I Booked online with this agency to fly with SoutWest airline and when I CALLED the Agency Phone 4 check they said they didnt have any trip 4 that day.So I decided to book again with them another trip with American Airline and they explained to me dont worry they not going to charge 4 the first booking.After paid they email me the incompleted recepit purchase and they said dont worry they going to email me the boarding tickect 24 hours before my trip with all the information.
It sound me weird so I decided to call the American Airline to verify but they didnt find my reservation.
So I called the Agency back and explained that and also another charges that I didnt expect they said again do t worry you have 2 wait for 2 or 3 more days and those charges is going to disapears.
FINAL END:
They charged me more than they promised.
They never send me the boarding ticket.
Now they dont anwers the 24/7 phone number.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Tried to book, received no confirmation. I called customer service and they said it won't process because airline increased price. And told me price doubled! I refused to pay and Zack said I still had to pay a cancelation fee, even though price went up "as soon as I hit submit". I refused to pay a thing and 2 days later they charged me the DOUBLED price THREE times. I had also called the airline as soon as I got off the phone and bought a ticket only $15 more than my original price offered from fareoflights. THIS IS A SCAM. I will be fighting this charge, but PLease BEWARE!

Christine, my travel agent, found me a reasonable ticket at very short notice. I needed a flexible return, and she found one and explained the terms of changing the return date clearly. She was very reassuring, competent, and thorough and gave me her direct line to ring with any questions or concerns, which I did. Each time she was helpful and patient. I felt that I had made a friend as well as a flight booking. Thank you.
