This company responds to reviews, but usually not within the first month
I was in massive need for a ticket for the Manchester derby this past Sunday being a city fan I was panicking leading up to the day as I seen some bad reviews from people on the reviews I was having faith getting into the stadium I bought from a scammer a few days before on Facebook so fanpass saved the day I got in with decent seats when I got past the turnstiles I had a fist pump of delight with my ticket being genuine and we won 3-1 the only criticism i would give is the price it cost me for the ticket and the add on fee but with it being a derby I guess it would be expensive fanpass thank you you guys saved the day
By far the most aggressive, unprofessional, rude company. Do NOT use them. Even after bringing me to tears on the phone they spoke over me, hung up on me and rejected all my calls.
UPDATE: Since writing this, the CEO has seen it and responded to my email chain from earlier today with a sarcastic message saying, "Hello Romano,
We would like to thank you for your online review that will allow us to improve our service.
Merry Christmas from all the team :)"
So they haven't bothered to respond to my Trustpilot review but have sent the above email. As I said, don't buy through these guys. Completely unprofessional with no concept of customer service so don't waste your money. Full review below:
They state that there are no hidden costs. The ticket price you see is the final price but it's a lie.
When you go through the ordering process, it shows the ticket price you think you will be paying throughout. I've tested this as I thought I was going mad when they charged me an extra £65 for 'handling fees'. When checking my sanity, I went through 5 steps in the ordering process without it showing OR MENTIONING any 'handling fee'. There's even a step that shows the ticket price with deliver = FREE underneath and still no handling fee.
When I emailed Fanpass to complain their responses were very dismissive (exactly as they are with their responses to people's complaints on here). They said that they add a handling fee for their service and to cover delivery. If it's to cover delivery, then why does it state through the order process that delivery is FREE?
It appears they add this handling fee right at the very end of your ordering process which I missed. Slightly my fault but I was in a rush and didn't expect them to effectively change the price at the final step of my order as they state on the website, THE TICKET PRICE IS FINAL. Approached to get a refund but completely dismissive and rude so raising it to trading standards as the website is totally misleading.
Avoid this site if you think you've bought tickets not gauranteed to get them joke take your money though
Hello William
Thank you for your message
If you are unfamiliar with Fanpass then your review is understandable. Sorry if you did not notice but indeed we are an intermediary platform between sellers and buyers. Therefore, all sellers needs to accept their sales to make sure tickets are still available to be provided. This acceptation process is similar to many marketplace from other industry as well.
Your seller has not accepted the sale and you have been notified by email automatically. This means that your payment has been automatically released to your account in a form of a reversal - please read below:
In the case of a reversal you won't see a refund credit on your statement—you'll just see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment, and no refund. It'll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you.

I "bought" 3 tickets from a "trustable and certified seller" at Fanpass (1200 punds). I wanted to give a special gift. My son had his christian confirmation a week before the game (Tottenham - Man U). Two weeks before the Tottenham game I tried to contact them. No answers but a standard reply. No phone - no contact.
Then 5 five days before I finally got an email saying that the tired to contact their "trusted and certified seller". But I guess no luck. I kept emailing but no answers.
2 days before the game they offered me away supporters tickets from a partner (half value). They still had regular tickets on sale on their site. I had to say yes. I have paid flights and hotel already and my son was begging me.
On match day (5 hours before the game) they suddenly sent a email. The away tickets were on my hotel (they claimed). We went back across London to the hotel. NO TICKETS. We waited for an hour. This was part of their scam - stupid me how could I believe them.
So now back in Denmark they dont want to refund because their partner has delivered the away tickets at the hotel. I got the hotel to write a note claiming it wasn't delivered. But Fanpass don't believe me or the hotel.
So we ended up in London trying the get tickets and trying to get hold on Fanpass spending 1200 punds (plus flights and hotel) on endless emails and unfulfilled dreams. My son was devastated.
A clever but very untasty scam from fanpass.
Please dont ever buy at Fanpass, it is one big *******@Fanpass dont reply with your standard replies... Our customer service will get... Because you dont deliver any service and very soon you dont have any customers.
Enjoy my money (you probably already spent them 2 months ago) I worked hard for your pleasure. Enjoy
UPDATE
It is now 5 days since the match and their partner can't show the delivery note but Fanpass dont return the money? FAKE COMPANY. DONT USE
I bought my tickets for the Liverpool match, I got it fast and the match was amazing

Paid to see Chelsea v Liverpool.
Paid months ago, with ticket to be shipped via DPS.
No ticket by day of match so contact Fanpass.
Eventually, an hour before the match, get an email from "trusted seller" with supposed ticket included, saying the delay had been "email issues".
This was way too late - there was no way I could get to the game in time.
Why did I not receive the ticket in the post? Apparently concerns about counterfeiting.
If tickets are coming from "trusted sellers", why is there a concern about counterfeiting?
Fanpass would not refund my money, so presumably they pass on the money I paid to the "trusted seller".
The "trusted seller" who has since failed to respond to any of my emails, and who had clearly made up a fake company name.
Don't be duped into thinking you'll definitely get what you pay for - you won't. Fanpass are soulless, spineless, cowardly little parasites that feed off people's genuine passion and desire to attend top flight matches, and hide behind semi-literate responses when people get conned. They then stop responding altogether.
Their Facebook and Twitter pages are now archived, which will tell you all you need to know about the volume of complaints that came their way.
Of course, to resolve matters they could simply reimburse buyers rather than pay "trusted sellers" when buyers don't receive what they paid for.
I hope you read this post BEFORE using Fanpass!
Update:
Thank you for your response, which seems to be a standard cut-and-paste job reply.
It's good that you've made it clear that no one gets their money back, even if they don't get the tickets or if the tickets aren't received in time.
BUYERS BEWARE - YOU HAVE NO PROTECTION FROM SELLERS WHO DON'T PROVIDE TICKETS

Hello Brian,
Thank you for your review
We are sincerely apologies if you have been unhappy with our service.
If you are unfamiliar with Fanpass then your request is understandable. Sorry if you did not notice but indeed we are an intermediary platform between sellers and buyers. Tickets type are decided by the club and the delivery method will depend on it - which can change at any time. This is display via our selling terms.
Please note that for majority of the events, tickets are only issued close to the date as per the event promoter is only releasing them close to the event date and this to avoid counterfeiting. It might indeed happened that your seller provided the tickets on event day.
Best,
Fanpass Support
*** Update: I believe there was a misunderstanding, I have been contacted recently by the head of customer Support who explained the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I have been fully refunded.
I recently had a horrendous experience with FANPASS.CO.UK, and I feel obligated to share the reality of this platform to protect others from falling into the same trap. My encounter with them left me deeply disappointed and convinced that they are nothing more than scammers. It seems they are colluding with hackers to distribute fake game tickets, preying on unsuspecting customers like me.
Firstly, let me address their unfair decision-making process. When I raised concerns about the authenticity of the tickets I purchased, FANPASS.CO.UK failed to provide any means of verifying the seat numbers. Instead, they made a hasty decision to block me, essentially silencing my complaints. This lack of transparency is not only concerning but also raises suspicions about their integrity as a ticket-selling platform.
I strongly suspect that FANPASS.CO.UK knowingly collaborates with unscrupulous individuals who sell counterfeit tickets. To substantiate my claim, I have attached several pieces of evidence. Attachment 1 shows the product details as listed on the FANPASS website, giving a false impression of legitimacy. Attachment 2 presents the QR code I received from the seller on Whatsapp, which turned out to be worthless. Furthermore, Attachment 3 and Attachment 4 consist of screenshots of my conversations with the scammer who sold me the tickets, exposing their deceptive practices.
It is vital to spread awareness about FANPASS.CO.UK's deceitful activities to prevent others from being scammed. I implore you to exercise caution when considering purchasing tickets from this platform. Their failure to address my concerns, coupled with the evidence provided, demonstrates a lack of customer care and integrity.
FANPASS.CO.UK, I will actively pursue avenues across the internet to ensure that potential customers are made aware of your fraudulent practices. It is my duty to shield innocent individuals from falling victim to your scams. Save yourself from the heartache, disappointment, and financial loss that I experienced. Stay away from FANPASS.CO.UK, a platform that appears to prioritize deception over genuine customer satisfaction.

What can I say about these crooks.
I bought 6 tickets on friday 14/12/2019 for the aston villa vs liverpool game. Tickets hadn't had been confirmed but these crooks put a authorisation payment through for the tune 0f over £400. On the following day the seller confirmed and I was told delivery will be made. I waited over the weekend and was logging into the website continuously to see whether there was any update, but only to see a note of delivery pending. As I didnt hear nothing back I went on there website and used the instant messaging option to inform them that I have not received the tickets or any information regarding the tickets.
And today the date of the match I get a message at midday while at work from the seller saying he received the tickets late meaning just now so couldnt deliver the tickets to me. So by the time I got to my phone and read his message it was after 14.30pm and I was in the middle of my shift. I finish work at 17.00pm and by the time I reach home its 18.00pm so I knew straight away it was impossible for me to attend the game. So I asked him why he didnt communicate earlier with me. All he had to say he was sorry and will tell fan pass to issue me a refund as he recognised that there was no way of me attending the game which kicked off at 19.45 with a 100 odd miles, 2.5 hours journey from london to Birmingham.
I relayed all the information to fan pass to be greeted with a response of no refund will be issued even though the fault lies with fan pass for not replying to my enquiry yesterday and the seller for not communicating with myself earlier.
So fan pass I would urge you to make contact with myself on the email address you have to resolve this issue as soon as possible
Hello Fawad
Thank you for your email
Yes indeed, you have purchased your tickets on the 14th of December for an event less than 3 days later, which doest not allow enough time to your seller to use the post.
Collection process of the tickets is display on your confirmation email and also when making your order. Also, the delivery is FREE of charge.
We are unfortunately not responsible if you are refusing to collect your tickets from your seller on event day.
If tickets are purchased only 1 working day before the event (which is the case here), your seller is only capable to arrange a collection/hand delivery, as per the post won't allow you to receive them on time.
Thank you for your understanding

Well, because of my experience with Fanpass, I read all of the Terms & Conditions of the website, and the least we can say is that they do not respect them.
We're told that buyers are protected just after they placed an order for a ticket, this cannot be more wrong. So, I chose 2 tickets at a fairly price for a football game. Turns out that the seller has to confirm the sell and has 24h to do so.
So my seller never confirmed my first order, and 24h after, the same tickets were back on sell. I immediatly buy them again, and send a message to the Fanpass teams. I got a fast answer telling me that this can occurs, and that the tickets are automatically put back on sell but only once.
Just so you know, the T&C of FanPass actually "covers" this situation, saying that the seller should then be financially penalised, and that the buyer will recieve FanPass help to get same or above category tickets for the same price.
To provide such help, FanPass charges every transaction with extremly high fees (£165 for me, so 50% of my total price).
Now guess what?! The seller does not confirm the sell a second time (as expected), but the tickets are AGAIN back on the list. So I bought them again, just to prove that FanPass, is totally messing with this.
What does it mean? Well first, FanPass obviously lied to me. Second, they do not respect their T&C even tough they charge you with extremly large fees. Last but not least, it is totally possible for anyone to put scams offers on any sport event so you can lower the price as you wishes it.
Indeed, as the penalties and guarentees of FanPass are inexistant, well you don't even know if the offer you're choosing really exists.
Anyway, something to avoid at all cost in my opinion. I am waiting for an another answer from them regarding this situation, but I doubt this will change anything.
Hello Jane,
Thank you for your message
We are a secondary ticketing exchange platform: if you purchase a ticket, the seller need to confirm the sale first within 24 hour in order to avoid any kind of scam and secure all the transaction.
Therefor, if the seller does not accept the sale, you won't be even debited for your purchase (what we call a 'pre-authorization' from your bank)
If you are unfamiliar with the secondary ticketing platform, we understand your message. Please note that this process is the same for all other marketplace in the secondary ticketing market

It was a very good experience!

Bought tickets for FA Cup and finally seen my beloved spurs played at Wembley
Amazing moment
Thank you Fanpass
Many love from Argentina
A little bit sceptical when ordered. But at the end quick customer service and great experience!
Fanpass is a marketplace which allows people to buy and sell tickets all around the world.
Hello Romano,
Thank you for your feedback:)
If you are unfamiliar with Fanpass then your request is understandable. Sorry if you did not notice but indeed we are an intermediary platform between sellers and buyers.
Therefore, the sellers are the ones accounted for fixing the price of their tickets freely. Fanpass does not set the prices, nor sell or buy tickets.
We are sorry to hear that you find disappointing our handling fees. They are covering our service fees + VAT and monitoring that the tickets are genuine.
The 'handling fees' appears clearly before purchasing tickets. You can simulate again a purchase and you will see them during the buying process before the payment and accepting our T&C's.
I do hope you can see the value in our service which we are proud to offer
Best,
Fanpass Support
