Giant rip off site. I booked flights for my husband and myself, and when the confirmation email came, my husband's birth year was incorrect. I know I entered it correctly, but it came up as 1999, which is not even close, like decades off from 1953. I immediately called them and told them it was incorrect. They told me I would have to rebook BOTH my husband's and my own tickets but the price had booked at was no longer valid (like 20 minutes later) and it had increased by more than the price of BOTH tickets cost initially.

I asked what would happen if we did not correct his birth year on the itinerary and was told he would be refused boarding the flight. I told them I had to figure out what I was going to do, that I would call them back.

I decided to take my lumps and just re-book his seat, which was already $20 more than it was when I first booked, only like 30 minutes before. So I had already spent the original $185.28 for two tickets, and then bought another single ticket for $112.64, for a new total of $297.92 for what should have been $185.28 worth of flights.

That was not good enough for this RIPOFF company... they phoned me and told me that I could not purchase a 'duplicate booking', that they needed to cancel the entire itinerary, and rebook BOTH of us again, for even HIGHER than the $112.64 per seat. I said the second seat for my husband was already purchased but he said it would have to be cancelled and I would have to re-book. Thanks Ripoff FareCrown but no thanks, cancel away and I will rebook... with someone else. (BTW, after I declined to rebook with them, I never got any more electronic communication, it was all via phone call, so I have no proof of the conversation with the rip off artists.)
