Sadly just got suckered by clicking on an allegedly normal Facebook Advert that came up in my feed! It was for a product called The Eternal Library a 3 D puzzle. The video of the product looked wonderful. It was a little make it yourself book end for a child's bedroom shelf. It had tiny books in it and a little light. It was priced at $37.00. This was a paid for Facebook advert. I followed the link and ordered it. Sadly I should have paid more attention. No Website no real email address. They took my money. However they did to my surprise deliver something. What I can only describe as four pieces of wood and a light bulb. Worth maybe 2 cents? As a starter kindling to a barbecue? Facebook cannot be contacted in any meaningful way. They are sadly taking money for Facebook users to be scammed which I find appalling. Amazingly the adverts are still on Facebook, many now suckering people in. Facebook should be ashamed of itself for supporting criminals in this way.
Tip for consumers:
Don't trust sponsored Facebook adverts that come up in your feed generally especially Chinese products.
Products used:
I stored their product in the bin. As it was actually rubbish and not a product.
