I was in massive need for a ticket for the Manchester derby this past Sunday being a city fan I was panicking leading up to the day as I seen some bad reviews from people on the reviews I was having faith getting into the stadium I bought from a scammer a few days before on Facebook so fanpass saved the day I got in with decent seats when I got past the turnstiles I had a fist pump of delight with my ticket being genuine and we won 3-1 the only criticism i would give is the price it cost me for the ticket and the add on fee but with it being a derby I guess it would be expensive fanpass thank you you guys saved the day
By far the most aggressive, unprofessional, rude company. Do NOT use them. Even after bringing me to tears on the phone they spoke over me, hung up on me and rejected all my calls.
Avoid this site if you think you've bought tickets not gauranteed to get them joke take your money though
I purchased tickets for PSG-Milan. The waiting time was a bit disappointing, since I got the tickets only 1 day before the event after writing to customer support, but no other problems were faced. Reccomended
I bought several tickets for Arsenal on Fanpass. A bit afraid at the beginning, I emailed them to know when I'll receive the tickets and they replied very fast (within an hour). Finally I collected my tickets from the seller and enjoyed the game peacefully.:)

I bought two tickets yesterday for Saturday's match chelsea norwich one for me and one for my girlfriend and there are different names on them not ours. What can be done when I receive the tickets because there are 48 hours until the match. I want to know what happened, I hope isn't a fraud.

It seems that our support staff have replied to your emails.
Please note that for majority of the events, tickets are only issued close to the date (24-48 hours before) to avoid counterfeiting.
In any case, you will receive an email once your e-tickets are ready to download from your Fanpass account
The tickets simply need to be printed off if they are PDF tickets, or to save them onto your phone if they are Mobile QR code. You will then just need to scan them at the gate in order to access the venue.

We purchase tickets 2 months before the event, fanpass confirm the purchase and 1 week before the event they just cancel my order since prices of tickets triple them self and we already book flights and hotels and now tickets are over 1000 pound each.
Also they not responding to emails this company is 1 big scam be carful guys..

First time using Fanpass. They respond very quickly. They answered my questions and I bought a paper ticket one week before the game. I waited for about an hour for the seller to confirm the ticket, and the tickets were shipped one week before the event. Enjoyed a good day. I would use Fanpass again :)
I bought tickets for a premier league match. The seller told me that he was unable to deliver the tickets and someone would meet me at the stadium. I called him several times to ask him to deliver the tickets and he kept saying that someone would be there soon.
Eventually, after the match had started he said that the person delivering the tickets had been arrested and he would not be able to deliver them. I don't believe he had any tickets to sell in the first place. How do FanPass verify that the seller has tickets to sell.
I know this site has lots of good reviews but be wary of sellers that are touts and don't have any tickets to sell I have not yet received a refund from FanPass for my tickets.

I bought tickets via fanpass for the Chealse-Valencia match last night. Since I'm not from GB, I ordered them at the hotel address, which hotel gave me (on Google maps same address). After they accepted address, one day passed and Fanpass confirmed that tickets were delivered. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no tickets. They blame each other, while Royal mail claims it is probably a badly typed address. I didn't had time to look to much because I was trying to investigate where the problem is and where the tickets are. Without any help, I had only 3 h and off course missed the game. Fanpass only sent me information of an address I gave them without any usefull answer, even when I told them that tickets are not on that address. I would like refund if that is possible

I paid 599.76 for 2 longside lower tickets (chelsea vs Arsenal) but was offered longside upper which prices listed on the website was 120-121. Made complaint to panpass but was completely ignored until I said I will speak to ombusdsman. Then they insisted I purchased upper despite I attached them screenshot of my purchase process and credit card bill. I'm making small court claim against them and collecting evidence now. I had an awful experience with Fanpass because I bought a ticket for the match between Liverpool and Manchester City for a specific day (Saturday 13th of January) but the day of the match was postponed in one day. I had arrived in Liverpool specially for the match and I had to come back home the next day. Fanpass didn't give me any solution and I had to miss my flight. Fanpass just told me I had to speak with the seller who wanted to pay me for the ticket less than the half of the original price. A serious company, at least, have to give warranties to respect the original conditions but Fanpass didn't help in anything.

First don't let the first couple of 5 star reviews fool you like it fooled me. I listed two tickets a week ago for the Arsenal V Manchester City match that's playing today (01/01/22). The listing was fairly easy to do. My only issue was when both my listings had completely vanished after a couple of days, and after emailing fanpass twice (normal email + complaints email) regarding this I heard nothing back (still waiting). I've been robbed of around £200 in broad daylight. FYI, when you list tickets, you have the option to upload a screenshot of the ticket itself (if its an e-ticket which mine was), and like the idiot I am I did this in hopes of proving I was legit-had the tickets. What makes this worse is that I wasn't scammed by other users - I was scrammed by the people working at ScamPass themselves. Writing this review so you can make the right choice and avoid this site, and also the 0.0001 chance FanPass respond and reimburse my stolen tickets.

After disputing with FanPass about a refund for weeks. I reached out to the PR group for the club I was supposed to be viewing to get their thoughts on fanpass not refunding and treating customers this way. I received this message in return "Fan pass is an illegal third party sale site." I had no idea this was illegal, and now realize why they are so difficult to work with- another red flag is not having a contact phone number. We are on lockdown, and in the midst of a pandemic, but still they will not refund for a postponed sporting event. Are you serious?! Guidelines should change under these circumstances- just like every other reputable company is currently doing!
This is not how you treat customers. AirBnb issued a statement across their platform saying they will refund all customers (both owners and renters)- and they are a similar platform in which they are the middle man- but I suppose they are legal. Blows my mind that fan pass as a company doesn't recognize extenuating circumstances deserving a refund.

What if a sporting event is canceled or not canceled but it is played without spectators?
--> If an event is played without public, the tickets will be canceled by the event organizer and Fanpass will treat this event as a canceled event. You will be naturally refunded for your order(s)
What is the difference between a canceled and a postponed/rescheduled event?
--> When events are officially postponed or rescheduled, they still happen but on a different day than originally planned.
If the event is postponed to a future, undetermined date, the tickets will remain valid and are non refundable.
A canceled event or without publics is not rescheduled and will allow you to apply for a refund. In any case, you will be notified by email about a refund if this measure happens to be taken. If tickets for your events have already been received, you will need to return them to your seller.

Your seller has not accepted the sale and you have been notified by email automatically. This means that your payment has been automatically released to your account in a form of a reversal - please read below:
In the case of a reversal you won't see a refund credit on your statement—you'll just see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment, and no refund. It'll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you.
