“Won't Refund - Damaged”

I purchased a Louis Vuitton copy on this site. The bag came damaged without the accessory pieces. When I emailed the issue the site would not refund my money. They offered a 10% discount which was eventually negotiated to 50% because they refused to accept it back. DO NOT purchase from them. They also will not post any negative review.

The joyestoy.com website is the same as Fanporter.com
