“Love The Mystery Packs!”

I have placed 2 different orders with Fanjoy in the past month. First order was a mystery hoodie & I received it in about a wk. I loved it so much I placed another order that day for a mystery hoodie & mystery joggers, I just received that order, again it took about a wk & again I love both items. For people complaining about getting duplicates in the mystery packs, it literally tells you that when ordering multiple mystery packs you may receive duplicates. It's a chance you take when you order a mystery pack. I'd definitely order from them again. The hoodies are super soft & comfy. The joggers look to be good quality too but I haven't worn them yet so I can't give an honest review.

It's been almost 8 months since the process began. First, production time lasts an eternity. Almost a month. A couple more weeks to ship it. A thousand inconveniences happen on the part of the company sending the package. I get in touch with them, send the required evidence, and nothing. From there, they only reply that they will contact the billing department to make my refund. They haven't given any further details for a couple of months now. I start to suspect that I should say goodbye to my $50. Anyway, it's a shame that one wants to support creators and they get such a bad reputation from a scammy site like this. I really wanted to become a regular client, but it ain't gonna happen. Stay away from Fanjoy.

I ordered from Fanjoy back at the beginning of January 2024 as an early birthday gift to myself. It's now almost JULY and I still don't have my order. Customer Service just continues to give the same canned responses of "We're so sorry for your wait. Your order should be shipped by the middle of next month." All I want is the two sweatshirts I ordered. It's taken SO LONG I've had to give them a different address for the order because I'm MOVING out of state. Had I known it would take over half a year to get my order I never would have placed it. Happy Birthday to me.

Tip for consumers:
I should have looked at more recent reviews. The shipping time and customer service are horrendous. I won't be ordering again.

I ordered Elyse Myer's Rest is Productive Black Crewneck on the 25th January 2024 but I still haven't received it or any email updates. I've tried contacting them several times over the last seven months and haven't received a response.

Their refund policy links back to the same email address which they're not responding to. The link to their refund policy on their homepage is broken.

They've turned off comments on their Instagram and their comments on their YouTube and Tiktok largely consist of people complaining that they haven't receievd their orders either.

They are still advertising and SELLING the Rest is Productive Black Crewneck despite it not being advertised on Elyse Myer's Fanjoy page.

This store is highly likely a scam. Do not order from them. I wish I had of read reviews beforehand.

Scam website. I odered a hoodie 8 months ago and requested a refund 2 months ago. Still nothing. Customer service is useless and will give you the runaround constantly saying there is an issue and they will ship it soon. I think the customer service department exists just to string you along until you stop caring and accept they stole your money

Why is there no option to give 0 stars?
I purchased a sweatshirt in February and didn't receive it in 2 months.
Asked for a refund then got ghosted with no money given back.

Ordered a T shirt through Fanjoy, a little pricey, but okay. The t-shirt quality was just fine, but the printing colors for my No Love, No Tacos shirt didn't show up on the background of the shirt as they did on the sample. I contacted customer service and they let me know there was no exchange or refund available.
Feel a bit ripped off and won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered placed October 2023. It is now April 2024! I am still waiting for my package to arrive. Where is my package? Or my refund that I've asked for plenty of times! Don't buy from this company. Smh

Same complaint as many others. Ordered 2 Jake Paul items (xmas presents for my son) and ended up having to cancel 1 because they "discontinued it" after my order & money was taken. Its now been over a month since the order was placed and I just got tracking info. C'mon, really Fanjoy?!?

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered merch a month ago still hasn't come. The shipping said it would take 10-14 days. They will not tell me when it is being shipped out and that's there's nothing else they can do because they basically don't know. Horrible communication and no order updates at all. Do not buy from them

I ordered over $100 worth of product. I've asked many times where the order is? I get some basic replies, rather quickly. We're working on it thanks for your patience. We're waiting on the product to arrive. Blah blah blah. I'm almost 100% positive that this company is pulling off a genius scam. They get your money into their account... let it sit there making them interest until you finally ask for a refund. I've asked for a refund and was told will receive it in 5-7 business days! Think about it. Hundreds of orders for thousands of dollars coming in daily, just sitting in that account for weeks/months accruing up to 3% interest... they're making money off your money. GENIUS! Just don't help them out, avoid ordering and save yourself the issues.

Bought some items for my daughter for Christmas back in early November and still has not been delivered. Contacted their customer service 4 times and yet to get a reply. The assigned DHL tracking number disappeared form the DHL tracking page. So I contacted them to ask why and they advised that Fanjoy created the consignment note for package but never dispatched. This company is fraudulent!

I've placed numerous orders with Fanjoy and every single one has taken over a month to arrive.
There is little to no communication unless you goad them into it.
I just reached out regarding an order I placed a month ago and was told they haven't even had that particular merchandise in their warehouse to ship out.
What on earth?!

How can you sell products you don't even have in stock?!

They act like this is unusual and a one time thing for them but it happens literally every time.

Horrible company with bass ackwards business practices.

Order 3 shirts on Nov. 30 and heard nothing, I finally contact them as it's close to Christmas and these are gifts only for them to email right back and say 1 shirt is discontinued so I email back saying ok well where are my other items and my money and have heard nothing back! I would rate a 0 star if I could! Lesson learned will never buy from this company again! Thanks for nothing Fanjoy! We are out 3 shirts and over $100 hope you enjoy your christmas cause my girls won't enjoy theirs!

It has been over a month since placing my order for a sweatshirt, and I have yet to receive the shipping confirmation. I have reached out a couple times to customer service. The first time they said it should ship within the next week. I emailed them again after not receiving any type of notification for over 10 days, only to find out they are behind and waiting for more product to come in.
Serious disappointment!

I ordered a Jake Paul backpack for my sons birthday. When we open the backpack my son was very disappointed with the item. The backpack that was sent to us looks nothing like the item that's online plus it had a noticeable stain in the front. Don't waist your money on the cheaply made items that they try to sell their fans.

I order a lot on line and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Placed an order on the 6th and have ask for some kind of confirmation with NO! Response it is now the 16th and still nothing. My Daughter is going to be very upset!

I ordered 3 mystery hoodies. And I received 3 of the same hoodies. No diversity in this company. I reach out to them and they said duplicates are possible. Okay that would be fine but I received triple. Very disappointed. The shipping also took over a month. Not very mysterious if it all the same. Unreal...

Slowest and worst service ever! Ordered 2 items, they weren't low on stock or on back order, it's been 21 days and it still hasn't shipped! One item was a birthday gift... which is now 1 week late! The other is a Christmas gift, which I am hoping will come in on time (3 months should be enough time, right?!). Totally frustrating! The people who use Fanjoy to supply and ship their Merch should look elsewhere or they will be losing more opportunities to move their products.

Signed... tired of seeing "allow 10 business days to process shipping"

Placed an order on may 5 th and it still hasnt been processed, but Ive been charged for it on my credit card. Its now June 25. Tried to contact the company twice with no response. Just sent two more emails tonight to two separate fanjoy emails I found doing a google deep dive. I think its absolutely disgusting that its taking this long to get any information whatsoever. What absolute $#*!ty customer service. Not only is it almost impossible to find any contact information, but I wish I read the reviews before hand. Apparently a lot of people on a lot of different review sites have been treated this way. I seriously hope I get my order, or a refund soon so I never have to deal with this company again.

Do not buy from this company. I never received an item I purchased over a month ago. There is no customer service. No contact number. Emails go unanswered. This company is a scam. Review them and look at all the unhappy customers. I'm sorry that I didn't check myself. Reviews all the same, items that are never received.

Iam extremely dissatisfied with FanJoy. My daughter saved all her money from her bday n Xmas to order on the mystery picks just to get 3 of the same!

If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would!
There is no way the person who is picking the mystery items doesn't know difference of the item that he or she when packing an order! Now she can't return the items!

Poor customer service and poor poor company.

Placed an order in October 2023. Before the order was even shipped I had canceled it and requested a refund. At this time I was also switching banks so the account it was originally purchased from was now closed and transactions couldn't be added or deducted at that point. After speaking to Fanjoy, they advised me to talk to the bank. Which I did. They advised me I will need to have Fanjoy place a tracer on the funds. (Whole lot of back and forth but there is really nothing the bank can do with the closed account) I even provided Fanjoy with bank statements. Now they are simply ignoring my emails and I'm out of money and didn't even get the purchase.

Received nothing. Money was stolen.

Ordered nearly two months ago. Paid for and still no sign of my order. Asked for refund again and finally got refund. Do not deal with this company. Absolutely rubbish company. One very very unhappy customer.

Ive ordered from Fanjoy, many times for Jake Paul merchandise and have gotten great customer service. They send me email updates on my order and right after I place my order they send me a confirmation email. The longest Ive ever had to wait for my merch was like 5 business days. I love Fanjoy!

Lets just say Ill never order from this company again. I placed my order on 12/9/17. This was Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephews. I still havent gotten the merch and it is now 1/10/18. I emailed the company a week before Christmas bc they dont actually have a customer service number. What company doesnt have a customer service number? They gave me some lame excuse and promised me some merchandise before Xmas which came a week after Xmas. The 3 things I ordered I just got shipping notifications for but they shipped in separate shipments. So I will get the items at different times. Horrible. Needless to say dont order from this company. Worst experience ever. Not worth the expensive merch I give it nothing but thumbs down.
