get in touch with anyone. My money is stuck in this toilet bowl of an app. They mine as well have just flushed it away. I can't wrap my head around how they conduct business. The incompetence and negligence is bizarre. Fan Duel has no concept of a dollar, and what it means to me. I've had Agita and can't think straight. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Played First Person Craps for a few then tried to cash out but wouldn't let me take full amount. Only could get half, had to do remaining in a refund. And haven't received it yet, going on 2 wks. They claim they sent $ to account but its not in my transactions. Will delete app and warn others to stay away. Gaming experience is very suspicious as well.

Fanduel will crash before you can get your lineups finished. This happens a lot. Fanduel engineers agreed the crashes are their fault and customer service would not give credits for the entries. Simply terrible company. Ripping customers off everyday with their DFS sports.

Lmao, their location verification has this weird habit of losing verification just long enough to end hands of things like blackjack and Texas hold em and then magically fold you. Happened a few times, so when I complained, they did zero and suspended my account (after I told them to close it with a small amount in). Be careful

I used PayPal to deposit and withdraw my money for over one year with no issues, the last three months the getting my money has been an ordeal. It takes 4-5 days to receive my money in my bank account when it used to take two. Forget about talking to someone, you only communicate ny email.

Would do nothing of this company. Sounds stupid but as a honest review they said taysom as TE (playing as qb after Monday wasn't changeable, have email saying after Monday they could change it and everyone had a fair chance.) I agree yet come Wednesday afternoon they alert everyone to steelers ravens game PPD. (Weirdly after monday). I've played Fantasy Football for about 10 years never winning anything big. Then when they came to Pennsylvania the fantasy games became less as they forced you to bet more on sports and their horrible casino games especially slot machines. Well I finally won a 3 team pro football parlay in which I bet $100 and cashed out for $880. The next day after 10 years my account was suspended for suspicious inconsistent irregularities. I tried to call and chat with a live person but that's next to impossible. Today 3 days later they sent me a letter requesting my (1) bank debit card that I've bet with for 10 years; (2) my Driver's License; and (3) a picture of me holding a newspaper with today's date. FanDuel made me feel like I'm some kind of criminal for winning. I decided I don't need FanDuel and their horrible customer service.

FanDuel's customer support consist if automated messages telling you to be patient and they can't wait to resolve your problem and will look into the issue when they have the opportunity. For seven days now my account has been locked by FanDuel do to "unusual activity" and I can't bet or get access to the money deposited in my account. They can't or won't tell me why it is locked and they won't give me an estimate as to when they will even look into the issue much less fix the problem. Over the past seven days I tried contacting them through live chat, email and Facebook messenger. The response is always no answers to my questions and an automated response telling me to be patient. I have tried calling their phone number. It rings once and then disconnects the call. Can't image worse customer service. If you want to bet on sports use some other sportsbook.

I only play small amount on Fanduel and Draftkings to make the NFL interesting. I ended up getting lucky and winning $100.00 on Fanduel. I have a screen copy of where Fanduel says "Withdrawable Balance $124.34". I tried to withdraw $110.00 and received an email that included this;

" Your PayPal withdrawal #xxxxxxxxxx for $110.00, requested at 01/02/2023 06:17 EST didn't go through because it included funds ineligible for withdrawal, so we returned the funds to your FanDuel Fantasy account. You can only withdraw winnings or eligible promotions. "

I have had issues with Fanduel where contests I joined seemed to mysteriously disappear when I looked in "Live" Contests, Now this... I have no trust in them. I have had much better dealings with DraftKings.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with customer service, even when it has clearly been FanDuel in the wrong. They don't care about customers. Aside from that, their app has been the most unstable of the sportsbooks I've used. Stay away.
