I made a last minute booking for myself and my 3 year old to go from Dublin to Philly to say goodbye to my dying grandfather. The charge came through on my credit card and I contacted CheapOAir as I hadn't received my ticket information, only a booking confirmation. After an hour on chat with them, I received my tickets only to shortly receive an email stating my flight was cancelled. I contacted them again and spent over 4 hours on chat with them to have them end the chat on me. They sent me several emails during this time to say they tried to call me, this was not the case and I even verified my phone number with them multiple times. They are now refusing to call me and giving me a New York based phone number to call from the UK. Their two UK phone numbers fail and the link to their customer support page doesn't load. Any help from SkyScanner would be appreciated.
